Again and again, contemplate the sufferings of samsara. If you do not directly see the Lama as the Buddha, it is difficult for blessings to liberate your mindstream. Therefore, contemplate his qualities and practice Lama Yoga. This is why it is said. Secondly, the uncommon mind-hold has three aspects: holding the mind on the body as a deity, holding the mind on wrathful mantras, and holding the mind on the nature of mind as a mudra. The first is holding the mind on the body as a deity. From the root text of the notes: "The Lama dissolves into oneself, this body becomes a deity. Appearances are empty and without grasping, hold the mind on the deity. Hold onto all the coarse and subtle parts." The meaning of this is how to meditate on the mandala of the body as a deity. From the text: "Mahaguru Dorje Drakpo Tsal (藏文), you are my representative, so meditate clearly." As it is said. Here, taking from the treasure text of one's own mind practice, which is clearly explained separately, one recites HUM HUM (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) oneself, and in an instant, recollection is perfected, becoming Mahaguru Padmasambhava Dorje Drakpo Tsal (藏文). His body is shown in a terrifying form, his speech proclaims a terrifying roar, his mind is endowed with fierce intensity, he dwells in a posture of arrogance and playfulness, his right hand raises a nine-pointed vajra of meteoric iron in the sky, his left hand holds a golden bell resting on his hip, adorned with six bone ornaments, a jeweled headdress, and snake ornaments, endowed with nine wrathful and terrifying dances, his three eyes gaze like the confluence of the sun and moon, his teeth laugh like a mountain of snow, his beard blazes like the fire at the end of time, from his mouth the sound of HUM (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) roars like thunder, adorned with a dark blue silk cloak and eight charnel ground garments, the topknot of his hair adorned with bone ornaments, his two feet stand in a straddling posture, on a seat of sun, moon, and lotus, seated on a seat trampled by male and female rakshasas and demons, majestic in the midst of a blazing fire like the fire of the eon, becoming the nature of subduing the three realms and overpowering the three existences with his power. Thus, recite in speech and clarify the generation stage. That is, appearing is emptiness, and emptiness is appearing clearly, abiding in a state of non-attachment. If conceptual thoughts arise, then at the beginning of holding the mind on the coarse and subtle parts, I am never an ordinary person, but my own awareness appears as the body of a deity, Vajra Drak

Meditate by holding the pride of thinking, "This is the actual prowess." The coarse aspect is: The body color blazes with dark blue, having a terrifying appearance; the speech has a fierce, intimidating sound; the mind, for the sake of subduing the difficult-to-tame and wicked beings, possesses fierce intensity; meditate on being in a majestic and playful posture. There are two subtle aspects. First, meditating on the one with ornaments: The right hand holds aloft a nine-pointed vajra made of meteoric iron, the left hand rests the mouth of a golden bell against the hip. The six bone ornaments are: On the crown of the head, the hair is tied in a topknot, from which hang thirty-two bone mesh eyes with decorations. 1) On the neck, a necklace of sixteen bone mesh eyes. 2) In front and back, a double row of eight serala bone rosaries. 3) The lower body, above the tiger skin loincloth, has a lower skirt of forty-four bone mesh eyes. 4) On the wrists and ankles, bone bracelets and 5) anklets. 6) These are the six bone ornaments. At the hairline, five dry skulls with jeweled tiaras, marked by the five victorious families. Five types of snakes adorn the hair, ears, neck, bracelets, and anklets. The earrings possess the charm of jewels and bone earrings. The three eyes whirl and gaze like the sun and moon. It is said that the teeth and fangs are packed like a snow mountain, and the sound of Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hūṃ) roars like thunder. The mustache, eyebrows, and beard blaze like fire. On top of wearing a cloak of dark purple silk, a hide of a field ox is worn. On the forehead, a large clump of ashes. On the cheeks and tip of the nose, dots of rakta (red pigment). On the throat, swirls of ghee. Possessing three skulls, old, new, and wet, or a necklace of wet skulls. That is, a headdress of dry skulls and two ornaments placed on the necklace of wet skulls. Wearing three garments of field ox hide, tiger skin. Applying three paints of ash, ghee, and rakta, which are known as the eight charnel ground adornments. Nowadays, most paintings and sculptures mostly have only upright hair like ordinary wrathful deities. But here it says, "The hair knot is adorned with bones." And in the "Praise of Signs," it says, "The topknot of hair is dense like the clouds of the sky." Therefore, at the tip of the topknot of hair is a half-vajra crest, and a little remaining hair hangs down behind.
