吽，如迦班杂拉那玛阿毗钦扎吽。金刚铃置于顶。以名灌顶，于十方世界一切现证菩提之金刚名号著称之殊胜灌顶获得之。二者，以忿怒尊之三灌顶物依次灌顶之初，为获大吉祥之大功德，故而授予手印灌顶。汝等于宫殿座垫之上，观想为大吉祥胜乐金刚之身，赐予根本手印金刚杵与血海，信解手印圆满。九尖金刚杵置于右手。吽！九智之彼岸，乃黑汝嘎之自性，断除九地之烦恼分别，彼即功德灌顶也。嗡，嘉纳班杂拉卓达阿毗钦扎阿。以金刚杵灌顶，心性与法性无别、不坏、不变之殊胜灌顶获得之。颅碗血置于左手。吽！具五智之颅碗，充满慈悲贪恋之血，五部乃五智之本体，远离一切偏颇灌顶之。嗡，嘎巴拉RA嘎达阿毗钦扎阿。以颅碗血灌顶，以方便悲心与智慧贪恋二无别，贪恋于利益有情而安住之殊胜灌顶获得之。为断除三界一切恶毒者，以八寒林之物灌顶。信解为涂于诸处之三物之标志，着于身上下之三衣之服饰，戴于颈项与手足之二饰所庄严。于额头与脸颊二处作大灰堆。吽！黑汝嘎之十处，与八大寒林处，迎请大吉祥饮血尊，以大灰标志善为庄严，此乃昔日之誓言，此亦为表征之手印，乃调伏一切恶毒者之，以大灰标志灌顶之。嗡，达达瓦亚吽阿毗钦扎阿。以大灰堆灌顶，三界化为微尘，三毒彻底清净之殊胜灌顶获得之。以红血滴于脸颊与胸膛。吽！黑汝嘎之十处，与寒林。

Hūṃ, Ruka Vajra Nāma Abhiṣiñca Hūṃ. The vajra bell is placed on the crown of the head. By bestowing the empowerment with the name, may you obtain the supreme empowerment of being known by the vajra name of complete enlightenment in all the ten directions of the world. Secondly, the first of the three empowerments of wrathful substances, in order to obtain the great qualities of the great glorious one, is the bestowal of the hand-symbol empowerment. May you all visualize yourselves as the body of the Great Glorious Supreme Heruka on the palace seat, and with the giving of the root hand-symbols of the vajra and blood conch, may you be pleased that the hand-symbols are complete. The nine-pointed vajra is placed in the right hand. Hūṃ! The transcendence of the nine wisdoms, is the nature of Heruka, destroying the afflictions and thoughts of the nine grounds, that itself is the quality empowerment. Oṃ Jñāna Vajra Krota Abhiṣiñca Āḥ. By bestowing the empowerment with the vajra, may you obtain the supreme empowerment of the mind-essence and the dharma-essence being inseparable, indestructible, and immutable. The skull cup of blood is placed in the left hand. Hūṃ! The skull cup possessing the five wisdoms, filled with the blood of compassion and attachment, the five families are the reality of the five wisdoms, bestowing the empowerment free from all partiality. Oṃ Kapāla Rakta Abhiṣiñca Āḥ. By bestowing the empowerment with the skull cup of blood, may you obtain the supreme empowerment of being attached to benefiting beings and abiding in the inseparability of skillful means, compassion, and wisdom. In order to completely subdue all the malicious ones of the three realms, the empowerment is bestowed with the eight charnel ground substances. May you be pleased to be adorned with the symbols of the three substances applied to the places, the garments of the three clothes worn on the upper and lower body, and the two ornaments worn on the neck and hands and feet. Great ash clumps are made on the forehead and cheeks. Hūṃ! The ten places of Heruka, and in the eight places of the great charnel ground, the Great Glorious Blood Drinker is invoked, adorned with the symbols of great ash, this is the ancient oath, this is also the hand-symbol of the sign, which subdues all malicious ones, bestowing the empowerment with the symbols of great ash. Oṃ Tata Baya Hūṃ Abhiṣiñca Āḥ. By bestowing the empowerment with the clumps of great ash, may you obtain the supreme empowerment of the three realms being reduced to dust and the three poisons being completely purified. By bestowing empowerment with patterns of fat and oil, may you dry up the suffering of samsara like blood with supreme compassion and attain the supreme empowerment. Cover the upper body with buffalo hide. Hum! The fresh elephant hide is a majestic ornament, a symbol of purifying the darkness of ignorance. Adorn the body with clothing and ornaments. Bestow the empowerment of the king of strength. Om Maha Hasti Kata Tarapasha Abhisinca Ah (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Chinese literal meaning)! By bestowing empowerment with fresh hide, may ignorance be purified in its place without being abandoned, and may you accomplish the benefit of beings with the ten powers and attain the supreme empowerment. Wear a field skin. Hum! The great charnel ground is a symbol of signs, a symbol of purifying without abandoning samsara. May you who have conquered the place of samsara, be empowered as the lord of the charnel ground. Hum Bam Hum Candha Kha Hum Abhisinca Ah (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Chinese literal meaning)! By bestowing empowerment with the auspiciousness of the field, may you subdue and destroy all arrogant gods and asuras and attain the supreme empowerment. Wrap a tiger skin around the lower body. Hum! This tiger skin is fierce with anger, a symbol of purifying jealousy in its place. Possessing skillful means and wisdom, a brave warrior, bestow the empowerment of possessing everything inside and out. By bestowing empowerment with the tiger skin, may jealousy be purified in its place without being abandoned, and may you accomplish all activities and attain the supreme empowerment. The dry skull is the enjoyment body of bliss and emptiness, the blood and bone are the dharma body and dharmata, the wet skull is the emanation body striving for the benefit of beings.
