Contemplate the deity of the empowerment substance dissolving into light, empowered by the jewel head ornament. Place the five-family head ornaments upon the head. Hūṃ! From the five essences arise the five mudrās, That is, from them manifest the mandala of the hundred families of the Ratna lineage. By bestowing this supreme empowerment upon the fortunate child, may you perfect the five kāyas and five wisdoms, and attain empowerment! Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ Svāhā. By bestowing the empowerment of possessing the unchanging crest jewel, may the afflictions, pride, and habitual tendencies be purified, may the wisdom of equality be realized, and may the habitual tendencies of the peaceful and wrathful hundred families of Ratnasambhava be established. From emptiness, visualize the disciple upon a vajra lotus solar disc seat, Amitābha Heruka, red, holding a lotus and bell, together with consort, adorned with bone ornaments and jewels, becoming the master of the hundred families of the Amitābha lineage, united with his self-arisen wisdom being, Vajrasamājaḥ, Jaḥ Hūṃ Baṃ Hoḥ. The deity of the empowerment substance dissolves, transforming into a vajra, which is given to the right hand and rubbed three times against the heart. Hūṃ! This vajra possesses the five kāyas and five wisdoms, it is the Amitābha lineage mudrā of the hundred families, now bestowed upon you. Oṃ Jñāna Vajra Hūṃ! Adhipati Sattva. Abhiṣiñca Vajra Samaya. From emptiness, visualize the disciple upon a bell lotus solar disc seat, Amoghasiddhi Heruka, green, holding a crossed vajra and bell, together with consort, adorned with bone ornaments and jewels, becoming the master of the hundred families of the Amoghasiddhi lineage, united with his self-arisen wisdom being, Vajrasamājaḥ, Jaḥ Hūṃ Baṃ Hoḥ. The deity of the empowerment substance dissolves, transforming into a bell, which is given to the left hand and rung three times. This bell follows the melodious sound of the Buddha, it is the mudrā for accomplishing activities, therefore hold it. Lotus and the hundred families of karma, the seeds of habits are placed in the continuum, purifying desire, hatred, and jealousy, and individually realizing, accomplishing the manifestation of wisdom. Here, the empowerment of name does not occur; it refers to the secret name given above and the completion of the crown empowerment. Thus, all the habits of ignorance are purified, the five wisdom bodies, the Vajradhara of the families, the five wisdoms are fully manifested. Then, entrust the medicine, alcohol, and offering substances. Hūṃ! A great gathering of medicine, alcohol, and torma offerings, empowering the supports of body, speech, and mind, the sacred substances and vows, honoring and worshiping the wisdom deities and oath-bound ones, may they gain the power to meditate, practice, listen, and explain! The root mantra and, Sarva Pañcāmṛta (藏文，梵文天城体：सर्व पञ्चामृत，梵文罗马拟音：sarva pañcāmṛta，汉语字面意思：All Five Nectars), Mahā Balinta (藏文，梵文天城体：महाबलिन्त，梵文罗马拟音：mahābalinta，汉语字面意思：Great Offering), Mahā Rakta (藏文，梵文天城体：महारक्त，梵文罗马拟音：mahārakta，汉语字面意思：Great Blood), Samaya Abhiṣiñca Āveśaya Ā Ā (藏文，梵文天城体：समय अभिषिञ्च आवेशय आ आ，梵文罗马拟音：samaya abhiṣiñca āveśaya ā ā，汉语字面意思：Vow, Consecrate, Enter, Ah Ah). Entrust the vajra and bell, causing them to be raised and rung. Place the hand symbols of the five families in the hands. Hūṃ! Vajra, wheel, jewel, lotus, and the five aspects of the heart's commitment, the vajra bell proclaiming the sound of dharma, the five aspects of the speech commitment to the mothers of the families, the empowerment of the mudra of equal union, Vajra, you enjoy the collection of all families. Inner symbols outwardly manifest, grasping the precious rosary of grasping and holding, subduing the demonic forces, the beautiful sounds of the scriptures, the virtuous melodies, the pure and beautiful space, the lotus garland, the connection between space, awareness, and meaning, the beautiful arm ornaments, the ornaments of the brave that subdue and overpower, the amazing secret mantra, the clear Semodo (place name), pure view and conduct, the majestic upper garment, pure discipline, the clean lower garment, the bracelets on the hands and feet, the Dharma wheel never ceasing, the wisdom pinnacle, the crown of the victorious ones, etc. By empowering with the ornaments of the peaceful nature of reality, may you possess the commitment of the great seal of the deity's body and always be inseparable from the dharani!
