If you fall into hell, if your vows are not broken, the wise and courageous ones are complete, dwell in the center of your heart, attain true enlightenment, therefore, do not violate the vows. Homage to the Bhagavan Ratnasambhava Amitayus, golden and jeweled, holding the vase of longevity, by bestowing the empowerment of the Ratna family, may I obtain the empowerment of immortal life! Homage to Amoghasiddhi Amitayus, whose body color is green, embodying all activities, holding the crossed vajra bell, by bestowing the empowerment of the Karma family, may I obtain the empowerment of activity longevity! Thus, relying on each of the five longevity lords, by bestowing the five empowerments of the families, may all the five afflictions and the karmic obscurations accumulated through them be purified. May the five wisdoms arise in the continuum. May one be made fortunate to accomplish the supreme longevity of the indestructible five bodies. Again, by bestowing the vase empowerment of the nature of the union of the five families, may the five aggregates be purified of obscurations. May one be motivated to be enthroned in the supreme position of holding the vajra family, inseparable from the immortal protector, the lord of the families.
