Explanation of cutting off extremes, explanation of the wheel of emanation as miracles, explanation of the wheel of cutting as activity. The first has two parts, extensive and concise. First, the wheel of abiding abides in the heart of the self-nature Yamāntaka, like a precious jewel. Just as all needs and desires arise from a jewel, similarly, the heart of Mañjuśrī Yamāntaka, its true wisdom, is the nature from which all dharmas arise, and because it is primordially pure and unchanging, it is said that all dharmas abide in the heart of Yamāntaka. Second, what is called the wheel of abiding? It is one's own mind, the great bliss of bodhicitta, abiding in that itself is called the wheel of abiding. Because all dharmas are gathered and contained in it alone. How are they gathered? Here, it is explained in eight ways: the three bodies abide, the four wisdoms abide, saṃsāra and nirvāṇa both abide, the two truths abide, view and conduct both abide, skillful means and wisdom both abide, śamatha and vipaśyanā both abide, and śerab and tingnge-dzin both abide. First, the way the three bodies abide is: when one's own bodhicitta, the king of awareness, becomes independent, all dharmas included in the outer and inner world of appearances and existence arise from one's own mind, and the mind is the source of all of them. The essence or nature of the mind, the great wisdom that is the non-duality of awareness and emptiness, does not go beyond that. When it manifests in this way, it is called the dharmakāya, and there is nothing else besides that. At that time, the five objects of desire are not restricted, and one obtains the inexhaustible power to enjoy them as one wishes, which is called the sambhogakāya. Similarly, transforming oneself into the bodies of all beings and wielding power as one wishes is called the nirmāṇakāya. Thus, the three bodies naturally abide within oneself, and this is the abiding of the bodies. Second, the abiding of the four wisdoms is: one's own mind is empty like the sky, and the nature of the union of appearance and emptiness, in which emptiness appears, manifests directly without attachment to appearances, which is called dharmadhātu wisdom. In this state, when performing various karmic mudrās of gathering and dispersing, all things are like reflections in a mirror,

Like reflections in a mirror, although they appear, naturally realizing that there is no real substance is mirror-like wisdom. In one's own Bodhicitta, the five aggregates, five faculties, five consciousnesses, five objects, five colors, five male Buddhas, five female Buddhas, etc., are originally present, and knowing that these are equal and yet each is distinct, is discriminating wisdom. All dharmas are originally without seeking or accomplishment, but are naturally liberated in their own nature, realizing that they are spontaneously accomplished, is accomplishing wisdom. Thus, the four wisdoms are also originally and naturally present in one's own Bodhicitta. Third, the two, samsara and nirvana, abide: The appearance of the two, samsara and nirvana, is merely the appearance of that form in one's own mind. How it appears is merely the appearance of one's own mind, merely a trick of the mind. The mind itself appears as samsara and nirvana. It is certain that apart from the mind, the so-called samsara and nirvana, not even a particle exists that is established by its own nature, and this also ultimately ends in the Dharmadhatu of the Bodhicitta's ultimate truth, so the two, samsara and nirvana, also abide there. Fourth, the two truths abide: All dharmas ultimately end in the Bodhicitta of ultimate truth, this is the ultimate truth. All dharmas included in the appearance of that (Bodhicitta)'s power, also appear as mere conventionality without mixing, this is the conventional truth. Thus, the two truths are originally present in one's own Bodhicitta. Fifth, the two, view and conduct, abide: View is like the eye, able to distinguish all the faults and merits of objects. Conduct is like the hands and feet, for each action, whatever it is, it is carried out without wasting it. So, what are the limits of view and conduct? Knowing that the essence of all dharmas is the Dharmata Bodhicitta, this is the ultimate of view. From that state of view, whatever one does, as long as it does not contradict or separate from the Dharmata, is the king of conduct. Such view and conduct are not found elsewhere, they are originally present in one's own Bodhicitta. Sixth, the two, means and wisdom, abide: All the actions one has done arise from the essence Bodhicitta, and knowing that it does not go beyond its realm, this is wisdom. Practicing that itself without inherent existence is means. Means and wisdom are also naturally present in one's own Bodhicitta. Seventh, the two, shamatha and vipashy
