The empty, unconditioned Dharmakaya; its own radiance, its own nature, the clear Sambhogakaya; compassion unceasing, the Nirmanakaya—these three kayas are inherently complete. To be attached to them or to cling to one aspect is delusion. Therefore, look to the essence of rigpa, uncorrected, self-arising, self-liberating, without grasping, as it is introduced. Similarly, body and mind—first there is mind, and from that, body is formed; and appearances are the play of mind, like water and water bubbles. In short, it is introduced according to the student's questions and capacity. If one is interested in this, there is a wide basis for explanation, and many conclusions and detailed explanations will arise, but I think the meaning is understood with just this much. In this context, continuing from the previous section, from the root text: "Apart from that, peaceful and wrathful ones, etc., the hope of seeking the Buddhas above, and the fear of falling into the lower realms of samsara below, free from hope and fear, cut the three discriminations. Differentiate samsara and nirvana, separate the head and tail of sentient and insentient, grasping and being grasped are self-liberated, clear light mother and child meet, self-awareness, the essence of uncorrected, skull garland power." The ultimate meaning of this is the guiding text. This "Essential Point Jewel Lamp Clarifier" is written by the lotus-born one, whose activities are flourishing, who holds the Kama, Terma, and oral transmission lineages, so that the speech tradition of the Vidyadhara lineage will not decline. If there are mistakes, I confess to all the Dharma protectors. May this virtue obtain the primordial ground of Kuntuzangpo. Thus, it is explained concisely. In the guiding text, regarding the actual introduction, there are three points: First, pointing to the sky and introducing it; Second, pointing to the mandala and introducing it; Third, pointing to the student's heart and introducing it. In this first point, on the treasure scroll, there is an image of Guru wearing Dharma robes and a lotus hat, sitting in the vajra posture, holding a vajra in his right hand at his heart in a threatening gesture, and pointing to the sky with his left hand and gaze, which also exists in the tradition of painting. The guiding text itself says: "Those who follow me in later generations, when introducing, the lama should show this kind of mudra. The student, with devotion to the lama Padmasambhava as my actual self, should realize the meaning of Dharma-nature with one-pointedness. The essence of my heart will be effortlessly attained."

Then do it that way, and be content with just aiming at other goals. The first introduction is: The lama points the threatening finger of his left hand to the sky. The guiding text says: 'Son of lineage, all phenomena of appearance, existence, samsara and nirvana, however they appear, are in essence one that has never existed.' Etc., the introduction must be done according to the guiding text, so the detailed explanation is to read the guiding text in sequence and understand its meaning well, so here the meaning of the words is briefly explained. All phenomena of appearance, existence, samsara and nirvana, however they appear, are in essence something that has never existed. That is also inexpressible, so look inward, look at your own mind, first there is no place of origin and no cause, in the middle it is not established as an existing thing and a characteristic, and finally there is no place to go and no cessation of the cause of going. Therefore, it is necessary to have the conviction of transforming the suffering of the world into a path, and not fearing birth, old age, sickness and death, and for that, three bardos must be cut off. Even such a bardo has four and six divisions, but here it is summarized into three, namely the existence bardo, the dream bardo, and the birth and death bardo. The first existence bardo is: from the initial delusion to the final uncleared delusion, constantly experiencing birth, death and suffering in samsara, therefore it is called the existence bardo. In the existence bardo, if you do not realize the meaning of the non-inverted nature of mind, then no matter how much compounded virtue is done, the virtuous result will not cause some rebirths to fall into the lower realms, but eventually when the basis of virtue is exhausted, they will fall back into the lower realms and will not be liberated from suffering. Compounded virtue is not even close to a single strand of a horse's tail for attaining Buddhahood, and cannot transcend samsara.' It is said. The reason for that is explained by the example of the second dream bardo: in the dream when falling asleep, no matter what happiness or suffering is dreamed, it is not the body and speech that dream, but only the mind that dreams. Similarly, at the time of death, the body is abandoned and speech ceases. All good and bad ripen in the mind, so now let your own mind rest uncorrected in its own place, and no matter how happiness and suffering arise, you will recognize it as the self-born dharmakaya. The third is the birth and death bardo: from birth to death. Because this birth must be done as a permanent cultivation, so you must put in hard
