Now, it is the true accomplishment that is spontaneously accomplished in the mandala of the great mudra of body, speech, and mind. This is the great auspicious one who is the master of all families, and is called the only one. As it is said in the Hevajra Tantra: "The true accomplishment is the only one, all the great bliss of the Buddhas is gathered, the profound yoga completes the three bodies, the illusory dakini is the supreme bliss." And as it is said in the Buddha Samayoga Tantra and others: "This is the self-born Bhagavan, the only one is the great god." Like that. The heart of such true wisdom, the great auspicious one, appears in the form of the secret mantra of Rulu, and its symbolic meaning is: the deity of meaning and symbol, and the method of reciting and meditating on it, and relying on it, the profound and clear samadhi as the path, therefore quickly obtaining the accomplishment of the heart of the glorious Heruka, therefore all the true practices are gathered in the intention of Rulu, and one must be skilled in its manner. So, how is it? Om is the nature of the five wisdoms. Ru is derived from the sound of rakta and means red, it is the essence of the wisdom formed by the nature of the lifeblood of sentient beings, the essence of Padma Heruka. Also, Ru is the alaya bodhicitta that burns like a lamp, it also means the nine wisdom realms, the nine Herukas. Lu is Lumbini, like a garden of joy, it is the source of great bliss, the assembly of wrathful mothers. Bhyo is the act of engaging the mothers and dakinis in action. Hum is the mantra that urges the compassion of the noble ones, and again gathers the accomplishments into one's own heart. Such a special secret mantra represents the eight wisdom realms of the nature of mind at the time of the base, and all of them are inseparable, the self-born wisdom is the only true Heruka. Similarly, it also symbolizes the eight aggregates of impure dharmas that are falsely imputed. At the time of the path, it symbolizes the four branches of recitation and accomplishment of the generation stage and the four emptinesses and four joys of the completion stage combined, a total of eight wisdoms. At the time of the result, it symbolizes the eight wisdom realms and the heart in which all of them are gathered into one, the great auspiciousness of the true wisdom fruit, therefore these eight syllables of Rulu reveal the view of the meaning of the secret mantra. It is also clearly stated in the oral transmission of the guru, the Hum Great Kara's instructions. Second,

Now, explaining in connection with practical application, the true wisdom of the great glorious mind, which is the essence of the Dharmadhatu, is unchanging like the sky, and the nature without substance or characteristics is called true. This is inherently established, inseparable from the minds of all sentient beings. Its self-power is that, relying on the recitation and meditation of the eight syllables of Rulu, the king of secret mantras, all the practical applications of accomplishing that very thing are also included in the eight syllables of Rulu. What are the eight syllables of Rulu? They are: knowing Rulu as a mandala, knowing as a deity, knowing as sound, knowing as activity, knowing as offering, knowing as melody, knowing as approach, and knowing as Dharmata. Through these eight aspects, the practical application of activity is established. First, knowing Rulu as a mandala, there are three mandalas: speech syllables, mind hand gestures, and body mudras. The first includes syllables that gradually create the world, syllables that transform into anything, inconceivable syllables, syllables that generate deities, and so on. All of these are speech syllable mandalas. In short, from seed syllables (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) and (Tibetan: བྷྱོ, Sanskrit Devanagari: भ्यो, Sanskrit Romanization: bhyo, Chinese literal meaning: bhyo), the dependent and the depended-upon deities are generated. Second, the samadhi of non-discrimination and universal appearance, and the mind's samadhi focused on subtle hand gestures, and all the hand gestures that become its gateway are called the mind hand gesture mandala. Third, the peaceful Vajradhatu and the wrathful Great Terrifier's body mandala. All such body, speech, and mind are also the nature of the eight syllables of Rulu, the play of the true wisdom of the mind, so it is known that all the dependent and the depended-upon abide in the deity's mandala. Second, knowing Rulu as a deity, (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओं, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Om) the essence of the five wisdoms, the nature of the five families of blood-drinking fathers and mothers. Rulu, the upper eight Gauris, the lower eight Pishachis, (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) the four gatekeepers, (Tibetan: བྷྱོ, Sanskrit Devanagari: भ्यो, Sanskrit Romanization: bhyo, Chinese literal meaning: bhyo) the twenty-eight Ishvaris, purified as the deities of the fifty-eight-petaled lotus. The lower (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) is the seed syllable for gathering all the blessings and accomplishments of those into one's own heart. Alternatively, the final (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) can be made the seed syllable of the ten wrathful deities, and it can also be made the deity of the sixty-eight-petaled lotus.
