ག་མེད་བདེ་ཆེན་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཀྱི་རྒྱུན་བདུད་རྩིའི་རྣམ་པར་སྤྱན་དྲངས་ཏེ་རང་གི་སྣ་བུག་གཡོན་པ་བརྒྱུད་དེ་སྤྱི་བོའི་ཧཾ་ཡིག་ལ་ཐིམ་པས་རྩ་བ་གསུམ་གྱི་ཐུགས་རྗེ་བྱིན་རླབས་མ་ལུས་པ་ཞུགས་ནས་གཟི་བརྗིད་ཀྱི་དཔལ་རབ་ཏུ་འབར་བར་བསམ། སླར་ཡང་རླུང་སྦྱོར་གྱིས་བསྐུལ་བས་གཏུམ་མོ་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཀྱི་མེ་དབུ་མའི་ནང་ནས་གྱེན་དུ་འབར་བས་འཁོར་ལོ་བཞི་མེས་གང་། སྤྱི་བོ་བདེ་བ་ཆེན་པོའི་ཐིག་ལེ་ཧཾ་ཡིག་ལ་རེག་པས་དེ་ལས་བདེ་བའི་རང་བཞིན་གྱི་ བདུད་རྩི་དཀར་པོའི་རྒྱུན་བ་ཐག་ལྟ་བུ་ནར་གྱིས་བབས། སྤྱི་བོའི་རྩ་འཁོར་དཀར་མེར་གྱིས་གང་། དགའ་བའི་ཡེ་ཤེས་སྐྱེས་པར་བསམས་ལ་ངོས་བཟུང་། དེ་ལས་མགྲིན་པར་བབས། རྩ་འཁོར་གང་། མཆོག་དགའི་ཡེ་ཤེས་སྐྱེས། སྙིང་གར་བབས། རྩ་འཁོར་གང་། ཁྱད་པར་དགའ་བའི་ཡེ་ཤེས་སྐྱེས། ལྟེ་བར་བབས། རྩ་འཁོར་གང་། ལྷན་སྐྱེས་དགའ་བ་བཅས་ལུགས་འབྱུང་ཡས་བབས་ཀྱི་དགའ་བཞིའི་ཡེ་ཤེས་མཐར་ཐུག་སྐྱེས་པར་བསམ། བདེ་བ་དངོས་སུ་སྐྱེས་ན་རེ་རེ་བཞིན་བདེ་བའི་རང་ངོར་བལྟས་ལ་སྟོང་ཉིད་དང་བསྲེ། མཐར་ལྟེ་བའི་རཾ་ལ་རེག་པས་ལྕགས་སྲེག་ལ་སྣུམ་ཐིགས་ཕོག་པ་ལྟར་མེ་ལྕེ་དམར་ཁྱུག་གེ་འབར། བདུད་རྩིའི་ཐིག་ལེ་གྱེན་ལ་ལྡོག་སྟེ་ལྟེ་བའི་འཁོར་ལོ་གང་བས་དགའ་བ། སྙིང་གར་མཆོག་དགའ། མགྲིན་པར་ཁྱད་དགའ། སྤྱི་བོ་གང་བས་ལྷན་སྐྱེས་ཏེ་ལུགས་ལྡོག་མས་བརྟན་གྱི་དགའ་བཞིའི་ཡེ་ཤེས་མཐར་ཐུག་སྐྱེས་པར་བསམས་ལ་རང་ངོ་བསྐྱང་། མཐར་ལུས་ཀྱི་ནང་གང་བའི་བདེ་བའི་དྭངས་མ་ཐམས་ཅད་སྙིང་གའི་བཾ་ཡིག་ལ་ཐིམ་པས་བདེ་རླུང་སེམས་གསུམ་དབྱེར་མེད་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཆེན་པོར་རོ་མཉམ་དུ་གྱུར་པར་བསམས་ལ་འཇམ་རླུང་བཟུང་། དབྱིངས་རིག་བསྲེས་ལ་གནས་ལུགས་མ་བཅོས་པའི་རང་བབས་གཉུག་མ་ གཤིས་ཀྱི་ངང་བསྐྱང་ལ་ཅི་གནས་སུ་མཉམ་པར་བཞག །འདི་ལ་གོམས་པ་བརྟན་ན་དགའ་བ་བཞིའི་ཉམས་མྱོང་གིས་སྣང་མཆེད་ཐོབ་པ་ཉེར་ཐོབ་ཀྱི་སྟོང་པ་བཞིའི་ཡེ་ཤེས་རྗེས་མཐུན་པ་དྲངས་ཏེ་མཐར་རྣམ་པར་མི་རྟོག་པའི་ཡེ་ཤེས་ནམ་མཁའ་ལྟ་བུའི་ཏིང་ངེ་འཛིན་རྒྱུད་ལ་སྐྱེ་བར་འགྱུར་རོ། །འདིའི་ཡོན་ཏན་ནི། དེ་ལྟར་བརྩོན་པས་དགའ་བཞི་ཡིས༔ སྟོང་བཞིའི་ཡེ་ཤེས་རྗེས་མཐུན་འདྲེན༔ སྲོག་དང་འཛིན་པའི་མཐུ་གྲུབ་པས༔ སྣང་བ་ཐམས་ཅད་བདེ་བར་འཆར༔ བདེ་གསལ་མི་རྟོག་རང་ཤར་འབྱུང༔ སྤྱན་དང་མངོན་ཤེས་ལ་སོགས་པའི༔ དྲོད་དང་རྩེ་མོའི་ཡེ་ཤེས་འདྲེན༔ རྩ་རླུང་ཐིག་ལེར་རང་དབང་ཐོབ༔ ཅེས་གསུངས་ཏེ་རྣལ་འབྱོ

观想无有之大乐智慧之流，以甘露之形态迎请，经由自身左鼻孔融入顶轮的吽字（ཧཾ，ham，ഹം，种子字）中，三根本的慈悲加持无余融入，光辉之威严炽盛燃烧。再次由风瑜伽催动，拙火智慧之火从（中脉）中脉内向上燃烧，四轮充满火焰。顶轮大乐之明点接触吽字（ཧཾ，ham，ഹം，种子字），由此降下安乐自性之 白甘露之流，如线一般绵延而降。顶轮脉轮充满白色光芒。观想生起欢喜之智慧并加以确认。由此降至喉间。脉轮充满。生起胜妙欢喜之智慧。降至心间。脉轮充满。生起特殊欢喜之智慧。降至脐间。脉轮充满。俱生欢喜等，观想生起顺生逆返之四喜智慧之究竟。如果真实生起安乐，则一一观照安乐之自性并与空性相融。最终接触脐轮的让字（རཾ，ram，रं，种子字），如铁烧红滴上油滴一般，火焰红亮闪烁燃烧。甘露明点向上回升，充满脐轮而生起欢喜。心间生起胜妙欢喜。喉间生起特殊欢喜。充满顶轮而生起俱生欢喜，观想生起顺逆稳固之四喜智慧之究竟并守护自性。最终身体内部充满的安乐精华全部融入心间的旺字（བཾ，vam，वं，种子字）中，观想安乐、气、心三者无别融为一体，成为大智慧而味等同，并屏住柔和之气。混合空性与明觉，守护未经改造的自然本性 之状态，安住于自然状态中。如果对此稳固串习，则由四喜的体验，引生显现增上之证悟，与近得之四空智慧相符，最终将在相续中生起如虚空般无分别之智慧禅定。此之功德为：如是精进以四喜，引生四空智慧之随顺，命与执持之力成就故，一切显现皆显为安乐，乐明无念任运生起，天眼与神通等之，引生暖相与顶峰之智慧，于脉气明点得自在。如是说之瑜伽士。

Visualize the stream of non-existent great bliss wisdom, inviting it in the form of nectar, passing through your left nostril and dissolving into the Hum (ཧཾ，ham，ഹം，seed syllable) at the crown of your head, so that all the compassion and blessings of the three roots enter and the glory of splendor blazes intensely. Again, propelled by wind yoga, the fire of fierce woman wisdom blazes upward from within the central channel, filling the four chakras with fire. When the bindu of great bliss at the crown of the head touches the Hum (ཧཾ，ham，ഹം，seed syllable), a stream of white nectar of the nature of bliss flows down from it like a thread. The crown chakra is filled with white light. Think that the wisdom of joy is born and recognize it. From there it descends to the throat. The chakra is filled. The wisdom of supreme joy is born. It descends to the heart. The chakra is filled. The wisdom of special joy is born. It descends to the navel. The chakra is filled. Think that the ultimate wisdom of the four joys, including innate joy, is born in the order of occurrence and ascent. If bliss actually arises, look at the nature of bliss one by one and mix it with emptiness. Finally, when it touches the Ram (རཾ，ram，रं，seed syllable) at the navel chakra, the flame blazes red and bright, like oil dripping on hot iron. The bindu of nectar turns upward, filling the navel chakra with joy. Supreme joy arises in the heart. Special joy arises in the throat. Because the crown of the head is filled, innate joy arises, and think that the ultimate wisdom of the four joys, which is stable in the reverse order, is born, and maintain its own nature. Finally, all the essence of bliss that fills the inside of the body dissolves into the Vam (བཾ，vam，वं，seed syllable) at the heart chakra, and think that bliss, wind, and mind become inseparable and of equal taste in great wisdom, and hold the gentle wind. Mix space and awareness, maintain the unaltered natural state and rest evenly in whatever natural state arises. If you become stable in this practice, then through the experience of the four joys, the appearance of increasing attainment is drawn, which is in accordance with the wisdom of the four emptinesses that are nearly attained, and ultimately an undifferentiated wisdom like the sky will arise in the mindstream. The benefits of this are: Thus, by striving with the four joys, the wisdom of the four emptinesses is drawn in accordance, because the power of life and holding is accomplished, all appearances arise as bliss, bliss-clarity-non-thought arises spontaneously, of clairvoyance and superknowledge, etc., the warmth and peak wisdom are drawn, and one gains freedom over the channels, winds, and bindus. Thus spoke the yogi.
