Auspicious Life-Holder, the Practice Manual of the Seal of Subjugation, Completely Victorious over the Enemies of the Three Realms. The Power that Pleases Subjugation. Auspicious Life-Holder, the Practice Manual of the Seal of Subjugation, Completely Victorious over the Enemies of the Three Realms. The Power that Pleases Subjugation. Auspicious Life-Holder, the Practice Manual of the Seal of Subjugation, called Completely Victorious over the Enemies of the Three Realms, is present. Namo Guru Manjughoshaya. (藏文:ན་མོ་གུ་རུ་མཉྫུ་གྷོ་ཥཱ་ཡ།,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:,汉语字面意思:)Homage to the Guru Manjughosha. The wisdom vajra of all the victorious ones, The supreme one who controls samsara and nirvana, The king of wrathful ones, the Seal of Subjugation, I bow to the Life-Holder Heruka. Acting wrathfully towards the wrathful, The destroyer of the Lord of Death, The great glorious one, master of all existence, I will briefly write the steps for engaging in the activities of practice and accomplishment. Furthermore, here, the essence of the intention of the victorious ones of the three times, Like the pure essence of the heart's blood of the dakinis of space, Deeper than the deep, the unique treasure trove of the early translation teachings, Relying on the ultimate of wrathful mantras, the three activities of practice and accomplishment of the glorious Life-Holder, the Seal of Subjugation, Temporarily, to destroy the difficult-to-tame humans and non-human hordes who steal the benefit and happiness of the teachings and beings, mainly performing the wrathful activities of subjugation, Ultimately, to be victorious in the battle against the four maras, to manifest the state of the glorious Heruka, and to engage in the vast activities that constantly pervade as long as space exists, striving for this supreme purpose. For those who have outstanding great compassion and whose power of faith and other faculties is particularly strong, the order of activities is as follows: In the first of the three activities of practice and accomplishment, among the five perfections of support, place, time, implements, and ritual, first, who is the practitioner, the individual who is the support? One who comes from the unbroken lineage of the union of Padma and Nub, One who has properly received the ripening empowerment in the mandala of the Heruka who subjugates samsara and nirvana, Believing that the practice will not be wasted and depends entirely on vows and commitments, protecting and keeping vows, not abandoning them even for the sake of life, And the ultimate truth, the indivisible state of the great dharmakaya, Not enclosing it in the box of elaboration, but focusing on the key point of how it is in the state beyond mind, Or settling the mind with certainty, And from that power, deeply believing in the three mandalas of existence

With the door of possessing the view, the practitioner who is well-versed in the extraordinary conduct of combining liberation and is not confused about all the ritual procedures and practices them according to the Dharma, should, as stated in the scriptures, in a place that is in harmony with the activities of pacification, etc., avoid obstacles and gather favorable conditions. Start the program at an auspicious and virtuous time such as the year, month, day, time, and stars that are in harmony with each activity. Also, all the necessary items for recitation, etc., should be prepared without any omissions, and together with a virtuous friend, or alone, recite the secret mantra according to the Dharma with the door of complete and correct ritual branches. At this time, one should avoid the obstacles that prevent the accomplishment of the secret mantra, and accumulate the profound means of favorable conditions that increase the power of the mantra, so that it can be accomplished quickly. Therefore, in general, first practice pacification, then practice wrath, and finally apply it to activities. If these three are placed in the same retreat without interruption, then no matter what kind of wrathful deity is practiced, it is considered auspicious to practice pacification first. In the place of practice, if one can recite scriptures and make three dedications and other various good deeds, then after the accomplishment, one should clean the residence, display the supports of body, speech, and mind, and decorate it with excellent offerings. On a comfortable seat, abide with the conduct of meditation, and combine the recitation and visualization of the preliminary parts of the main practice and the ritual, and be sure to make it familiar to the mind. During the retreat, one should mainly focus on undistracted samadhi, unite the three doors of body, speech, and mind, and make each session better and better than the previous one, and it is important to complete the task with an unremitting vow. In terms of the main practice, based on the Dharma categories of iron subjugating evil laws, such as the nectar drop of Manjushri's pacification practice, practice the five families or any one family, especially the treatises on the practice methods of the lord of the lineage, Arapacana, etc., and complete the recitation with signs, times, and numbers. Then, the second is to practice the wrathful deity, first of all, one's own subjugation.
