༔ གཟུགས་སྐུའི་རྣམ་རོལ་དཔག་ཡས་ཀྱིས༔ རླབས་ཆེན་ཕྲིན་ལས་ སྐྱོང་མཛད་པའི༔ བརྒྱུད་གསུམ་བླ་མའི་བཀྲ་ཤིས་ཤོག༔ མ་འགག་རང་གསལ་འོད་ལྔའི་ཀློང༔ རབ་འབྱམས་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་རྣམ་པར་མཛེས། མཆོག་ཐུན་དངོས་གྲུབ་སྩོལ་མཛད་པའི༔ ཡི་དམ་ལྷ་ཚོགས་བཀྲ་ཤིས་ཤོག༔ ཕྱོགས་བཅུ་གནས་ཡུལ་སྤྲུལ་པའི་ཞིང༔ ཕྲིན་ལས་རྣམ་བཞིའི་རོལ་གར་མཁན༔ མཁའ་འགྲོ་སྲུང་མའི་ཚོགས་རྣམས་ཀྱིས༔ བཀྲ་ཤིས་བདེ་ལེགས་བསྩལ་དུ་གསོལ༔ ཞེས་བརྗོད་ཅིང་དགེ་ལེགས་ཀྱི་མེ་ཏོག་ཆར་དུ་བསྙིལ་བར་བྱའོ། །གྲོལ་ཏིག་གི་ཆོས་སྡེ་འདི་རྣམས་ཟབ་པའི་བཅུད་བསྡུས་པ་ཡིན་པས་ཚེ་སྒྲུབ་འདིའང་གཞན་ལས་ཁྱད་པར་དུ་འཕགས་པ་སྟེ། ཨོ་རྒྱན་ཆེན་པོའི་རྡོ་རྗེའི་གསུང་ལས། འཆི་མེད་སྐུ་གསུམ་འདུས་པ་འདི་ཉིད་ཉམས་སུ་བླངས་པས༔ དེའི་ཚེ་ཉིན་མཚན་ལ་བར་དུ་གཅོད་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཉེ་བར་ཞི་བ་དང༔ འཆི་བདག་གིས་སྲོག་ཀྱང་འཕྲོག་པར་མི་ནུས་ལ༔ རྒྱུན་དུ་རྣལ་འབྱོར་ལ་བརྟེན་པ་ནི༔ ཚེ་ཟད་པ་ཡང་ཉི་ཟླ་དང་མཉམ་པ་ཐོབ་པར་གྱུར་ནས༔ ཚེ་ཉམས་པ་སོར་ཆུད་པ་ནི་ངེས་པའོ༔ འདིའི་དབང་དང་གདམས་པ་ལན་གཅིག་ཐོབ་པས་ཀྱང༔ ལོ་གཅིག་གི་བར་འཆི་བ་བཟློག་ཅིང༔ ཞག་བདུན་སྒྲུབ་ན་ཚེ་ཟད་པ་ལས་ཀྱང་ལོ་བདུན་གྱི་ཕྱིར་འཕེལ་བར་འགྱུར་རོ༔ ཞེས་པ་ལྟར་རོ། །དོན་ཟབ་ཡོངས་འདུས་འཁྲི་ཤིང་གསར་པ་ལས། །དགེ་ལེགས་གསེར་གྱི་པདྨོ་བཞད་པའི་འཛུམ། །ས་གསུམ་སྐྱེ་དགུའི་སྙིང་ལ་དཔྱིད་སྟེར་བ། །ཤེས་རབ་འོད་ཟེར་སྣང་བས་རྒྱས་པར་མཛད། ། དེ་ཡི་རིང་ལུགས་གངྒཱའི་དཔལ་མོ་བཞིན། །ཟེགས་མ་ཙམ་གྱིས་ཉེས་པ་ཀུན་བཀྲུ་བ། །སྐལ་ལྡན་ཤིང་རྟའི་བརྩོན་པས་དྲངས་འདི་ཡང་། །སྐྱེས་མཆོག་རྣམས་ཀྱི་ཞབས་བསིལ་མཆོག་གྱུར་ཅིག །ཚིག་ཉུང་དོན་ཟབ་སྔར་མེད་ཁྱད་ཆོས་ཅན། །འཆི་མེད་གྲོང་ནས་འབབས་པའི་ཟིལ་དངར་འདིས། །ལུས་ཅན་སྲོག་ལ་རྡོ་རྗེའི་བཅུད་ཕབ་ནས། །བདེ་ཆེན་གྲོང་དུ་བདེ་བླག་འཇུག་པར་ཤོག །དེ་ལྟར་ཡེ་ཤེས་ལྔའི་རིགས་བསྡུས་པའི་སྒྲུབ་ཐབས་དབང་བསྐུར་དང་བཅས་པ་འདིའང་འཆི་མེད་དྭངས་མའི་སྲོག་སྒྲུབ་པའི་ཆ་རྐྱེན་དུ། མཚོ་སྐྱེས་རྡོ་རྗེ་པདྨ་དབང་ཆེན་སོགས་མཆོག་གི་རིག་འཛིན་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་རྗེས་སུ་བཟུང་བའི་སྔགས་རིག་འཛིན་པ་པདྨ་གར་གྱི་དབང་ཕྱུག་རྩལ་གྱིས། དེ་བཱི་ཀོ་ཊི་དཔལ་སྤུངས་ཡང་ཁྲོད་ཙ་འདྲ་རིན་ཆེན་བྲག་གི་མགུལ་དུ་ལེགས་པར་སྦྱར་བ་བསྟན་འཛིན་སྐྱེས་བུ་རྣམས་སྐུ་ཚེ་རྡོ་རྗེ་ལྟར་བརྟན་ཅིང་། བདག་གཞན་འགྲོ་ཀུན་འཆི་བདག་གི་གཡུལ་ལས་

以无量色身的示现，成办伟大事业的，传承三上师，祈愿吉祥！无碍自显五光之界，浩瀚坛城，极其庄严。赐予殊胜共同成就的，本尊坛城众，祈愿吉祥！十方处所化现之刹土，四种事业舞动者，空行护法众，祈愿赐予吉祥安乐！如是说诵，并降下吉祥之花雨。这些解脱精要的法类，是甚深精华的汇集，因此此寿命修法也比其他更为殊胜。邬金大师金刚语中说：修持此不死的法身、报身、化身三身合一之法，那时昼夜的所有障碍都会平息，死主也无法夺走性命，恒常依止瑜伽，寿命耗尽也能获得如日月同寿，寿命衰减必定能恢复。仅仅获得此灌顶和诀窍一次，也能阻挡一年的死亡，如果修持七日，寿命即使耗尽也能增延七年。如是所说。从意义深奥、圆满汇聚的新生蔓藤中，绽放出吉祥黄金莲花的笑容，赐予三界众生心田春天，以智慧光芒使其增长。此传承如恒河之吉祥女神，仅仅一滴也能洗净一切罪业，此亦由具缘者的精进所牵引，愿成为殊胜者们的最佳足下清凉。词句简短意义深奥，具有前所未有的特点，此从不死之城降下的甘露，将金刚精华注入有情众生的生命，愿能轻易进入大乐之城。如是，此汇集五智如来之修法及灌顶，作为不死甘露寿命修法的助缘。由海生金刚莲花自在等殊胜持明者们所摄受的密咒持明者莲花舞自在力，于德威果智巴邦扬宗擦扎仁钦扎之颈部圆满撰写，愿持教士夫们身寿如金刚般坚固，自他一切众生从死主之战中

Through immeasurable manifestations of form, accomplishing vast activities, may the three lineages of lamas bring auspiciousness! In the realm of unobstructed, self-luminous five lights, the vast mandala is perfectly adorned. Bestowing supreme and common accomplishments, may the assembly of yidam deities bring auspiciousness! In the ten directions, the realms of emanated places, dancers of the four activities, may the assemblies of dakinis and protectors grant auspiciousness and well-being! Thus speaking, may a rain of flowers of virtue and goodness be showered. These teachings of the Dro Tik are a collection of profound essence, therefore this longevity practice is particularly superior to others. From the Vajra words of the Great Orgyen, it is said: By practicing this union of the immortal Dharmakaya, Sambhogakaya, and Nirmanakaya, all obstacles that interrupt day and night will be pacified, and the Lord of Death will not be able to seize life. By constantly relying on yoga, even if life is exhausted, one will attain the same lifespan as the sun and moon, and the decline of life will surely be restored. Even by receiving this empowerment and instruction once, one can avert death for a year, and if one practices for seven days, one will increase life by seven years even if it is exhausted. As it is said. From the new vine of profound meaning and complete gathering, the smile of the auspicious golden lotus blooms, giving spring to the hearts of beings in the three realms, and increasing it with the light of wisdom. May this lineage be like the auspicious goddess of the Ganges, washing away all sins with just a drop. May this, drawn by the diligence of the fortunate chariot, become the supreme coolness under the feet of the noble ones. With concise words and profound meaning, possessing unprecedented qualities, may this nectar descending from the city of immortality, instill the essence of Vajra into the lives of sentient beings, and may they easily enter the city of great bliss. Thus, this practice and empowerment that gathers the families of the five wisdoms, as a condition for the life practice of immortal nectar, was well composed at the neck of Dewikoti Palpung Yangtrö Tsatra Rinchen Drak, by the mantra holder Padma Gargyi Wangchuk Tsal, who was embraced by the supreme vidyadharas such as Tso Kye Dorje Pema Wangchen, may the upholders of the teachings have bodies as firm as Vajras, and may all beings, self and others, be freed from the battle of the Lord of Death.
