From the ingredients of roasted flour mixed with various medicinal spices, on top of a red four-petaled lotus facing downwards, as per the practice of longevity vase or longevity empowerment, with the sun below and the moon above, on the tips of the reversed colors of the sun and moon gau boxes, place a five-pronged vajra made of white butter, and the sun and moon gau boxes are adorned with crossed vajras. From these ingredients, create longevity pills. Add brown sugar and Dharma medicine to longevity wine. Furthermore, gather whatever substances of accomplishment are available. Abandon all activities until the final tsok offering. Before receiving the accomplishment, arrange the substances, burn gugul incense, and perform the expulsion of obstacles and the invocation of blessings as per the practice. In the center of the vast heart citta in the form of a triangle, visualize and dissolve the pure consciousness, mind, and Dharma, the mudra-subduing father and mother deities, etc., as deities of the aggregates, elements, and sense bases. Perform only a brief offering and praise. Perform the cleansing and purification of the longevity empowerment. From emptiness, in the form of the longevity empowerment, in the center is red Amitayus, embracing white Pandaravasini, holding a vase in meditative equipoise. In the east is blue Dhatvishvari, in the south is yellow Mamaki, in the west is white Buddha Locana, and in the north is green Tara. In order, on the right are the wheel, the jewel, the vajra, and the crossed vajra. On the left, they hold the longevity vase, with legs in the posture of a compassionate maiden, adorned with silk and jewels. From the three places of all the main deities and retinue, light radiates from the seed syllables, invite the wisdom beings and dissolve them. Offer with mantras such as "Āyuḥ deva sapa rivāra arghaṁ," and praise with "Guide of the World." Recite "Oṁ vajra āyu jñāna bhrūṁ nṛi jaḥ sarva āyuḥ phala siddhi hūṁ" as much as possible. As usual, visualize gathering the essence of longevity with light. Then, to gather the accomplishments: visualize yourself as the subduing deity, from the seed syllables of the five seeds of body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities, emanate hooks as sharp and swift as lightning, and visualize that the glory, essence, and life force of the three paths of samsara and nirvana dissolve into the substances of accomplishment. At the end of the mantra, recite "Kāya vāka citta āyurjñāna tshe bhrūṁ nṛi jaḥ hūṁ svāhā," one hundred and eight times, etc. Then, all of the outer and inner worlds and their contents dissolve into the proud father and mother deities. The father and mother deities dissolve into the syllable Hūṁ. That dissolves into the substances of accomplishment. It melts into light and dissolves into one's own body, speech, and mind, and visualize that all accomplishments are obtained, and then urge the accomplishments.

Touch and taste the offerings at the three places (body, speech, and mind) with hand gestures and mantras. After accumulating in this way, make aspirations. Perform offerings, praises, confessions, requests, gathering, rising, etc. Then, offer gratitude to the guardian deities and release them. After the inner retreat is over, meet some Dharma friends who uphold pure vows on that day. It is necessary to overcome the habit of looking towards the enemy. The previous lamas said that looking towards the sun and moon has the auspicious connection of having a life as long as the sun and moon. Here, it is said that immediately after the retreat is over, perform a completion pacifying fire puja as appropriate. If you feel unwell during the retreat, you should do so. Therefore, by striving to avoid the unfavorable factors of these practices and creating favorable conditions to generate the power of mantras, you should know that the fruit of mantras will be quickly produced. That is to say, meeting others before the retreat is over, divulging speech before the speech retreat is over, being interrupted by strong afflictions before the mind retreat is over, these are the three types of retreat breakage that should be avoided. Avoid the deity of the generation stage not being clear, the recited mantra not being pure, the samadhi of meditation being distracted, these three violations of vows. Avoid the essence of the body, the bindu, being depleted, the essence of speech, saliva, being discarded, the essence of mind, abandoning focus and constantly generating discursive thoughts, these three faults that should be guarded. As branches, do not move the residence until accomplishment is achieved, do not shake the cushion, do not mix conversations with people, offer the torma before the time has passed, do not fight, do not allow the remnants of the torma to be defiled, do not allow dogs, widows, lepers, sterile men to enter the practice room, avoid the food of all these people, do not shave the beard and mustache, do not let others sleep in your bed, do not let hands touch the mala and cushion, do not put down the bow, do not break the arrow, do not put weapons on the tip. In general, ten faults must be avoided when reciting mantras. It is said that these ten are the five faults of sound: too loud, too soft, too fast, too slow, blowing air with the mouth. The five obstacles are: coughing, talking, sneezing, falling asleep, distraction. If sleep, yawning, sneezing, or gas in the lower abdomen occur during the recitation, immediately put down the mala, make close contact, and rinse the mouth. When the above situations occur, the recited mantras are not counted in the number, because they have been defiled, so they are ineffective. Otherwise, even if it is not mixed with these faults, but these situations suddenly occur
