Sapa is: Samadhi, which abides in the nature of all dharmas, the mind of enlightenment, is quiescence (śamatha). Vipassanā is the practice of all dharmas without error by the wisdom that realizes it as such. Quiescence and insight also abide primordially in one's own mind of enlightenment. Eighth, the abiding of the two, wisdom and samadhi, is: What are known as the two secret implements of a yogi are wisdom and samadhi. All qualities arise from samadhi making the mind workable. Since wisdom brings the great dominion of perfect enjoyment by practicing without error, these are the great implements of a yogi. These two also abide spontaneously in the self-knowing mind of enlightenment, which is the union of quiescence and insight from the beginning. Thus, these eight categories explain how all dharmas abide in the essence of the mind of enlightenment. The term "wheel" (cakra) refers to the true wisdom of the mind, which is not fixed on any extreme. Therefore, all dharmas transform into various forms without the limits of refutation and establishment, and continuously revolve, hence it is called a "wheel." Alternatively, the function of a wheel is to cut off. As stated in the sutra "The Secret Treasury of the Wheel": "The wheel of wisdom of Manjushri's mind, completely cuts off the delusion of the three realms of existence." and so on. Second, the wheel of existence is said to abide in the navel of Yamantaka, like the excellent city of Samdo. How so? Just as the vajra city has places for the inhabitants to dwell, and entering it, one cannot be overcome by others, and so on, having the power to act as one pleases. Similarly, when one attains the body inseparable from Manjushri Yamantaka, the three realms, the three existences, the three of body, speech, and mind, the three of channels, winds, and drops, etc., for all dharmas included in the three existences, with the perfect enjoyment body of Manjushri Yamantaka, exercises dominion, because all is perfected in his body. Thus, it is also said in the Vinaya Sutra: "From me, the three existences arise. I am the lord of all." and so on. Therefore, outwardly, the three existences abide in the belly of the Lord of Death of Karma, so when the life of sentient beings of the three realms comes to an end,

Since the consciousness of sentient beings cannot possibly go into his hands, he is the master of the life force of the three realms, and also the lord of the dead. As the body shown as a symbolic mudra, dwelling in his belly, and becoming the nemesis of ordinary Yama, he is the master of all of samsara and nirvana, and there is no other above him, because he is the body of true wisdom—Manjushri Yamantaka. From the inner perspective, sentient beings born from the womb first form from the navel, and the basis for the movement of karmic winds depends on the navel for its formation, and the navel is like a prison or the noose of a juice extractor, so consciousness forms there and is held without being lost, and the time of inner movement gradually moves and destroys sentient beings. From the secret perspective, through the action of true wisdom and the wind of wisdom, those enemies of time are immovably destroyed, and that is glorious Yamantaka. Therefore, it is said that the wheel of existence dwells in the navel. The reason it is called a wheel is that the sentient beings of the three realms, due to the delusion of ignorance and wrong views, increase grasping and attachment, and wander deludedly from one place to another, so it is called a wheel. Having understood this, cutting off the eighty-four thousand afflictions that propel the wheel of existence with true wisdom is its practice. Third, the wheel of emanation is located under the feet of Yamantaka, like a magician. Just as a magician skilled in magic, no matter what illusions he conjures, will appear in that form and perform actions, so too, without moving from the nature of Manjushri Yamantaka's mind, he appears to press down with his feet the six classes of beings, the six aggregates, the six continuums, the six emanations, and the six wheels, and through compassion, he shows that the six emanated Thubpas perform deeds for the benefit of beings in the six realms. This is a symbolic mudra that appears from the realm of immutable bodhicitta, with power manifesting without interruption, appearing as the form of Yamantaka's body pressing down the six realms under his feet, and is called emanation, and due to the ripening of the karma of each of the six realms, it is transmitted and revolves from one to another, so it is a wheel of delusion.
