ང་བས་མཐར་ཐུག་གི་ས་ལ་མྱུར་དུ་ཕྱིན་མི་ནུས་པས་རྟ་ཡི་འགྲོས་དེ་དང་འདྲའོ། །བཞི་པ་མཚམས་ལེགས་གཟེངས་ཀྱི་འགྲོས་ནི། རྟ་དེ་མགོ་འཕང་བསྒྲིམས་ནས་ཅུང་ཟད་མགྱོགས་པར་འགྲོ་བ་ལྟར་ཐེག་པ་ཆེན་པོའི་མདོ་སྡེ་ཕ་རོལ་ཏུ་ཕྱིན་པའི་དོན་ཐུགས་ སུ་ཆུད་པ་རྣམས་ནི་བདག་མེད་གཉིས་རྟོགས་ནས་མཐར་ཐུག་མཉམ་པ་ཉིད་ལ་ངེས་ཤེས་སྐྱེས་ཀྱང། ད་རུང་བསྐལ་པ་གྲངས་མེད་པའི་བར་དུ་སྦྱང་བགྲོད་དགོས་པས་ཐེག་དམན་ལས་སངས་རྒྱས་པ་མྱུར་ལ་སྔགས་ལས་བུལ་བའི་ཕྱིར་རྟ་ཡི་འགྲོས་འདི་དང་སྦྱར་རོ། །ལྔ་པ་གོམ་བུ་ཉོལ་འགྲོས་ནི། རྟ་གོམ་པའི་འགྲོས་སུ་མགྱོགས་པར་འགྲོ་བ་ལྟར་ཀྲི་ཡ་པས་མཉམ་པ་ཉིད་མཐོང་བའི་སྟེང་དུ། ཀུན་རྫོབ་ཏུ་ལྷའི་སྐུ་གསུང་ཐུགས་མཚན་ལ་དམིགས་ཤིང་གཙང་སྦྲ་ལ་སོགས་པའི་ཐབས་དང་བཅས་པས་ཚོགས་གཉིས་མྱུར་དུ་རྫོགས་པའི་ཐབས་མཁས་དང་ལྡན་པས་ཕར་ཕྱིན་ཐེག་པ་ལས་ལམ་བགྲོད་པ་མྱུར་བས་འགྲོས་འདི་དང་མཚུངས་པར་སྦྱར་བའོ། །དྲུག་པ་སྤྱང་མོའི་འདུར་འགྲོས་ནི། སྤྱང་ཀི་འདུར་ནས་འགྲོ་བ་ལྟར། རྟ་རྣམས་གོམ་འགྲོས་ལས་ཀྱང་མགྱོགས་པར་བསྐུལ་ན་འདུར་ནས་འགྲོ་བ་ལྟར། ཨུ་པ་ཡ་དང་ཡོ་གའི་ཐེག་པ་ནི། ཀྲྀ་ཡའི་ལྟ་སྤྱོད་ཀྱི་སྟེང་དུ་བདག་དང་ལྷ་མཉམ་པ་སྤུན་གྲོགས་ཀྱི་ཚུལ་ལམ་དམ་ཡེ་གཉིས་མེད་དུ་སྒྲུབ་པའི་དགོངས་སྤྱོད་ཀྱིས་འཕགས་ལ་ཕྱི་ནང་གི་རྒྱུ་རྐྱེན་ཆ་མཉམ་པར་སྤྱོད་པས་བྱ་རྒྱུད་པ་ལས་ལམ་བགྲོད་པ་མྱུར་བ་ནི་རྟ་ཡི་འདུར་འགྲོས་དང་མཚུངས་པར་སྦྱར་བའོ། །བདུན་པ་ནི་འདུར་འགྲོས་ལས་ཀྱང་རོལ་མོའི་སྟབས་འགྲོས་ཞེས། ལྡང་སྟབས་ཀྱིས་འགྲོ་བ་མགྱོགས་པར་ལྟར། ཀྲི་ཡོག་ལས་ཀྱང་རྣལ་འབྱོར་ཆེན་པོ་མ་ཧཱ་ཡོ་ག་པའི་ཐེག་ པ་འཕགས་ཏེ། སེམས་ཉིད་མཉམ་པ་ཉིད་ཀྱི་དབྱིངས་ལས་ཡི་གེའི་ཆོ་འཕྲུལ་ལས་རྟེན་དང་བརྟེན་པའི་ལྷའི་འཁོར་ལོ་རྣམས་སྣང་སྟོང་ཟུང་འཇུག་ཆུ་ཟླའི་ཚུལ་དུ་བསྒོམ་པའི་ཕྱིར་ན། འབྲས་བུ་སྐུ་དང་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཀྱི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་ལ་ད་ལྟ་ནས་ལམ་དུ་བྱེད་པའི་ཐབས་ཁྱད་པར་འཕགས་པ་ཡོད་པས་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་ས་ལ་བགྲོད་པ་མྱུར་བའི་ཕྱིར་རོ། །བརྒྱད་པ་འཇོལ་མོ་དཀྱུས་ཀྱི་འགྲོས་ཞེས། རྟ་ཤིན་ཏུ་མགྱོགས་པར་རྒྱུག་ཆུང་བྱས་ཏེ་འགྲོ་བ་ནི། ལྡང་འགྲོས་ལས་ཀྱང་ས་ཆོད་ཆེ་ཞིང་མགྱོགས་པ་ལྟར། ཨ་ནུའི་ཐེག་པ་ནི་ཕྱི་སྤྲོས་བཅས་བསྐྱེད་རིམ་གྱི་ངལ་བ་མི་དགོས་པར་རྒྱུ་དག་པའི་དབྱིངས་ནས་འབྲས་བུ་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཀྱི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་ཤར་བའི་ཚུལ་དུ་རང་གི་ཕུང་ཁམས་རྣམས་གདོད

因为我无法迅速到达最终的境地，所以就像马的步态一样。第四种，姿势优美的步态是：就像马挺起头稍微快步走一样，那些通达大乘经部般若波罗蜜多义的人，虽然证悟了二无我，并且对最终的平等性生起了定解，但仍然需要在无数劫中修习，因此比小乘更快成佛，但比密咒慢，所以与这种马的步态相配。第五种，小步慢行是：就像马以小步的速度快步走一样，克里亚派在见到平等性的基础上，于世俗中观想本尊的身语意相，并以净洁等方便，具备迅速圆满二资粮的善巧方便，因此比波罗蜜多乘更快地行道，所以与这种步态相配。第六种，母狼的疾驰是：就像狼疾驰一样，如果催促马比小步更快地行走，就像疾驰一样，乌巴亚和瑜伽的乘是：在克里亚的见行之上，以自与本尊平等如兄弟姐妹的方式，或者以誓言和智慧二者无二的方式修持的意行，殊胜于内外因缘平等受用，因此比事部更快地行道，这与马的疾驰相配。第七种是比疾驰更快的，被称为乐舞的步态，就像抬起脚步快速行走一样，比克里亚瑜伽更殊胜的是大瑜伽玛哈瑜伽的乘，因为从心性平等性的法界中，从文字的幻化中，观想能依和所依的本尊坛城为显空双运如水中月，所以有从现在起就将果位身和智慧坛城作为道用的殊胜方便，因此到达佛地的速度更快。第八种，飞奔疾驰的步态是：就像马非常快速地小跑一样，比抬起脚步的步态更快，跨越的距离也更大，阿努的乘是不需要外在有相的生起次第的辛劳，而是从本初清净的法界中，以果位智慧坛城显现的方式，自己的蕴界

Because I cannot quickly reach the ultimate state, it is like the gait of a horse. The fourth, the graceful and upright gait, is: just as a horse holds its head high and walks slightly faster, those who understand the meaning of the Mahayana Sutra Perfection of Wisdom, although they have realized the two selflessnesses and have developed a definite understanding of the ultimate equality, still need to practice for countless eons. Therefore, they attain Buddhahood faster than the Hinayana, but slower than the Mantrayana, so it is matched with this gait of a horse. The fifth, the small and slow gait, is: just as a horse walks quickly at a small pace, the Kriya school, on the basis of seeing equality, in the conventional aspect, focuses on the body, speech, and mind of the deity, and with methods such as purification, possesses skillful means to quickly complete the two accumulations. Therefore, it travels the path faster than the Paramita Vehicle, so it is matched with this gait. The sixth, the wolf's gallop, is: just as a wolf gallops, if a horse is urged to go faster than a small pace, it gallops. The vehicle of Upaya and Yoga is: on top of the view and practice of Kriya, the mind and practice of practicing self and deity as equals like siblings, or the inseparability of Samaya and Yeshe, is superior. Because the internal and external causes and conditions are equally enjoyed, it travels the path faster than the Action Tantra, which is matched with the horse's gallop. The seventh is faster than the gallop, called the dance-like gait, just as lifting the feet and walking quickly, more superior than Kriya Yoga is the vehicle of Maha Yoga, because from the realm of the equality of mind, from the magical display of letters, the mandala of the dependent and the depended deities is visualized as the union of appearance and emptiness like the moon in water. Therefore, there is a special method of taking the result, the mandala of body and wisdom, as the path from now on, so the speed of reaching the Buddha-ground is faster. The eighth, the flying gallop, is: just as a horse trots very quickly, faster than the gait of lifting the feet, and the distance covered is also greater, the Anu Vehicle does not require the labor of the generation stage with external appearances, but from the realm of primordial purity, in the manner of the manifestation of the result, the wisdom mandala, one's own aggregates and elements
