玛拉！祈请赐予本尊忿怒嘿汝嘎的四种灌顶之恩，祈请令我成熟解脱。三，给予回答： 吼！汝等观想自身为忿怒本尊之身，于心间观想智慧勇识。次第领受四种灌顶之三摩地，以不散乱、明忆、稳固之心受持。于此道以三摩地而行，从具加持之引导中，断除向他处寻觅之念。如是教诫。此后依次授予根本五灌顶，故应如是发愿：观想显空无别之智慧本尊坛城，将象征坛城的胜幢宝瓶置于顶上，信受圆满授予身之宝瓶灌顶。 持宝瓶： 吽 舍！ 莲花忿怒坛城之诸尊，汇集精华宝瓶之甘露，以此灌顶具缘之身，愿诸蕴成熟为本尊。 嗡 阿 吽！ 阿哲尼哲等。（梵文：Kāya abhiṣiñca oṃ，身体灌顶 嗡） 由此获得身之宝瓶灌顶，清净身体之障碍，有权修持生起次第，成为能现前身不坏金刚身的有缘者。 观想声空无别，将象征声空无别的明镜咒牌置于喉间，依于象征乐空双运之颅器甘露，信受圆满授予语之秘密和智慧之灌顶。明镜置于喉间，给予甘露： 吽 舍！ 莲花忿怒坛城之诸尊，咒语之鬘与甘露之精华，以此灌顶具缘之语，愿语权咒语得解脱。根本咒。（梵文：Vāka abhiṣiñca ā，语灌顶 阿） 由此获得语之秘密和智慧灌顶，清净语之障碍，有权修持脉气明点的瑜伽，成为能现前语不坏金刚身的有缘者。 观想觉空无别，依于象征金刚萨埵之明镜手印，信受圆满授予心之本来清净和任运成就之灌顶。示以水晶，置于心间： 吽 舍！ 外明内明彻见水晶，显现不灭种种庄严，自解脱灌顶于心中，愿以手印法性自解脱。根本咒。（梵文：Citta abhiṣiñca hūṃ，心灌顶 吽） 由此获得心之觉性力之灌顶，清净意之障碍，有权修持大圆满。

On this path, proceed with samadhi, from the guidance that is full of blessings, abandon the thought of seeking elsewhere. Thus he instructed. Then, since the five root empowerments are bestowed in sequence, make this aspiration: Visualize the mandala of the wisdom deity, inseparable from appearance and emptiness, and by placing the victorious vase symbolizing the mandala on the crown of the head, believe that the vase empowerment of the body is completely bestowed. Holding the vase: Hum Hrih! The deities of the lotus wrathful mandala, with this nectar of the vase that gathers the essence, by empowering the fortunate body, may the aggregates ripen into deities. Placing the mirror on the throat, giving nectar: Hum Hrih! The deities of the lotus wrathful mandala, the garland of mantras and the essence of nectar, by empowering the fortunate speech, may the speech be liberated by the power of mantra. Root mantra. Crystal clear inside and out, various ornaments of unceasing manifestation, by empowering self-liberation into the heart, may the nature of reality be self-liberated by the mudra. Root mantra.
