In the northeast, Dorje Trolö. At the east gate, the Iron Hook Mother. At the south gate, the Lasso Mother. At the west gate, The Iron Chain Mother. At the north gate, the Bell Mother. All of them hold the arrow and banner of life in their right hands, and in their left hands, they hold vases filled with the nectar of immortal life. They dwell as if directly perceiving the absence of inherent existence in appearances. As the teacher waves the arrow and banner of life in his hands, generate the aspiration to request the empowerment of life. From the palace of Akanishta Dharmadhatu, the great source of wisdom and knowledge, the time of Samantabhadra has arrived. To all fortunate disciples gathered here, please grant the empowerment of immortal life. In the pure land of Sukhavati, the light of wisdom shines brightly, the time of Amitabha has arrived. 大速疾哉！ 诸位使者时已至， 于此聚集具缘之诸子， 祈请赐予无死之寿灌顶。 如是导师作祈请， 寿命诸天众之手， 持有如月般洁白之宝瓶， 盛满菩提心， 略微倾斜， 灌顶于顶， 身体之内皆充满无死之寿甘露， 疾病邪魔罪障悉皆清净， 寿命损减皆复原， 生起获得无死寿之成就之信解。 吽！（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽） 顶礼薄伽梵， 怙主智慧， 无量寿！（藏文：ཚེ་དཔག་མེད།） 轮涅经过入于子之心， 愿获无死寿之成就！ 如是持诵真言，执持于顶、喉、心等处， 布施宝瓶之水。 将寿丸与寿酒化为无量寿， 无死寿之水流， 以光芒白里透红之形态， 化为光芒融入。 赐予汝等， 从无始轮回以来所积之罪障， 以及非时横死之怖畏悉皆清净， 生起获得无死寿之成就之信解。 赐予真言后， 此乃延寿或增寿之法， 为使彼不衰退故， 需保密。 汝等皆观想自身为无量寿， 身体正直， 中脉颜色蓝灰， 如中等柳条般粗细， 上端插入梵穴， 下端插入密处。 清澈透明， 无有混浊， 光之自性， 笔直通透， 于两乳之间略上方之中脉内， 有红色八瓣心莲， 如哈拉花盛开般， 其中有洁白清凉盈满之月轮， 其上， 心之体性为红色长体， 具有 bindu 和 nada 之 ཧྲཱིཿ （藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：啥）， 右侧为寿之自性白色之ཨཿ （藏文：ཨཿ，梵文天城体：अ，梵文罗马拟音：a，汉语字面意思：阿）， 左侧为命之自性绿色之ནྲྀཿ （藏文：ནྲྀཿ，梵文天城体：नृ，梵文罗马拟音：nṛ，汉语字面意思：内）。 对上师生起敬信心， 从心间放光， 击中本尊之心中， 寿水红色， 化为大乐之自性， 从汝等之顶门进入， 融入心间之三字， 从三字中亦降下寿水， 充满全身， 远离衰老朽坏， 观想自身转为显空金刚之身。

Greatly swift, greatly swift! Messengers, the time has come! For the fortunate children gathered here, I beseech you to bestow the empowerment of deathless life. Thus, the master made the supplication. In the hands of the life deities, a vase as white as the moon, completely filled with the mind of enlightenment, holding it slightly tilted, empowering the crown of the head, filling the entire inside of the body with the nectar of deathless life. All illnesses, evil spirits, and sins are purified and cleansed. Lost life force is restored. Generate the faith of attaining the accomplishment of deathless life. Hūṃ! (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ) Blessed Lord, Protector of Wisdom, Amitāyus! (Tibetan: ཚེ་དཔག་མེད།) Passing through the chakras, enter the heart of the child. May the accomplishment of deathless life be attained! Holding the mantra and the vase to the crown of the head, throat, and heart, bestow the vase water. Transforming the longevity pills and longevity wine into Amitāyus, the stream of deathless life, dissolving into light with a radiance of white tinged with red. By bestowing it upon you all, all the sins accumulated from beginningless samsara, and the fears of untimely death are purified. Generate the faith of attaining the accomplishment of deathless life. After bestowing the mantra, this is the method of prolonging or increasing life. In order to prevent it from declining, it must be kept secret. Visualize yourselves as Amitāyus, the body upright, the central channel blue-gray in color, about the thickness of a medium-sized willow branch, the upper end inserted into the crown of the head, the lower end inserted into the secret place. Clear, transparent, without turbidity, the nature of light, straight and clear, in the central channel slightly above the space between the two breasts, there is a red lotus with eight petals, like a blooming hala flower, inside which is a white, cool, and completely full moon mandala. On top of that, the essence of mind, the nature of consciousness, is a red, long syllable Hrīḥ (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hrīḥ) with bindu and nada, to the right is the seed syllable of life, white Aḥ (Tibetan: ཨཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Literal Chinese meaning: A), to the left is the seed syllable of vital force, green Nṛ (Tibetan: ནྲྀཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: नृ, Sanskrit Romanization: nṛ, Literal Chinese meaning: Nṛ). Generate devotion to the teacher. Light radiates from the heart, striking the heart of the visualized deity in front. The red life-water dissolves into the nature of great bliss. Entering from the crown of your heads, it dissolves into the three syllables in the heart. Life-water also descends from the three syllables, filling the entire body, free from all aging and decay. Visualize yourselves transforming into a body of clear light, like a vajra.
