Since the ground is the source of various internal concepts and the source of various external phenomena, just as the external phenomena are, the parts of the internal body also have the seeds or functions of these phenomena appearing. If this were not the case, then all these external phenomena would not appear. For the same place, there are various appearances such as good and bad, large and small, etc., which is like a river, seen differently by the three realms of hell, humans, desire gods, and the six beings of limitless space. Similarly, if the internal channels, winds, and bindus can be guided onto the right path, then the appearance of pure wisdom will appear; if they cannot be guided onto the right path, then the appearance of impure delusion will appear. Therefore, know that without relying on external generation stages, etc., but through the key points of the Vajra body's channels, winds, and bindus, all gross changes are first dissolved into their source—the unchanging wisdom of the central channel's Dharmadhatu. Therefore, know that the mandala of the nature of great bliss Bodhicitta is revealed by guiding the body as the tantra of means. This is the view of the Anu Yoga school. If this point is not understood, merely guiding the body's channels, winds, and bindus will not eliminate delusion, generate the appearance of wisdom, and thus achieve Buddhahood. Therefore, know that the key point of all qualified completion stages ultimately comes down to this. Having understood this, the order of practice is that one can practice the four views and four tenets related to the four empowerments, etc., according to the level of intelligence, as stated in the Heruka's 'Importance'. Among them, the practice of secret wisdom mainly takes the yoga of combining one's own body and another's body as the path. Even the order of its practice varies depending on the oral instructions of the tantras and sadhanas. But in reality, they all agree on dissolving the karma wind into the central channel and entering the mandala of primordial Bodhicitta. Therefore, in the center of the body, there are three main channels and various levels of wind elements based on five chakras. Therefore, there are also various methods of revealing wisdom by hitting these key points separately, and the root of all of these is three of the eight petals of the heart channel

It is called the root of Dharmata. Three are called the root of wisdom. One is called the root of self-continuity. One is called the root of qualities, thus there are eight. In the root of Dharmata, there dwells a round yellow light. On it, the essence Om (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओम्,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:Om) is the support for accumulating the habits of pure wisdom, and the seed syllables Su (藏文:སུ,梵文天城体:सु,梵文罗马拟音:su,汉语字面意思:Su) and Tri (藏文:ཏྲི,梵文天城体:त्रि,梵文罗马拟音:tri,汉语字面意思:Tri) are the support for accumulating the habits of being born as Asuras and animals during impure samsara, and the Alaya consciousness dwells relying on that yellow light. In the root of wisdom, there is a blue light like a coiled snake, on which the pure essence Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum) and the impure seed syllables of gods and humans, A (藏文:ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:A) and Nri (藏文:ནྲྀ,梵文天城体:नृ,梵文罗马拟音:nṛ,汉语字面意思:Nri), dwell. The mind consciousness dwells relying on that light. In the root of self-continuity, there is a red crescent-shaped light, on which the pure essence Ah (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:Ah) and the impure seed syllables of pretas and hells, Pre (藏文:པྲེ,梵文天城体:प्रे,梵文罗马拟音:pre,汉语字面意思:Pre) and Du (藏文:དུ,梵文天城体:दु,梵文罗马拟音:du,汉语字面意思:Du), dwell. The afflicted mind dwells relying on that light. In the root of qualities, there is a reddish-black light, relying on which the five sense consciousnesses arise. In the center of these roots, there are three roots: the right is the root of skillful means, marked by the letter Om (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओम्,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:Om); the center is the root of true wisdom, marked by the letter Ah (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:Ah); and the left is the root of wisdom, marked by the letter Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum). These essences of the roots are like white silk threads, as thick as a horse's tail divided into ten strands, connected to each other, and curved like a rope. This is the extremely subtle part of the solid element, and it is the essence of earth. It is the wisdom of great emptiness, which is the support for all three realms that have not been transformed into the pure essence. On that essence of the root, there is the essence of blood like cinnabar, which is the extremely subtle seed of the arising of coarse and tangible aggregates, and it is the essence of the water element. In reality, it is the support of the wisdom of equality, which gathers everything into the single realm of non-action. On it, there is an essence of warmth like the heat of light when a mirror is placed in the sun, which is the essence of the seed of fire that ripens the coarse aggregates. This is also the lamp that realizes everything as the realm of great bliss through individual discriminating wisdom. On it, there is the essence of breath like the steam in a gold mine underground, which has various colors, and it is the
