Gi! Contemplate and reflect on suffering in stages. The third point, contemplating the suffering of the six realms, etc., is presented with three aspects, and should be explained in detail and guided into meditation. Within this, topics such as the difficulty of finding leisure and opportunity, impermanence, the law of karma, and the suffering of samsara are explained in detail according to the general scriptures. Through this, genuine renunciation and intense sorrow will arise spontaneously, and firm faith in the law of karma should be attained. Fifth, Guru Yoga. In the "Five Nails" text, it says: "All Sugatas of the three times, through compassion, work for the benefit of beings, but I wander in the realm of samsara. Now, the Guru who shows the definitive meaning is an emanation of the Buddha and is of great kindness." From there, just as a universal monarch effortlessly obtains a wish-fulfilling jewel, a faithful person effortlessly finds a Guru. And just as the jewel returns to the ocean when a universal monarch passes away, the Guru himself goes to the pure land for those with wrong views, along with the definitive meaning. Recite up to "Practice Guru Yoga," and remember the meaning of the words. The method of practicing Guru Yoga is: The yoga of the Guru whose secret name is "Heart Practice Accomplishment Guru," which appears separately in one's own Dharma community's practice rituals, I will explain. One's own body is without inherent existence. On the crown of the head, above a lotus and sun and moon, is a seat of layered brocade thrones. On that is Guru Drakpo Tsal. As it says up to "The mind is endowed with fierce power." In general, there are three ways to practice Guru Yoga: visualizing the Guru as a gathering of crowds, visualizing the Guru as stacked layers, and visualizing the Guru as the embodiment of all jewels. Here, one should visualize the Guru as the embodiment of all jewels. As it continues from above: "All Buddhas, yidams, and deities of the three times, all pure lineage Gurus, each like a blazing light, gather into the body of Mahaguru. To the essence of the all-encompassing Guru, I prostrate with single-pointed devotion, offer the offerings of non-dual play, and grant the accomplishments of body, speech, and mind." Therefore, on one's own crown, visualize the root Guru himself in the form of Vajra Drakpo Tsal. To that, all the Buddhas, yidams, peaceful and wrathful deities, and lineage Gurus of the three times, from the light rays of the heart,

Having invoked and absorbed the earth deity, transforming into radiance and splendor, with devotion to the essence of the Three Jewels, Three Roots, and the All-Encompassing, prostrate and offer both material and mind-emanated offerings as the play of indivisible great bliss. It is necessary to believe that all the accomplishments of body, speech, and mind will be bestowed. As it is clearly stated in the scriptures that one should meditate on the All-Encompassing Jewel practice, I believe that meditating on the Guru as a stacked image contradicts the meaning of the scriptures. The prayer is as follows: OM AH HUNG! (Tibetan, Devanagari: , Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ āḥ hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om Ah Hum!) In the palace of Akanishta Dharmadhatu! I pray to Samantabhadra Great Supreme Heruka! From "I pray" to "May effortless spontaneous accomplishment be achieved," as usual. The lineage method begins with the Great Treasure Revealer, and one should pray wholeheartedly in the specific manner of the lineage prayer, such as Rigdzin Sangye Jamtsang. In the end, there is no need for elaborate rituals such as receiving the four empowerments. As mentioned above: The Guru dissolves into light, dissolving into my crown. This ordinary body dissolves into light. My body, speech, and mind, transform into the essence of Maha Guru (Tibetan, Devanagari: , Romanized Sanskrit: mahā guru, Literal Chinese meaning: Great Guru). In the state of self-aware Guru, remain relaxed and undisturbed for a moment. Then arise in the form of the Guru, view everything as the Three Kayas Guru. Therefore, Guru Dorje Drakpo Tsal dissolves into me with great joy as light, and based on this dissolving into my crown, this ordinary body that appears also dissolves into the form of a great mass of light and bliss. My body, speech, and mind, and the Guru's body, speech, and mind are inseparable, contemplating as the essence of self-aware Guru Drakpo Tsal. Relax and rest in the unaltered state. In the post-meditation, view all appearances, sounds, and awareness as the nature of the Three Kayas Guru, and clearly establish it. Thus, it is crucial to purify one's being with the five nails of the common preliminaries. As it says in the guidance text of Kadak: If refuge and bodhicitta are not done beforehand, one will not become a Buddhist, so whatever one does, one should be held by refuge and bodhicitta. If self-grasping is not liberated, the radiance of awareness will not arise, so one should offer outer, inner, and secret offerings. If obscurations are not purified, enlightenment cannot be attained, so one should diligently engage in the practice of purification. If one does not contemplate the suffering of the six realms, one will not engage in virtuous actions, so one should think
