་པའི་སླད་དུ་འདིའི་རྗེས་ཟློས་མཛོད། རླུང་རོ་ལན་གསུམ་ཕྱི་ལ་སོགས་ནས། ཁ་སྦྱར་བཟུང་། ཞེས་དང་། དེ་ནས་ཁྱེད་རང་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་དམིགས་པ་འདི་བཞིན་མཛད་པར་ཞུ། སྣ་གཡས་ནས་རླུང་ཕྱིར་བུས་པས་ཉོན་མོངས་པ་ཞེ་སྡང་གི་རྟོག་པ་སྔོ་བུན་བུན་ཕྱིར་ཐོན་པའི་མོས་པ་བྱས་ནས་སྣ་གཡས་ནས་རླུང་ལན་གཅིག་འབུད་པར་ཞུ། བྱས་ལ་དཔོན་སློབ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱིས་རླུང་ལན་གཅིག་འབུད། ཡང་སྣ་གཡོན་ནས་རླུང་ཕྱིར་བུས་པས་ཉོན་མོངས་པ་འདོད་ཆགས་ཀྱི་རྟོག་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་དམར་བུན་བུན་ཕྱིར་ཐོན་པའི་མོས་པ་བྱས་ནས། སྣ་གཡོན་ནས་རླུང་ལན་གཅིག་འབུད་པར་ཞུ། ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱིས་འབུད། ཡང་དབུས་ནས་རླུང་ཕྱིར་བུས་པས། ཉོན་མོངས་པ་གཏི་མུག་གི་རྟོག་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཕྱིར་ནག་བུན་བུན་ཐོན་པའི་མོས་པ་བྱས་ནས་དབུས་ནས་ལན་གཅིག་འབུད་པར་ཞུ། བྱས་ལ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱིས་འབུད། དེ་ནས་འོག་རླུང་བསྐུམས་ཏེ། སྟེང་རླུང་མནན་ནས་སྙིང་གར་རླུང་བུམ་པ་ཅན་འཛིན་པར་ཞུ། བྱས་ལ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱིས་རླུང་ཁ་སྦྱོར་འཛིན། དེ་ནས་རང་གི་སྙིང་གའི་རྣམ་ཤེས་པདྨ་འདབ་མ་བརྒྱད་པའི་རྣམ་པ་ཁ་བྱེ་བའི་ཟེའུ་འབྲུའི་སྟེང་གི་ཨཱཿལས་འོད་ཟེར་ཕྱོགས་ བཅུར་འཕྲོས་པས། མདུན་གྱི་ནམ་མཁར་མ་ཧཱ་གུ་རུ་ཨོ་རྒྱན་པདྨ་རིགས་བདག་ཏུ་བཞུགས་པའི་པདྨའི་རིགས་ཀྱི་ལྷ་ཚེ་དཔག་མེད་ལྷ་བཅུ་བདུན་ལ། ཕྱོགས་བཅུའི་བླ་མ་ཡི་དམ་སངས་རྒྱས་བྱང་སེམས་དཔའ་བོ་མཁའ་འགྲོ་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཀྱི་སྤྱན་དང་ལྡན་པ་རྣམས་སྤྲིན་གྱི་ཕུང་པོ་འཐིབས་པ་ལྟར་བྱོན་པར་བསམས་ནས་འདིའི་རྗེས་ཟློས་མཛོད། སྙིང་གའི་རྣམ་ཤེས་སོགས་ནས། བྱོན་པར་གྱུར། ཅེས་བརྗོད། དེ་ནས་ནམ་མཁར་བྱོན་པའི་ལྷ་ཚོགས་རྣམས་ལ་དམིགས་ནས་གསོལ་བ་འདེབས་པ་འདིའི་རྗེས་ཟློས་ལན་གསུམ་གྱི་བར་དུ་མཛད་པར་ཞུ། བཅོམ་ལྡན་མགོན་པོ་སོགས་ནས། དངོས་གྲུབ་བསྩལ་དུ་གསོལ། ཞེས་གསོལ་བ་བཏབ་པས་གུ་རུའི་བུམ་པ་ནས་ཚེ་དཔག་མེད་ཀྱི་བུམ་པར་བདུད་རྩི་བབས། དེ་ཉིད་ཁྱེད་རང་རྣམས་ཀྱི་སྤྱི་བོ་ཚངས་པའི་བུ་ག་ནས་མར་བབས་ཏེ་སྙིང་གར་ཐིམ་པས་འཆི་མེད་ཚེའི་དངོས་གྲུབ་ཐོབ་ཅིང། ཡེ་ཤེས་སེམས་དཔའ་ནམ་མཁར་སྤྱན་དྲངས་པ་རྣམས་དམ་ཚིག་གི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་ལ་གཉིས་སུ་མེད་པར་ཐིམ་པའི་མོས་པ་མཛད་ནས་འདིའི་རྗེས་ཟློས་མཛོད། དམ་ཚིག་སེམས་དཔའ་སོ་སོའི་ལྷ་ཚོགས་སོགས་ནས། བདག་པོར་གྱུར། ཅེས་དང་། དེ་ལྟར་དམ་ཡེ་དབྱེར་མེད་པའི་གཙོ་བོའི་སྤྱི་གཙུག་ཏུ་མ་ཧཱ་གུ་རུ་རིགས་བདག་གི་ཚུལ་དུ་བཞུགས་པའི་གཙོ་བོའི་ཐུགས་ཀའི་

为了……的缘故，请念诵这个。三次呼出浊气等，结成合掌印。说完，请你们这样观想：从右鼻孔呼出气，观想烦恼嗔恨的念头，都变成蓝色的烟雾排出，请从右鼻孔呼气一次。做完后，所有师徒一起呼气一次。再从左鼻孔呼出气，观想所有烦恼贪欲的念头，都变成红色的烟雾排出，请从左鼻孔呼气一次。大家一起呼气。再从中间呼出气，观想所有烦恼愚痴的念头，都变成黑色的烟雾排出，请从中间呼气一次。做完后，大家一起呼气。然后收缩下气，压住上气，请在心间屏住宝瓶气。做完后，大家一起屏住合掌气。然后，观想自己心间的识，呈八瓣莲花开放的形状，花蕊上的ཨཱཿ（藏文，梵文天城体：आ，梵文罗马拟音：ā，汉语字面意思：阿）字发出光芒，照耀十方。 观想前方虚空中，大 गुरु（藏文，梵文天城体：गुरु，梵文罗马拟音：guru，汉语字面意思： गुरु） 邬金莲花生作为莲花部的部主安住，莲花部的本尊无量寿佛十七尊，以及十方 गुरु（藏文，梵文天城体：गुरु，梵文罗马拟音：guru，汉语字面意思： गुरु）、本尊、佛、菩萨、勇士、空行，都以具有智慧之眼的状态，如乌云般密集而来，请念诵这个。“心间的识……”等，念到“……降临”。说完。然后，观想降临虚空的诸佛菩萨，念诵祈请文，请念诵三遍。“至尊怙主……”等，念到“……祈请赐予成就”。这样祈请后，从 गुरु（藏文，梵文天城体：गुरु，梵文罗马拟音：guru，汉语字面意思： गुरु）的宝瓶中降下甘露到无量寿佛的宝瓶中。那甘露从你们的头顶梵穴降下，融入心间，获得不死长寿的成就。观想迎请到虚空中的智慧本尊，与誓言坛城无二无别地融入，请念诵这个。“誓言本尊各自的本尊……”等，念到“……成为主宰”。这样，观想誓言本尊和智慧本尊无二无别，主尊的头顶上，大 गुरु（藏文，梵文天城体：गुरु，梵文罗马拟音：guru，汉语字面意思： गुरु）以部主的形象安住，主尊的心间

After saying that, please make this visualization: By exhaling air from the right nostril, visualize that the thoughts of disturbing emotions, anger, all emerge as blue smoke, and please exhale air once from the right nostril. After doing that, all the teachers and students exhale air once together. Again, by exhaling air from the left nostril, visualize that all the thoughts of disturbing emotions, desire, all emerge as red smoke, and please exhale air once from the left nostril. Everyone exhale together. Again, by exhaling air from the center, visualize that all the thoughts of disturbing emotions, ignorance, all emerge as black smoke, and please exhale air once from the center. After doing that, everyone exhale together. Then, contract the lower air, press down the upper air, and please hold the vase breath in the heart. After doing that, everyone hold the combined breath. Then, visualize that the consciousness in your heart is in the form of an eight-petaled lotus flower, with the ཨཱཿ (Tibetan, Devanagari: आ, Romanized Sanskrit: ā, Literal Chinese meaning: 阿) syllable on the stamen, emitting light in all directions. Visualize that in the sky in front, Mahaguru Orgyen Padmasambhava abides as the lord of the Padma family, along with the seventeen deities of Amitayus, the deity of the Padma family, and the gurus, yidams, Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, heroes, and dakinis of the ten directions, all possessing the eye of wisdom, coming like a dense mass of clouds, and please repeat this. From "The consciousness in the heart..." to "...have come." Say that. Then, focusing on the assembly of deities who have come in the sky, make supplications, and please repeat this three times. From "Bhagavan Protector..." to "...grant the siddhi." After making this supplication, nectar descends from the guru's vase into the vase of Amitayus. That nectar descends from the crown aperture on your head and dissolves into your heart, obtaining the siddhi of immortal life. Visualize that the wisdom beings invited into the sky dissolve into the samaya mandala, indivisibly, and please repeat this. From "The samaya beings, each deity..." to "...become the master." In this way, visualize that the samaya and wisdom beings are inseparable, and on the crown of the main deity, Mahaguru abides in the form of the lord of the family, and in the heart of the main deity
