The inner practice activity empowerment ritual of the Longevity Guidance Vajra Mala, entitled "The Vajra Jewel Ornament." Written by Padma Garwang Trinley. The inner practice activity empowerment ritual of the Longevity Guidance Vajra Mala, entitled "The Vajra Jewel Ornament." Written by Padma Garwang Trinley. This concludes the book entitled "The Vajra Jewel Ornament," which contains the inner practice activity empowerment ritual of the Longevity Guidance Vajra Mala. Namo Guru Ayuh Pataye. Homage to the Guru of Longevity). The body of immortal nectar, blooming with youth, The name that gathers the essence of discerning wisdom, That which, when heard, steals away the fear of the Lord of Death, I bow to the Vajra Master who appears in form. The profound and swift method of accomplishing the longevity vidyadhara, Because the transmission of teachings and practice will be rare in later times, Therefore, I will slightly compile supplementary practices. In this text, the three sadhanas named Vajra Mala are each independent, so they do not depend on each other. You can achieve the goal by practicing according to your own mind. However, if you want to establish this Dharma, the outer practice relies only on self-generation, which is the method of fundamental recitation; the inner practice relies on the mandala in front of you, which is the method of elaborate practice; the secret practice relies on non-elaborate yoga, which is the method of daily practice. Therefore, you must practice them in order. Among them, if you know the preliminary and subsequent dharmas of the outer and secret practices, such as offering praises, dispelling obstacles, taking refuge, generating bodhicitta, dedicating, and making aspirations, you can use them from "The Wish-Fulfilling Jewel of Dharma Practice" and "The Mind Practice Offering Praise." If you do not know them, it is sufficient to only do the common practice and practice without adding or subtracting from the original treasure text. This inner practice is the root of the generation stage of this tradition, and not only the practice of offering, empowerment, and pill practice must rely on it. Also, It is said in the text that one should support the activities of the Lama or anyone else, so here I will only briefly and clearly compile the Ratna own tradition. It is divided into two: the explanation of longevity activities and the ritual of empowerment. The first is divided into three: preliminary, main, and concluding. First, the preliminary practice is in an auspicious place, on a good day and time of the waxing moon, the center of the mandala is red, and behind it are four lotus petals, facing the directions...

Arrangement: Behind that, decorate with beautiful colors in four petals and two layers. Behind that, arrange a complete door and a peaceful mandala center. If that is not possible, place the main deity and the retinue of five in the center of a grain heap. Behind that, in the center of the four-two-layer arrangement, place a vase with a red silk necktie, filled with twenty-five substances and pills made from a mixture of brown sugar, milk, butter, evergreen herbs, and sacred medicine. If that is not possible, fill the vase with water that has been soaked with those vase medicines. On a mirror, write ཧྲཱིཿ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Chinese literal meaning: Śrī) in vermilion in the center, and write the recitation mantra around the edge, cover it, and place a protective thread and a vajra on top. On top of that, on a small throne, place an image of Amitayus, adorned with peacock feathers, on top of a vase shaped like a longevity vase. Place medicine, alcohol, and torma in front. Arrange outer offerings around. Place longevity pills and longevity wine on the right and left sides. During the empowerment, use the vajra and bell together. The vajra and bell are placed separately. Head ornaments and other items are also placed in the usual way. Prepare the preliminary torma, tsok offerings, red arrow banner, and other necessary items. Second, the main part. Since the transmission prayer of the treasure text's subsequent practice is performed first, refuge and bodhicitta, and accumulation of merit are as follows: Visualize in the sky in front, Guru Amitayus surrounded by the Three Jewels, Three Roots, Dharma Protectors, and Guardian deities, as dense as clouds. ཧྲཱིཿ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Chinese literal meaning: Śrī) Guru Amitayus and, Those who have attained the power of longevity vidyadhara, I take refuge with devotion in the three doors. For the benefit of all sentient beings, May I obtain the power of immortal life, And generate the mind to attain the fruit of vidyadhara. Immutable and eternal vajra body, I prostrate to the lords of longevity. Worldly and transcendental, All essences are offered without exception. Killing and other non-virtuous deeds, I confess all sins and downfalls. Attaining immortal vidyadhara and so on, I rejoice in all two accumulations. Please bless all sentient beings including myself, To eliminate obstacles to life. Until samsara is empty, Please remain without passing into sorrow. Dedicate for the benefit of sentient beings, May I realize the true vajra meaning. Recite three times. Giving the Bhuta Torma: Instantly transform yourself into the form of Hayagriva Heruka. Om Vajra Krodha Haya Griva Hum Phat (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ वज्र क्रोध हय ग्रीव हुं फट्, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ vajra krodha haya grīva hūṃ phaṭ, Chinese literal meaning: Om, Vajra, Wrathful, Horse-head, Neck, Hum, Phat!) Torma. Purify with nectar, purify with svabhava. From emptiness, from BHRUM (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: भ्रूं, Sanskrit Romanization: bhrūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Seed syllable) transform into wish-fulfilling vessels, in which from KHAM (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: खं, Sanskrit Romanization: khaṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Space) transform into torma.
