Then, hand over all the outer and inner offerings, just like relinquishing the power and enjoyment of the kingdom, generate the intention to become the King of Dharma in the three realms. Hūṃ! Medicine, alcohol, and torma are the substances of offering; by empowering all the sacred substances, may you be able to serve and worship the deities and sacred substances, and gain the power of meditation, practice, listening, and teaching. Then, there is the profound secret inner empowerment, to realize the indestructible wheel of adornment of body, speech, and mind. There are three empowerments: the empowerment of the deity of the hand seal, the empowerment of mantra transmission and secret, and the empowerment of wisdom mudra. First, request the offering of a mandala to receive the empowerment of the deity of the hand seal. Then, take the body chakras in sequence, purify the impure physical aggregates of your coarse bodies, the habitual tendencies of clinging to characteristics, and visualize yourselves as the bodies of the yidam deities. Remember the meaning of blessing, empowering, consolidating, and so on. Again, it is essential to diligently merge the deity into the deity, that is, the one in front of you.

Do not merely perceive this mandala as an object made of compounded, conventional substances, but visualize it as the palace of the wisdom self-arisen emanation, the great play of the Dharma nature. In the center of the perfectly adorned and arranged, the supreme chief of the mandala's heart essence, the all-pervading lord of samsara and nirvana, the Great All-Good Supreme Heruka's body, radiating like the brilliance of a million suns, manifesting the nine dances of his own body's illusion, dissolves into the crown of your heads, please pray with single-minded devotion. Hūṃ! The great chief of the entire mandala, the supreme Bhagavan Great Glorious Kunsang Heruka, together with his consort and children, bestows empowerment, may he grant the supreme accomplishment to the fortunate child. From the center of the great southern mandala, Manjushri Yamantaka radiates his own form, dissolving into your foreheads, please pray with devotion. Hūṃ! The supreme body of the entire mandala, the supreme Yamantaka, together with his consort and children, bestows empowerment, may the five bodies be spontaneously accomplished, endowed with the five wisdoms, may he grant the accomplishment of the body to the fortunate child. The supreme speech of the entire mandala, the supreme powerful body, together with his consort and children, bestows empowerment, unobstructed speech melody, gathers all beings, may he grant the accomplishment of speech to the fortunate child.
