From that, radiate light and invite all the life and wisdom of the Buddhas of the three times in the form of white and red Hum syllables, which dissolve into it. That also dissolves into light and enters from the fontanel on the crown of the head. In the heart, transform into the five families of Amitayus. Those dissolve into light and pervade everything, contemplate becoming the essence of immortal life, and then place the vajra on the crown of the head.
