When rising, like waves stirred from water, bliss, wind, and mind, the three inseparable primordial forms of deities, are made clear through the path. Form is the visible deity, sound is speech, and awareness is mind, the nature of great luminosity. All are devoted to the great wheel of wisdom, and not separated from mindfulness, therefore, all yogis in retreat should take the path. Secondly, the joy of diligent practice is that when clarity arises and stability is attained in the fundamental object of focus, first, one should clearly visualize the assembly of deities in the inner body mandala. That is, the essence of the channels, winds, and bindus, which are the basis of the primordial body, speech, and mind that arise naturally from the nature of things, should be visualized as deity forms in the respective places of the body. One's self should be visualized as the lord of wisdom dakinis, the great union of appearance and emptiness. In the center of the skull cavity at the crown of the head, on a lotus and sun seat, above the embracing proud male and female, is the chief of all wrathful ones, the great sublime Vajra Heruka, dark blue in color, possessing the nine moods of dance. The two hands hold a vajra and skull cup, one above the other, at the heart, adorned with the ten ornaments of glory and the eight ornaments of the charnel ground. The legs are extended and bent, residing in the midst of blazing flames of wisdom, surrounded by a vast cloud of wrathful deities such as the five families of blood drinkers, places, gatekeepers, and powerful ones. Joy. In the center of the throat, on a lotus and moon seat, is the lord of all secrets, Padma Vajra Dharma, red in color, with a wrathful smiling expression. The right hand holds a lotus at the heart, and the left hand rests a bell on the hip. He wears silk upper and lower garments, and is adorned with jewels and bone ornaments. He sits in the lotus posture, surrounded by a gathering of lamas residing on the four levels of vidyadharas. In the heart, on a lotus, sun, and moon seat, is the primordial protector, Kuntuzangpo, dark blue in color, in the lotus posture with the mudra of meditative equipoise, embraced by his consort, the self-illuminating Kuntuzangmo, white and clear, with hands joined in union. Both are naked and unadorned, residing in a realm of interwoven five wisdom lights, surrounded by a multitude of peaceful deities such as the five families of fathers and mothers, bodhisattvas, and consorts. In their hearts, on a lotus, sun, and moon seat, is Guru Dorje Todtreng Tsal, dark blue, with a peaceful smile, adorned with silk, bone ornaments, and jewels. Holding a vajra and bell,
