By relying on whom, easily, to liberate the bonds of existence, the profound and swift four yogas, the meaning of the text is taught with easy-to-understand words. The root of all activities and accomplishments, the supreme mother of the sphere of reality, the essence of the infinite tantras, agamas, and instructions of the Dakini Ocean, gathered into one. Among the seven Dharma cycles of Secret Essence, having received empowerment in the mandala of the Dakini Great Bliss Ocean, and For practitioners who abide by the common and special vows, there are three ways to practice the stages of oral instructions: purifying the mind-stream with preliminary practices, practicing the actual stages, and making the subsequent yoga the path. The first is: turning the mind towards Dharma with the four common thoughts that turn the mind, and the uncommon refuge and bodhicitta, accumulation, purification, blessing, and encouragement, etc., the preliminary stages should be done as explained in the Father's Instructions text. The second, the actual practice, is summarized by the four yogas in two stages, namely, from the Later Collected Tantra: The Dharma taught by the Buddhas, truly abides in two stages, the generation stage and the completion stage. Thus, the two stages of what is to be trained and what is to be trained, depending on the trainer, abide in the intention of all the supreme mantra tantras, namely, for children, ordinary people, who are completely deluded by distorted thoughts, and who cling to the illusion of holding the outer and inner world, which are temporarily transformed, as ordinary and attached, the generation stage is used to train them, from beginningless time,

The method of purifying the apprehended and apprehender, which appear due to the ignorance of arising, as well as the seeds of habitual tendencies of transformation, is taught as two completion stages. In the stage of ordinary beings, one mainly relies on the path of the generation stage; in the stage of noble beings, one mainly relies on the path of the completion stage. Birth is the conventional truth, which needs to be purified through the generation stage; death is the ultimate truth, which needs to be purified through the completion stage. Among the four empowerments, the path of the vase empowerment is the generation stage, while the path of the upper three empowerments is the completion stage, and one needs to strive for both with signs and without signs. The four activities, the eight accomplishments, etc., are accomplished through the generation stage; the great seal, the supreme unchanging wisdom, is accomplished through the completion stage. For generating the supreme substance, the special wisdom of the completion stage, one also needs to rely on the co-operative cause, the generation stage, to tame the mind. As it is said in the Vajra Heart Commentary: "First, in order to purify the fields, one plants Kota trees; then, in the purified fields, one sows the seeds of rice." And, "Bound by the habitual tendencies of conceptual thoughts, first the ritual of conceptualization is taught." As it is said, for example, the seed itself is the direct cause of the fruit, but without the co-operative causes such as fertile soil and water fertilizer, it will not arise. Similarly, first taming the mind through the generation stage, and then combining it with the yoga of the great bliss-emptiness wisdom of the completion stage, one can easily ripen the supreme fruit. Among them, there are three yogas: the generation stage is the basis of Mahayoga, the completion stage is the path of Anuyoga, and the Great Perfection is the fruit of Atiyoga, with the practice of the generation stage and the completion stage corresponding to the sequence of lower, middle, and upper faculties, with the methods of extensive, intermediate, and concise respectively. Here, what is taught is the practice that accords with the profound path of the wisdom dakini, the Anuyoga, which is the most profound of all the wisdom mother tantras. It is divided into four: the common form yoga, the profound mantra yoga, the special tummo yoga, and the ultimate dharma yoga. The first is: the generation stage that purifies the clinging to ordinary appearances, which is divided into two: the actual yoga and the explanation of its qualities. The actual yoga is further divided into four.
