First, place the mustard-seed-sized (bindu) between the eyebrows and meditate for three days. Then, first, by the light rays of "A" (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Literal Chinese meaning: A), dissolve the illusory body into a single mass of light. By meditating on this for one session of seven days, one realizes all dharmas within the state of awareness and wisdom. Second, that light gathers all the outer and inner worlds. That light, in the very essence of empty clarity of space, clearly manifests the white "A" (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Literal Chinese meaning: A), unborn and pure. Whoever meditates on this for seven days transcends suffering. Third, "A" (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Literal Chinese meaning: A) is neither empty nor non-empty. There is also no middle way to focus on that is free from concepts. Without wavering from the state of non-grasping equality, by meditating for seven days, one's own nature becomes manifest, and Vajrasattva is found within oneself. Mind and mental events are perfected in the emptiness of mind itself. The nature of emptiness abides in the state of clear light. The signs are like smoke dissolving, without inherent existence. It is visibly seen like a cloudless sky. Without being defiled by grasping thoughts, by practicing accordingly, at the time of death, the mother and child clear light meet, and one manifestly attains enlightenment. The experienced feeling is like the pleasure of youth, like the dream of a mute person, like the direct perception of the senses. By combining these and meditating, clear light becomes manifest. Fourth, empty the narrow gate of the bardo. Samaya. (Tibetan: ས་མ་ཡ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: समय, Sanskrit Romanization: samaya, Literal Chinese meaning: Vow) Seal, seal, seal. (Tibetan: རྒྱ་རྒྱ་རྒྱ, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization: gya gya gya, Literal Chinese meaning: Seal, seal, seal) Fifth, the stages of union, also, that body, clearly manifest as a deity, its nature is pure as emptiness, mind without mind, is clear light. Those two, inseparable, are the united body. There is no form other than emptiness. There is no emptiness separate from form. Like rainbows and clouds in the nature of space. Awareness without clouds is union. By joining equally with equality, one attains great perfect equality. Fifth, the stages of union. Samaya. (Tibetan: ས་མ་ཡ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: समय, Sanskrit Romanization: samaya, Literal Chinese meaning: Vow) Seal, seal, seal. (Tibetan: རྒྱ་རྒྱ་རྒྱ, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization: gya gya gya, Literal Chinese meaning: Seal, seal, seal) Sixth, in all post-meditation periods, without separating from the mindfulness of the view, diligently engage in the ten practices of Dharma. For sentient beings who have not realized and are confused, generate compassion and work for their benefit. Dedicate the merit and make aspirations. Diligently engage in fulfillment, confession, supplication, and bathing rituals. Thus, combine the preliminary practices of the main practice with the subsequent measures, with the distinctions of one's own wisdom, and determine the warmth of the object of focus. Then, either in a sequence of four sessions, or meditating all at once, in the intermediate state, generate pure perception towards the lama and deity, and compassion towards limitless beings. Ultimately, at the time of death, the yogi, the confusion of the clear light of reality is cleared away, the Dharmakaya is perfected, and the bardo

Having arisen as the Sambhogakaya, accomplishing the benefit of beings through the power of aspiration, the essence of the ocean of secret mantra tantras is the practice of the five stages. The key instruction of completely meditating on the five stages in one seat by one yogi is complete. Gya Gya Gya (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思). In the center of the rocky mountain where the four elements of one's own body are gathered, and where the snakes of the five poisons are completely coiled, the self-arisen and self-manifested treasure is revealed. The mantra holder Padmavajra extracted it from the tantras and composed it for the benefit of future generations. Sarva Mangalam (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,一切吉祥). Good! Auspicious! Homage! The completion stage instructions of the Great Accomplishment Eight Herukas, called "Great Wisdom Penetration," is present. Homage to the complete body of the Sugatas of the three times. In the tantra of the Great Accomplishment Eight Herukas, the completion stage is as follows: I myself am Samantabhadra, all Sugatas are complete without accomplishment. Therefore, in the heart of the yogi practitioner, there is the seed of enlightenment. The deity is oneself, oneself is the deity, the view without difference is without bias, without cessation, clear, without grasping. Since the body is clear and the essence is pure, remembrance and speech are continuous. Activities are transformed by wisdom, the result is the accomplishment of the Great Seal. The three key points are explained as follows: The three bodies are spontaneously accomplished and liberated, the mandala of the five wisdoms is seen, having become stable, one becomes manifestly enlightened. The Buddhas of the ten directions and four times, and all the peaceful and wrathful Eight Heruka deities, are complete in the Great Supreme Heruka. The essence of Heruka is, abiding in the Dharmadhatu without fabrication, without cessation, clarity is the Dharmakaya, the single bindu is wisdom. The meaning of what was said is: First, for a fortunate person, establishing it in the manner of guidance, there are three: preliminary, main part, and subsequent. The preliminary is: In the tantra it says: First, when practicing secret mantra, the Vajra Master is extremely important, the holder of the accomplishment lineage of the Sugata's transmission, having received empowerment, protects the vows without impairment, the view is decisive, the samadhi is clear, one who does not spread secret instructions, one should seek such a lama. Second, examining the vessel of the student, able to endure adverse conditions, possessing great faith, cherishing the Dharma and the teacher like the eyes, able to live alone, with few words, diligent in recitation, wise and virtuous, one should seek such a qualified person. Third, find a place for practice.
