觀想並收束頂輪寶瓶。暫時安住於無分別之狀態，此為後者之解釋。然後依次下行至喉間，感受勝喜。下行至心間，感受殊喜。從臍密處到達寶珠頂端，體驗俱生喜之智慧，並信受其遍布且穩固。此時，觀想父母雙尊之中脈，氣息升降，明點紅白，法界與智慧交合，即四合之樂空智慧顯現，此為上降之四喜。然後，觀想精華不損耗如芝麻大小，立即向上提昇，因此收緊四肢之脛，收縮指節，腹部緊貼脊背，舌尖與眼睛向上，身體進行身之轉輪，秘密氣息向上提昇，發出長吽（ཧཱུྃ，梵文：hūṃ，梵文羅馬轉寫：hūṃ，種子字）與哈（ཧག，梵文：ha，梵文羅馬轉寫：ha，種子字）之聲，此為語之提昇，意識專注於頂輪之吽（ཧཾ，梵文：haṃ，梵文羅馬轉寫：haṃ，種子字），觀想明點如從皮囊中汲水般，白而稀薄地強行向上逆轉。 具備此專一之意念提昇之三要點，依次穩固於臍、心、喉、頂輪之吽（ཧཾ，梵文：haṃ，梵文羅馬轉寫：haṃ，種子字）字之間，信受體驗喜、勝喜、殊喜、俱生喜，即下穩固之果四喜。於各個脈輪猛烈收束寶瓶。通過獅子奮迅之轉輪等，特別舒展所有脈與明點。依止吽（ཧཾ，梵文：haṃ，梵文羅馬轉寫：haṃ，種子字）字，於樂、氣、心三者無別之本初清淨本性之中，長久安住。第二，依賴異性之身體，依賴自身具備方便之身體，獲得降、提、展之三自在。生起樂空無漏之殊勝體驗。為了使獲得暖相之瑜伽士增長安樂，並顯現譬喻智慧，應修學事業手印。由上師與本尊天神授記，或仔細觀察具備蓮花等特徵之明妃。通過物質、咒語、三摩地召請並控制。外在講述正直與決定之法，內在給予灌頂並給予誓言，秘密修學生起次第與圓滿次第之三摩地，淨化相續。然後，時機成熟時，父母雙方進行沐浴與按摩，通過富含精華之食物與藥物增長精氣，處所極為寂靜。

Then, gradually descend to the throat, experiencing supreme joy. Descend to the heart, experiencing special joy. From the navel secret place, reach the tip of the jewel, experiencing the wisdom of innate joy, and believe that it is pervasive and stable. At that time, visualize the central channel of the father and mother, the rising and falling of breath, the white and red bindus, the union of the dharmadhatu and wisdom, that is, the manifestation of the bliss-emptiness wisdom of the four unions, which are the four joys of descending. Then, without losing even a sesame seed's worth of essence, it must be immediately drawn upwards, so tighten the four calves of the limbs, contract the finger joints, press the abdomen against the spine, the tip of the tongue and the eyes facing upwards, the body performing the movements of physical exercises, draw the secret breath upwards, and make the sounds of long Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ，Sanskrit: hūṃ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, seed syllable) and Ha (ཧག，Sanskrit: ha, Sanskrit Romanization: ha, seed syllable), which are the drawing of speech, focus the consciousness on the Haṃ (ཧཾ，Sanskrit: haṃ, Sanskrit Romanization: haṃ, seed syllable) at the crown of the head, visualize the bindus like drawing water from a leather bag, white and thin, forcibly reversing upwards. Possessing these three key points of single-pointed mind drawing upwards, gradually stabilize between the navel, heart, throat, and the Haṃ (ཧཾ，Sanskrit: haṃ, Sanskrit Romanization: haṃ, seed syllable) syllable at the crown of the head, believe in experiencing joy, supreme joy, special joy, and innate joy, that is, the four joys of the lower stabilization result. Vigorously restrain the vase-like at each chakra. Through the lion's triumphant movements and other exercises, especially spread all the channels and elements. Relying on the Haṃ (ཧཾ，Sanskrit: haṃ, Sanskrit Romanization: haṃ, seed syllable) syllable, abide in the state of primordial purity, where bliss, breath, and mind are inseparable, for a long time. Secondly, relying on the body of another, relying on one's own body that possesses skillful means, obtain the three freedoms of descending, drawing, and spreading. Generate special experiences of bliss-emptiness without outflows. In order for the yogi who has obtained warmth to increase bliss and manifest the example wisdom, one should practice the action mudra. Predicted by the guru and the yidam deity, or carefully examine the consort who possesses the characteristics such as the lotus. Summon and control with substances, mantras, and samadhi. Outwardly explain the Dharma of honesty and certainty, inwardly give empowerment and give vows, secretly practice the samadhi of the generation stage and completion stage, purify the continuum. Then, when the time is right, the father and mother both bathe and massage, increase the elements with essence-rich food and medicine, the place is extremely secluded.
