On the left is the black life-taker, holding a human skin and a bag of diseases. The great executioner with nine tufts of hair, is green-black, holding a club and a chakra. The consort is the black-haired demoness, holding a human skin and a bag of diseases. I beseech you to avert the harm of the emanations of the secret executioners, together with the four secret executioners, devouring the flesh and bones of enemies and obstructors! The four inner executioners are: Conch shell Monpa, with a lion's head, the consort is a Monpa woman, a soul stealer. Iron Monpa, with a tiger's head, the Monpa woman has turquoise hair. Rhinoceros Monpa, with a bear's head, the Monpa woman has blood-red hair. Gold Monpa, with a garuda's head, the Monpa woman is a heart-extracting nail-driver. The fathers all hold clubs and citta, the mothers all hold iron hooks and lassos. I beseech you to avert the harm of the inner Monpas, together with the four inner executioners, devouring the flesh and bones of enemies and obstructors! The four outer executioners are: Hele Khyapa, the eastern demon, the consort is a corpse-eater and heart-extractor. Black, unsmiling, the southern demon, the black mother is a blood-drinker and heart-eater. Teeth-chattering, copulating, the western demon, the black mother is a nail-driver into flesh. Hair tied in a topknot, the northern demon, the black mother is a black mother with blood-red hair. The fathers all hold human skin lassos, the mothers all hold razors and human hearts. I beseech you to avert the harm of the four outer executioners, together with the four outer executioners, devouring the flesh and bones of enemies and obstructors! The east gate is the white heart-extractor, the south gate is the black Mahakala, the west gate is the demon father, and the north gate is the red-bodied supreme Yaksha. Holding a wheel and poisoned blood in their hands, wearing mottled tiger skins on their bodies. The four supreme Dakini corpse-raisers, wearing fresh human skin clothes, the right hand waving a khatvanga, the left hand holding an iron hook, lasso, iron chain, and bell. For the four gate Taras and Kilas together with their retinues, offer the flesh and bones of the slain into their mouths, pacify the harm of the four death lord messengers. The outer mandala protects the borders. The sixteen flesh-eating Yama are: Three hundred and sixty male death lords, three hundred and sixty female death lords, seven hundred and twenty Yama, holding a wheel and poisoned blood in their hands, riding red human horses.
