Do not go! Our abode is the sky! We go limping and staggering! Azure and staggering, do not go! Skeleton Mountain, the summit of Mount Meru! We go fainting and collapsing! Fainting and collapsing, do not go! The ocean of blood is unfathomably deep! We arrive in an instant! In an instant, do not go! The command of Mingbo Vajra is stern! Thus they sing. Among these, the three hand gestures of the yogi are: With the hand gesture saying, "Enemies arise against the Dharma, repel the arrows of the Buddha," the first clap of the hands is to summon the glorious blood-drinking ones from the realm of space; the middle clap of the hands is to summon the dakinis from the realm of space; the final clap of the hands is to urge the karma dakinis to engage in activities, thereby building the fortress of the teachings. These are the three hand gestures of the yogi. Among these, communicate with the glorious horse speech, terrify with the majestic sound of the mothers, and subdue with the hand gestures of the yogi, thereby performing activities. This is called the horse speech of skillful means for taming beings. Thus, summarizing the meaning of all these horse speeches, they can be categorized into two: the view of horse speech and the practice of horse speech. The first is further divided into the horse speech of essential meaning and the horse speech of secret mantra essence. The first is further divided into the horse speech of self-nature essential meaning, the horse speech of awareness essential meaning, and the horse speech of non-duality essential meaning. The first is to realize that all dharmas are unconditioned and equal, which is the ultimate meaning of Hayagriva. The second is that from that state, self-luminous awareness appears as the form of the great glorious Hayagriva, originally unconditioned. The third is that such appearance and emptiness, skillful means and wisdom, the two truths, realms and wisdoms, all dharmas are non-dual, in the mandala of the non-dual great bliss glorious Hayagriva, all phenomena of existence and non-existence are realized. This is the horse speech of essential meaning, which is the instruction on the view. The second is the horse speech of secret mantra essence, which is the secret mantra that combines the gait of the horse with the stages of the path, combines the horse speech with the grounds and paths, and combines the qualities of the horse. There are three distinctions: it shows that the profound yoga path of glorious Hayagriva is the pinnacle of the vehicle, and that the grounds and paths are traversed simultaneously, and that it is superior to other secret mantras. This also expresses the practice in meaning. The second is the intention of practicing horse speech.

The horse sound of taming methods and the horse sound of great glorious power are two. The first has three: three times the glorious horse sound, three times the arrogant roar of the Matri, and three times the symbolic sound of the yogi. The three glorious horse sounds are: first, the horse sound that urges the vow, second, the honest report to the command, and third, the horse sound that accomplishes the purpose. The three arrogant songs of the Matri are: the intimidating sound of great self-control, the melodious sound of blessed substances, and the intimidating sound of engaging in fierce actions. The three symbolic sounds of the yogi are: body symbol, speech symbol, and mind symbol. The second, the great horse sound of glory, is as stated, "The lotus blood-drinking wrathful form subdues all under its power." If the eight classes of gods and demons do not obey, do not show signs, and do not listen to commands, then for the purpose of overturning the eight classes of existence, I, with the samadhi of Padma Wangchen, possessing clear, stable, and complete measure, if I utter the horse sound three times, then all the eight classes of existence and appearance will be startled like wild yaks, gathering involuntarily like flies on rotten meat, and acting like subjects under strict royal law. Therefore, one who possesses such meaning is the yogi of Hayagriva. Although there are various ways to establish the meaning of the horse sound in this way, ultimately it all merges into the self-born wisdom. As it is said, there is also the meaning of one horse sound, which is to deliver the self-born wisdom into the single bindu. This is not only the case here, but the essence of the meaning of all other practices must also be delivered to that ultimate place. Third, showing that all the practices of the true mind are included in the meaning of the eight grains of ru lu, there are four ways of explaining it: explaining it in conjunction with the view, explaining it in conjunction with the activity and practice, explaining it in conjunction with the generation stage and recitation, and explaining it in conjunction with the pith instruction and Dzogchen. The first is: in general, the so-called true mind means without obscurations. All phenomena of samsara and nirvana are non-dual and abide in the single bindu of the spontaneously arising wisdom of equality. That alone is the true mind wisdom of all the Buddhas of the three times, therefore it is called true mind. Therefore, all
