Like the reflection of the moon appearing in a clear vessel without turbidity, it appears but has no inherent existence, like a reflection in a mirror. The colors are each clear, yet there is no substance, like a rainbow in the sky, contemplate in that way. It is difficult for beginners to generate clear appearances, but through one-pointed devotion and meditation, and by looking at fine painted images and focusing the mind, clear appearances will gradually be accomplished. Second, training in pride: Abandoning the self-grasping that clings to oneself as ordinary, generate the unfeigned pride of thinking, "I am Yeshe Tsogyal, the Queen of the Mandala, the essence of the three kayas, the mother who gives birth to all Buddhas, who has abandoned all defilements and perfected all qualities." Initially generate pride, and combine clear appearance with stable pride. If you can prevent the ordinary appearance and attachment of grasping and being grasped, then you have laid the foundation for the calm abiding of mantra. In general, in all sessions and intervals between sessions, regardless of whether the deity appearance is clear or not, one should always think, "I am the actual wisdom dakini, and all of her qualities and activities are perfected in me." It is said that blessings will come without obstruction if one does not separate from this pride. Third, training in pure recollection: Although the nature of the ultimate wisdom realm has no characteristics of elaboration, in order to guide ordinary beings to be tamed, one must be certain that it appears in the form of whatever is to be tamed. One face, the single bindu of the dharmadhatu; two hands, uniting skillful means and wisdom; the nature of uniting the unchanging great bliss and the emptiness endowed with all supreme aspects, the body color is white with a reddish glow; because the ultimate realm is unchanging, it is peaceful, and because it cherishes beings, it smiles, having a charming demeanor; because it is inseparable from the nature of the three kayas of the realm, the three eyes gaze into space, bestowing the blessing of directly introducing the clear light of the nature of reality; because it cuts the clinging to grasping and being grasped in the realm, the right hand raises a curved knife; because it bestows the wisdom of co-emergent great bliss upon the practitioner, the left hand holds a skull cup filled with nectar; because it is completely liberated from the suffering of afflictions, it wears a silk upper garment and lower skirt; all virtuous dharmas are completely

Perfecting and establishing others in virtue, the remaining hair is unbound, hanging down from the topknot. Great qualities are unparalleled, and all desires are spontaneously fulfilled, therefore adorned with a wish-fulfilling jewel on the head. Not abandoning desire, yet appearing as an adornment of wisdom, therefore adorned with jewels and various colored flowers. The five mudras are the five wisdoms: the wheel is the Dharmadhatu, the earrings are discriminating awareness, the necklace is equality, the bracelets are like mirror-like wisdom, and the belt is accomplishing activity wisdom. A string of bells is hung to symbolize the twelve links of dependent origination. Abiding equally in Nirvana with ultimate truth and in the edge of Samsara with conventional truth, therefore standing and sitting with both feet in a relaxed posture. The self-radiance of wisdom, clear within and unpolluted by dullness, manifests outwardly without obstruction, therefore light and rays, bindus, are condensed into five colors. Although dwelling in Samsara, not defiled by the faults of Samsara, therefore seated upon various lotus seats, a sun disc purified of the qualities of dust, and a moon disc purified of the qualities of semen. In detail, if one can remember the purity of each characteristic of the form, it will be supreme. While meditating on each symbolic deity form, it is also necessary to remember the purity of the meaning being symbolized. If a beginner cannot do that, then after making the appearance as clear as possible, these appearances of the body form, hand implements, ornaments, etc., are actually the Great Mother of Dharmadhatu, who is primordially free from elaboration, possessing inconceivable wisdom, qualities, and activities, which appear as symbols and means of the form body. By thinking in this way and generating devotion, one can also be in accordance with pure recollection. No matter how long the actual session is, one should remain absorbed in that samadhi. At the end of the session, light radiates from one's heart, pervading all phenomena, both animate and inanimate. Purify the outer environment as a palace and the inner beings as deity forms. All of these gradually dissolve into light and merge into the Dharmadhatu. It merges into oneself, and oneself also gathers from the outside in, merging into the HUM syllable (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) at the heart. That also gradually dissolves upwards from the curved part of the foot, finally merging into the bindu. Then focus the mind on the Nada (藏文:ནཱ་ད་,梵文天城体:नाद,梵文罗马拟音:nāda,汉语字面意思:音声) that has become extremely subtle. Visualize that it also disappears into invisibility, and abide in the state of primordial purity, which is beyond thought, as it abides. From that
