Oṃ Mahā Nāga Rāca Pañca Abhiṣiñca Āḥ By the empowerment of the snake garland, may you subdue all the nāga assemblies and purify hatred in its place, and may you receive the supreme empowerment. In order to obtain the siddhi of secret mantra, the empowerment of the substances of accomplishment is as follows: By means of the substances of the samaya of the four: medicine, rakta, and torma, serve the deities and perform sādhana, etc., relying on the profound methods of secret mantra, may you enjoy all of saṃsāra and nirvāṇa as the great manifestation of uncontaminated desire and wisdom, and may you believe that you have obtained the power to accomplish the four activities without obstruction. By giving this fierce offering torma, may the wisdom deities be pleased and worshiped, may the samaya beings fulfill their vows, and may you be empowered in meditation, accomplishment, listening, and teaching. Oṃ Mahā Baliṃta Samaya Abhiṣiñca Āḥ By the empowerment of the torma, may the Sugatas be pleased, may the vows of the ḍākinīs and samaya beings be fulfilled, and may you receive the supreme empowerment to subdue enemies and obstacles. Give amrita in the right hand. Hūṃ! These empowerments of the samaya substance amrita are the nature of the five wisdoms. The five poisons are primordially pure. May you be empowered by the five great medicines.
