From the southern direction, Ratna Life-Attracting Mother, Yellow Swift Mother carrying the vase of life, Emanations of body, speech, and mind, millions of Yellow Swift Mothers, Please accomplish the activity of attracting the supreme Ratna life! Hūṃ! From the western direction, Padma Life-Attracting Mother, Red Swift Mother holding the vase of life, Emanations of body, speech, and mind, millions of Red Swift Mothers, Please accomplish the activity of attracting the supreme Padma life! Hūṃ! From the northern direction, Karma Life-Attracting Mother, Green Swift Mother holding the vase of life, Emanations of body, speech, and mind, millions of Green Swift Mothers, Please accomplish the activity of attracting the supreme Karma life! May the great blessings of the victorious ones descend! May the Swift Mothers, lords of life, attract life! Bestow the empowerment of life upon me, the fortunate yogi! I, with utmost reverence, Pray with one-pointed longing, Offering outer, inner, and secret feast gatherings, And the entire phenomenal world, both container and contents, I confess all non-virtues and impairments, From the mandala of the secret heart, Grant the accomplishment of immortal life! Thus, make offerings and praise. Afterward, also recite the aspiration prayer that follows and conclude the practice. When the number of recitations is complete, perform the activity recitation, the eight-syllable mantra: Oṃ Hūṃ Vajra Āyuśe Hūṃ Ā (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思). Recite one hundred thousand times. May the white and red bodhicitta descend from the union, like milk, descending from your crown. Contemplate that the immortal nectar fills you from your secret place to your crown. Recite the root mantra and gather: Oṃ guru āyuḥ siddhi kāya abhiṣiñca oṃ. (藏文：ཨོཾ་གུ་རུ་ཨཱ་ཡུཿསིདྡྷི་ཀཱ་ཡ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཨོཾ༔，梵文天城体：ॐ गुरु आयुः सिद्धि काय अभिषिञ्च ॐ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ guru āyuḥ siddhi kāya abhiṣiñca oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡，上师，寿命，成就，身，灌顶，嗡。) Recite one hundred or twenty-one times, touching the vase to your crown. Contemplate that the blessings of Amitayus's body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities dissolve into your own body, speech, and mind, and that you have attained the supreme longevity of the immortal vajra. Generate certainty. Enjoy the longevity torma as accomplishment. Drink the nectar of the longevity vase and eat the longevity pills. Since your body is filled with the nectar of immortal wisdom, contemplate that all the essence of the pure essence dissolves into the नྲྀཿ syllable at your heart, becoming radiant, majestic, and luminous, constant and unchanging, transforming into a vajra body. Emaho! By the blessings of Amitayus and the power of this accomplished practice, may the four hundred and four diseases, the eighty thousand obstacles, the ninety-one sudden events, and the eight untimely deaths, etc., all obstacles that are contrary to longevity, be completely pacified and averted. Say this seven times. Then, focusing on the mandala of the visualized deity in front, make offerings with just the mantra. Praise with appropriate praises, etc. Recite the hundred-syllable mantra three times, and Hriḥ. May the wheel of samsara be destroyed, and may we swiftly attain nirvana. May ourselves and others have auspiciousness of abundant life, glory, enjoyment, and dharma. In this way, make confession and aspiration. Focus on the painted cloth and perform the common stabilization ritual.
