By the empowerment of the five kinds of precious substances, just as a wish-fulfilling jewel fulfills all desires, may the thoughts of beings be accomplished as desired, and having realized the meaning of the five wisdoms, may they be endowed with excellent qualities as desired, and may they possess strength, fearlessness, and power! Om Pancaratna Siddhi Sara Hum! By the empowerment of the five kinds of precious substances residing in the vase, may the disciples of today fulfill the needs and desires of sentient beings as they wish! Hum! The essence of the five Sugata families and the five wisdoms, by the empowerment of the five essences, just as the essence of the cause produces all fruits, may the root of virtue be like the essence of the cause, may the essence of unsurpassed enlightenment be attained! Om Pancagarbha Siddhi Hum! By the empowerment of the five essences, may the disciples be endowed with the thirty-two major marks and the eighty minor marks, and may they possess the essence of unsurpassed enlightenment! Hum! By the empowerment of the ripening of fruits on the garland, just as the wish-fulfilling tree fulfills all desires, may the aspects of enlightenment of mindfulness and awareness, possess the power of the thirty-seven factors of enlightenment! By the empowerment of the vase's garland, having understood the meaning of the Dharma of cause and effect such as the twelve links of interdependent origination and the thirty-seven factors of enlightenment, may the flower of the major marks bear the fruit of the minor marks! By the empowerment of the five-fold crown of the necklace, just as the empowerment is primarily given to Vajradhara, may the empowerments of the five wisdoms be perfected, and may they possess the power of the five Sugata families! By the empowerment of the necklace, enjoying the Panchalika garment of the Shirsha goddess, and protecting sentient beings from suffering like heat with compassion like an umbrella, may the accumulation of unsurpassed enlightenment be perfected! Thus, the vase is placed on the crown of the head for empowerment. After the vase empowerment is completely accomplished, as a final step, the seven precious royal emblems and the eight auspicious substances are arranged in front, and one should think of bestowing them. The wheel, etc., are handed over in order: The precious wheel is rare and valuable, cutting off the cycle of samsara, and will turn the wheel of Dharma. What the Buddhas of the three times have turned, shows the cause and effect of cutting off leisurelessness. In order to accomplish the Vajra Mandala, may it be turned in accordance with the Great Vehicle Dharma! By the empowerment of the precious wheel, may you obtain the power of the ten bhumis, show all vehicles, and obtain the power of the great Dharma king! Ratna Chakra Abhiṣiñca A! By the empowerment of the precious consort, may the meaning of self and others be accomplished from truth, and may you be endowed with the glory of wish-fulfilling wealth! Hum! By the empowerment of the jewel, may you be endowed with pure wisdom, and may you be endowed with the lamp that completely dispels all the darkness of afflictions, and may you be endowed with the wisdom of insight!
