The root is the single mudra, the outer and inner activities are joyful, the branch is the stage of recitation, and the mind is transported to the realm of reality. The first is from the Magical Key of the Treasury: The vehicle of Anu Yoga is, Just by mentioning the essence, Meditate on the unborn, complete deity. Thus, in the state where the realm of reality and wisdom are inseparable, the generation stage, which is free from elaboration, is entered all at once. Although the deities are not generated by words, they are completed by merely remembering or reciting the name, seed syllable, or essence. The gradual entry is the appearance in the realm of wisdom, the great emptiness, the expanse of Samantabhadri, the self-arisen mudra of the deity, the illusory deity body of inseparable union, which is the generation stage of bliss and emptiness inseparable. From Self-Arisen: What is entering all at once? The deities are not generated, completed by remembering the essence. What is gradual entry? From the realm of reality and wisdom, gradually entering. As it is said. At the beginning of practicing its meaning, the preliminaries are briefly summarized, and after earnestly requesting empowerment, the body is established with the qualities of meditation. The stale air is removed and placed slowly. From the state of mind being naturally relaxed, by uttering A, all the phenomena of samsara and nirvana that appear in this way are originally unborn and pure, the nature of the realm of original bodhicitta, Samantabhadri. Knowing this, remain in equipoise. From that state, the self-arisen wisdom, the luminosity of awareness, and the innate ability to unite from the beginning, the vessel is completely pure, the bhaga of Samantabhadri Vajra Yogini, the source of the great secret, the nature of method and wisdom, the red crossed dharma origin. Three sides representing the three doors of liberation, and six corners representing the six perfections. The subtle root penetrates downwards, and the slightly open mouth faces upwards in the center. Clearly establish the seats of various lotuses, sun, and moon in layers. On top of that, the essence is completely pure, the complete deity mudra is: The nature of air and mind inseparable, the syllable vaṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari: वं, Romanized Sanskrit: vaṃ, literal Chinese meaning: wang) white with a reddish hue, like a large star appearing in the sky, meditate with extra clarity. When the mind is focused on that, from the complete transformation of vaṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari: वं, Romanized Sanskrit: vaṃ, literal Chinese meaning: wang), oneself becomes Samantabhadri, the rich Vajra Yogini of the realm of reality, Yeshe Tsogyal, that is, the three bodies.

Appearing as the unchanging form of the body, one face and two arms, the color of the body is white with a reddish glow, peaceful and smiling, possessing an extremely charming demeanor, three eyes gazing into the expanse of the sky. The right hand holds aloft a curved knife marked with a vajra in the sky, and the left hand holds a skull cup filled with nectar at the heart. Wearing a white silk upper garment and a lower skirt of various colored silks, fluttering and flowing. Adorned with necklaces of various jewels such as turquoise, ruby, pearl, and various flowers. A wheel on the crown of the head, earrings, bracelets on the hands and feet, a necklace, and a belt, all adorned with five bone ornaments. The hair is tied in a topknot, adorned with a blazing wish-fulfilling jewel at the top, and the rest of the hair hangs down like willow branches. A precious headdress adorned with silk and flower garlands. The body stands in a dancing posture with two feet. From the body, the self-arisen light of wisdom, rainbow rays, bindus, shimmering, sparkling, radiate limitlessly. On its forehead is a white Oṃ (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओम्,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:Oṃ), on the throat is a red Āḥ (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:Āḥ), and in the heart is a blue Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ), these three are visualized as the essence of the body, speech, and mind vajra of all Buddhas, clearly shining and blazing with light, this is the actual fundamental object. In order to perfect the generation stage meditation, there are three branches, the first is to train in clear appearance. First, focus the mind only on the center of the eyebrows. Make its shape and color very clear, then the left and right eyes, the two ears, the nose, the face, the entire face, and then gradually the body, hand gestures, ornaments, clothing, peaceful and charming demeanor, etc., visualize each one clearly, without letting the mind be influenced by dullness or agitation, continuously focus the mind on the object of visualization. Initially, when clear appearance arises, radiate and gather, and then focus on the object again, etc., do not be bored, do many short meditations. After becoming accustomed, gradually lengthen the meditation time. No matter how long or short the meditation time is, the most important thing is that at the beginning and end, do not be interrupted by other conceptual thoughts, but maintain it with focused meditation. This also applies to the completion stages described from the outside. Having meditated in this way, from the small parts to the large entire body, when clear appearance arises, then the deity's body is clear and transparent.
