This is the practice called "The pith instructions for the root empowerment ritual of the Wrathful Self-Arisen, Self-Manifested, compiled into a treasure trove of accomplishments." Namo Guru Shri Heruka Vajra Krodha Rajaya. In the mandala of self-arisen and self-manifested, with the immeasurable miraculous displays of the mind beyond intellect, in order to completely overturn samsara and liberate the three poisons into the expanse, I prostrate with inconceivable and uncontainable devotion. The Dharma of the practice group, which is like the essence of life, just by obtaining the essence of the five treasuries, one becomes equal to Vajrasattva. This is a concise compilation of its root ripening empowerment. The root empowerment of the Wrathful Self-Arisen, Self-Manifested, or the ripening empowerment known as the empowerment for cultivating the practice, relies on the painted mandala and explains the method of benefiting disciples in three parts: the preliminary preparation ritual, the actual activity of the empowerment, and the concluding sequence of gathering. The first part has three sections: preparation of the ground, the deity, and the vase. From emptiness, the tormas become precious vessels, and the offerings become an ocean of nectar, clear and unobstructed. Offer with Argham etc., and bless the tormas three times with Om Ah Hum (藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：ओम् आः हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ āḥ hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Om Ah Hum). Cleanse and purify the painted treasure heap.
