ང་བུ་ལྔ་པའི་ནང་དུ་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་རིགས་ལྔ་དྭངས་གསལ་སྒྲིབ་མེད་དུ་ བཞུགས་པ་འདི་ཉིད་སྤྱི་བོར་བཞག་པས་རིགས་ལྔའི་དངོས་གྲུབ་ཐོབ་པར་མོས་ཤིག །ཧཱུྃ༔ སྙིང་པོ་ལྔ་དང་ཕྱག་མཚན་ལྔ༔ རིགས་ལྔའི་སྐུ་རུ་གནས་གྱུར་ནས༔ ཁམས་གསུམ་ཡེ་ཤེས་བསྐྱེད་པའི་ཕྱིར༔ རིགས་མཆོག་ཡེ་ཤེས་དབང་བསྐུར་རོ༔ ཨོཾ་བུདྡྷ། ཧཱུྃ་བཛྲ། ཏྲཱཾ་རཏྣ། ཧྲཱིཿཔདྨ། ཨཱཿཀརྨ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཨཱ༔ ཞེས་དབུ་རྒྱན་མགོར་བཅིང་། དབུ་རྒྱན་རིགས་ལྔའི་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་དབང་བསྐུར་པས༔ ཕུང་པོ་ལྔ་དང་ཉོན་མོངས་པ་ལྔ་སྐུ་དང་ཡེ་ཤེས་ལྔའི་ངང་དུ་གནས་གྱུར་པའི་དབང་དམ་པ་ཐོབ་པར་གྱུར་ཅིག༔ ཡེ་ཤེས་ལྔ་ལྷུན་གྱིས་གྲུབ་པར་བྱ་བའི་ཕྱིར་རྡོ་རྗེའི་དབང་བསྐུར་བ་ནི། རིགས་ལྔ་དང་ཡེ་ཤེས་ལྔ་མཚོན་པའི་རྡོ་རྗེ་ལག་གཡས་སུ་གཏད་པ་འདི་ཉིད་སྙིང་གར་ལན་གསུམ་གསོར་བས་ཡེ་ཤེས་ལྔ་རང་གསལ་དུ་འཆར་བས་བདག་དོན་ལྷུན་གྱིས་གྲུབ་པར་མོས་ཤིག །ཧཱུྃ༔ ཡེ་ཤེས་ལྔ་ཡི་རང་བཞིན་ཅན༔ ཞེ་སྡང་ཀུན་འཇོམས་ཕ་རོལ་ཕྱིན༔ མཚོན་པའི་རྡོ་རྗེ་རྩེ་ལྔ་པ༔ དེ་ཡི་དབང་མཆོག་དམ་པ་བསྐུར༔ ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ཛྙཱ་ན་བཛྲ་པཉྩ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཨཱ༔ ཞེས་གཏད་ལ་གསོར་བཅུག །རྡོ་རྗེ་ རྩེ་ལྔ་པས་དབང་བསྐུར་པས༔ དུག་ལྔ་ཡེ་ཤེས་ལྔའི་རང་བཞིན་དུ་གནས་པའི་དབང་དམ་པ་ཐོབ་པར་གྱུར་ཅིག༔ ཐབས་ཤེས་རབ་གཉིས་སུ་མེད་པར་བྱ་བའི་ཕྱིར་དྲིལ་བུའི་དབང་བསྐུར་བ་ནི། གྲགས་སྟོང་གི་སྒྲས་ཐབས་ཤེས་ཟུང་འཇུག་ཏུ་མཚོན་པའི་དྲིལ་བུ་ལག་གཡོན་དུ་གཏད་པ་ལན་གསུམ་དཀྲོལ་བས་གསང་མཆོག་བདེ་ཆེན་ཟུང་འཇུག་གི་ལམ་གྱིས་འགྲོ་བའི་དོན་སྤྱོད་པའི་མཐུ་ཐོབ་པར་མོས་ཤིག །ཧཱུྃ༔ ཆོས་ཀྱི་སྒྲ་ཡི་དྲིལ་བུ་འདིས༔ གསུང་རབ་བཅུ་གཉིས་སྒྲ་བསྒྲགས་པས༔ ཡེ་ཤེས་ཆེན་པོ་ཆོས་ཀྱི་དབྱིངས༔ ཐབས་དང་ཤེས་རབ་དབང་བསྐུར་རོ༔ ཨོཾ་དྷརྨ་དྷཱ་ཏུ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཨཱ༔ ཞེས་གཏད་ལ་དཀྲོལ་དུ་གཞུག །དྲིལ་བུའི་དབང་བསྐུར་པས༔ ཆོས་ཐམས་ཅད་སྒྲ་བརྙན་ལྟ་བུའི་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཀྱིས་ཐབས་དང་ཤེས་རབ་གཉིས་སུ་མེད་པའི་དབང་དམ་པ་ཐོབ་པར་གྱུར་ཅིག༔ སོ་སོའི་ལྷ་སྒྲུབ་པ་དང་གསང་བ་འཛིན་པའི་གྲལ་དུ་ཚུད་པར་བྱ་བའི་ཕྱིར་མིང་གིས་དབང་བསྐུར་བ་ནི། བླ་མ་དང་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་གྱི་ལྷ་ཚོགས་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་རྡོ་རྗེ་མིང་གིས་དབང་བསྐུར་བར་མོས་ཤིག །ཧཱུྃ༔ དེ་རིང་ཕན་ཆད་བུ་ཁྱོད་ལ༔ ཁམས་ གསུམ་སྲིད་གསུམ་དུས་གསུམ་དུ༔ མཆོག་གསུམ་སངས་རྒྱས་ཞིང་ཁམས་སུ༔ རྡོ་རྗེར་གྲགས་པའི་དབང་བསྐུར་རོ༔ ཤྲཱི་ཧེ

I, among the five children, may we believe that by placing the five Tathagata families, clear and unobstructed, this abode on the crown of the head, we will attain the accomplishments of the five families. Hūṃ! Five essences and five mudras, having transformed into the bodies of the five families, for the sake of generating wisdom in the three realms, bestow the wisdom empowerment of the supreme family. Oṃ Buddha. (藏文：ཨོཾ་བུདྡྷ，梵文天城体：ओम् बुद्ध，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ buddha，汉语字面意思：嗡，佛陀。) Hūṃ Vajra. (藏文：ཧཱུྃ་བཛྲ，梵文天城体：हुम् वज्र，梵文罗马拟音：huṃ vajra，汉语字面意思：吽，金刚。) Trāṃ Ratna. (藏文：ཏྲཱཾ་རཏྣ，梵文天城体：त्राम् रत्न，梵文罗马拟音：trāṃ ratna，汉语字面意思：幢，宝。) Hrīḥ Padma. (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿཔདྨ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः पद्म，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ padma，汉语字面意思：舍，莲花。) Āḥ Karma Abhiṣiñca Ā. (藏文：ཨཱཿཀརྨ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཨཱ，梵文天城体：आः कर्म अभिषिञ्च आ，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ karma abhiṣiñca ā，汉语字面意思：阿，业，灌顶，阿。) Thus, the crown is bound on the head. By the empowerment of the five Buddha families of the crown, may you obtain the supreme empowerment by which the five aggregates and five afflictions are transformed and abide in the nature of the five bodies and wisdoms! In order to spontaneously accomplish the five wisdoms, the vajra empowerment is performed. May you believe that by entrusting the vajra, which represents the five families and five wisdoms, to the right hand and stirring it three times at the heart, the five wisdoms will appear as self-luminous, and self-benefit will be spontaneously accomplished. Hūṃ! Possessing the nature of the five wisdoms, destroying all hatred, going beyond, the five-pronged vajra that symbolizes it, bestow its supreme and sacred empowerment. Oṃ Vajrajñānavajrapañca Abhiṣiñca Ā. (藏文：ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ཛྙཱ་ན་བཛྲ་པཉྩ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཨཱ，梵文天城体：ओम् वज्रज्ञानवज्रपञ्च अभिषिञ्च आ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ vajrajñānavajrapañca abhiṣiñca ā，汉语字面意思：嗡，金刚，智慧，金刚，五，灌顶，阿。) Thus, entrust it and have it stirred. By the empowerment of the five-pronged vajra, may you obtain the supreme empowerment by which the five poisons abide in the nature of the five wisdoms! In order to make skillful means and wisdom inseparable, the bell empowerment is performed. May you believe that by entrusting the bell, which represents the union of skillful means and wisdom through the sound of emptiness, to the left hand and ringing it three times, you will obtain the power to practice the benefit of going on the path of secret, supreme, great bliss union. Hūṃ! With this bell of the sound of Dharma, the twelve scriptures proclaim the sound, the great wisdom, the realm of Dharma, bestow the empowerment of skillful means and wisdom. Oṃ Dharmadhātu Abhiṣiñca Ā. (藏文：ཨོཾ་དྷརྨ་དྷཱ་ཏུ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཨཱ，梵文天城体：ओम् धर्मधातु अभिषिञ्च आ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ dharmadhātu abhiṣiñca ā，汉语字面意思：嗡，法界，灌顶，阿。) Thus, entrust it and have it rung. By the bell empowerment, may you obtain the supreme empowerment of the wisdom of all dharmas being like sound and images, with skillful means and wisdom inseparable! In order to enter the ranks of those who practice their respective deities and uphold the secrets, the name empowerment is performed. May you believe that the gurus and the assembly of deities of the mandala bestow the empowerment with the vajra name. Hūṃ! From today onward, to you, in the three realms, the three existences, and the three times, in the three jewels and Buddhafields, bestow the empowerment known as Vajra! Shrī He.
