This surpasses all, revealing profound differences, please enjoy it in the nature of Padmasambhava! Have faith and do not be swayed by anything. Garlic, meat, wine, and other dissimilar smells, even if they appear separately, and you see gods and demons, do not show your heart's son to anyone. Samaya (藏文，梵文天城体：समय，梵文罗马拟音：samaya，汉语字面意思：Vow)! རྒྱ་རྒྱ་རྒྱ! From the profound secret of the sacred Dharma, the practice called "Daily Practice of Longevity, Sun and Moon Gau" is present. Even if it is of no benefit to me in this life, when it arises in future lives, may it become the essence of the heart of Maha Guru, explaining the immortal daily practice of the Sun and Moon Gau. Please enjoy and eliminate obstacles for yourself and others. At dawn, when human speech is not mixed, straighten your body. Recite the Seven Line Prayer and in the space in front, visualize the form of the root guru, Guru Padmasambhava, in the Sambhogakaya form, seated in the lotus posture, holding a longevity vase. Seated on a lotus and moon seat, think that he is pleased to bestow upon me. To his left is the consort Mandarava, red, in youthful form, holding a longevity vase, seated in the lotus posture. Think that she is pleased to bestow upon me the supreme longevity. Visualize the lower part of your body as a red sun disc of light, and the upper part of your body as a white moon with cool rays, a handspan-sized Gau box with a seamless closure. Eliminate the chronic diseases and disharmony of the three poisons and five poisons, like a mirror obscuring the light of the sun and moon. When exhaling through the right nostril and inhaling from the right nostril, eliminate the faults of the moon, and from the longevity vase of the Guru, draw a stream of white nectar, increasing the moon. When exhaling through the left nostril and inhaling from the left nostril, eliminate the faults of the sun, and from the longevity vase of the Dakini, draw a stream of red nectar, increasing the sun. Do one hundred and eight times each session. During the breaks, dissolve the Guru father into the moon, and dissolve the mother into the center of the sun, and the two merge. The fivefold complete bindu radiates light, visualize it becoming smaller and smaller, as small as the tip of a needle. Rest in non-objectification and dedicate the merit. Do this daily without interruption, eliminating untimely obstacles. If you complete a certain number of days, you can extend your life, and if you rely on the Yidam, you can transfer.
