From emptiness, from the syllable Dhīḥ (藏文：དྷཱིཿ，梵文天城体：धीः，梵文罗马拟音：dhīḥ，汉语字面意思：谛) comes the large kusha grass, from the syllable Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) comes the small one, becoming a blue-green, comfortable-to-touch cleanser. Recite Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) and Dhīḥ (藏文：དྷཱིཿ，梵文天城体：धीः，梵文罗马拟音：dhīḥ，汉语字面意思：谛) Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽). The lama crosses his hand mudra, holding the large kusha grass in his right hand and the small one in his left. The disciple takes it without crossing. Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽)! Son of a fortunate lineage with karmic connections! This supreme, pure kusha grass! For the sake of clarifying the signs of accomplishment! You use it as a pillow for sleeping! Dhīḥ (藏文：དྷཱིཿ，梵文天城体：धीः，梵文罗马拟音：dhīḥ，汉语字面意思：谛) Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽). Thus, give the kusha grass pillow, with the larger one placed under the seat, the tip pointing towards the pillow. Place the smaller one under the pillow, the tip pointing forward. The scripture says: Then, sleep in the lion's posture, with your head facing east and your face facing north. Visualize a white, bright Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) syllable shining in your heart. Its light dispels all the darkness within your heart. Recite the hundred-syllable mantra of the Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) syllable and this mantra that clarifies dreams. Tadyathāḥ Oṃ Mucili Mahānidana Dhiri Svāhā (藏文：ཏདྱ་ཐཱ༔ ཨོཾ་མུ་ཙི་ལི་མ་ཧཱ་ནི་དན་དྷི་རི་སྭཱ་ཧཱ，梵文天城体：तद्यथाः ॐ मुचिलि महानिदन धिरि स्वाहा，梵文罗马拟音：tadyathāḥ oṃ mucili mahānidana dhiri svāhā，汉语字面意思：Thus, Om, Mucili, Great, Nidana, Dhiri, Svaha). Recite it a hundred times or twenty-one times, etc. Sleep abandoning the illusions and delusions of the three doors. Do as the scripture says. Kyeho! Fortunate son of lineage!
