May the essence of vitality increase. May the diminished life force of flesh, blood, warmth, breath, and mind be restored. Generate the aspiration to awaken to the nature of the five elements as the five pure consorts, free from obscurations. Hold the torma vase and say: Hūṃ! The five elements are the essence of the five bodies. The unchanging, eternal goddess is white, yellow, red, green, and blue in color. All hold vases of life. The vase's adornment is the wish-fulfilling tree. Holding the auspicious vase of life, the sphere of space and the Buddha's eye, Māmakī, white-clad, and Samaya Tārā, likewise, may the five life-bestowing consorts grant the complete empowerment. Oṃ hūṃ mūṃ lāṃ māṃ pāṃ tāṃ āyuḥsiddhi abhiṣiñca hūṃ! Bestow the longevity pill. Contemplate that this essence pill gathers all the pure essence of saṃsāra and nirvāṇa, and that by indulging in the nectar of immortality, just as iron is transmuted into gold, the aggregates, elements, and sense bases of the degenerate age are transformed into a vajra body. Hūṃ! Pure channels are the abode of the body. May this samaya substance, the longevity pill, gather the essence of the outer elements and infuse them into the inner body of the yogi. Having obtained a life free from birth and death, may you realize the unchanging meaning! Thus guiding, bestow the longevity wine. Hūṃ! Pure channels are the abode of the body. Therefore, regarding its samaya, the root is the vajra's speech: The subsequent samayas and precepts are broadly the same as the common ones, especially abandoning theft, robbery, killing, cutting, and beating, and the aspects related to these. With the mind of saving lives, giving, and virtue, establish tsa-tsas and stupas, repair roads and bridges. Secondly, close the secret path in this way. Do not reveal the heart essence mantras and implements to others. Have faith in the lama.

兄弟之间要有情谊，自己不羞愧是誓言。像这样将教诲的意义融入实践，心想之后就背诵。如主尊如何等等。献上酬谢，献上身受用，如共同仪轨一样回向善根。如果导师之前没有完成，则供奉护法朵玛，再次通过事业仪轨或者长寿修法念诵来恢复能力，从获得成就到吉祥祝愿之间也如事业仪轨一样进行。性命攸关的珍宝，并非存在于轮回的此地。为了让它恒常稳固的方法，就是接受这最深奥的法。从非时死亡的险境中解脱，以寿命和修行平等，善道终成，无死怙主，愿显现证悟二利任运成就。这也是以致力于此甚深法门之助的心愿所引导。为了防止与自己相似的低劣智慧者随意使用，莲花舞自在事业调伏力于巴邦寺寂静处擦扎仁钦扎的修行处，本尊殿无死欢喜苑，在太阳北行之初的白月吉日，与第三世嘉瓦无死成就的瑜伽相结合的良辰吉日完成并书写，愿善妙增上。长寿引导金刚鬘内部修法的仪轨，包括灌顶仪轨，是金刚宝的庄严。莲花舞自在事业。

The precious jewel that is more precious than life is not in this place of samsara. The method to make it constant and stable is to accept this most profound Dharma. Liberate from the danger of untimely death, with life and practice being equal, the good path is ultimately accomplished, the immortal protector, may the realization of the two benefits be spontaneously accomplished. This is also guided by the aspiration to dedicate to this profound Dharma. In order to prevent those with inferior intelligence like myself from using it arbitrarily, Padma Garwang Trinley Drodul Tsal, at the practice place of Tsadra Rinchen Drak in the secluded place of Palpung Monastery, the heart shrine, the Immortal Joyful Garden, on the auspicious day of the white moon at the beginning of the sun's northward journey, completed and wrote it on the auspicious day combined with the yoga of the Third Gyalwa Immortal Accomplishment, may goodness increase.
