Dissolves into the vaṃ (Tibetan: བཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: वं, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: vaṃ, Chinese literal meaning: vaṃ) syllable in the heart. Holding the subtle wind with the conviction that the great bliss wisdom is unwavering and unchanging, it becomes stable. The self-visualization as the deity also gradually gathers from top and bottom and dissolves into the central channel. That dissolves into the Dharmodaya. That dissolves into the moon seat and that into vaṃ (Tibetan: བཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: वं, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: vaṃ, Chinese literal meaning: vaṃ). That also gradually dissolves from below, and finally, the mind is held at the nada as small as the tip of a hair. That also vanishes into the expanse, and in the union of co-emergent bliss, emptiness, luminosity, and non-conceptuality, one remains in equipoise within the great wisdom that is beyond words, thought, and expression. When arising from that, like a wave stirred from water, one clearly visualizes oneself as the innate deity form. The outer container is the palace of Dharmodaya. The inner essence is the nature of the wisdom dakini and retinue, arising as a wheel of wisdom that is completely pure, and one should engage in conduct. By repeatedly familiarizing oneself in this way, and with the clear appearance stabilized in one-pointedness, the knot of the central channel is loosened and opened. The outer signs of the wind and mind gathering there. Experiences such as smoke, mirages, and fireflies appear. Within, with signs, many experiences of awareness such as bliss, clarity, and non-conceptuality arise. Achieving the ultimate state of calm abiding meditation, etc., describes how temporary and ultimate benefits arise. As the text itself says: By familiarizing oneself with one-pointedness, the central channel opens, the outer and inner of the wind and mind gathering, signs and those with signs manifestly arise, meditation is supremely accomplished, all actions are accomplished by merely uttering words, the body is blissful and endowed with vigor and strength, untimely death and obstacles are pacified, longevity is firm in old age, the senses are clear, by stabilizing familiarity, immortality is accomplished. Thus it is said. This meditation sequence is from the Kalachakra Root Tantra: In the center of e (Tibetan: ཨེ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: ए, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: e, Chinese literal meaning: e) is the vaṃ (Tibetan: བཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: वं, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: vaṃ, Chinese literal meaning: vaṃ) syllable itself, the place of bliss of all Buddhas, this Vajrasattva of space, from the union of body, speech, and mind, bindu, moon, semen, body, the dust to be separated is speech, the a syllable is darkness, mind is very profound, the space element abides in i (Tibetan: ཨི་, Sanskrit Devanagari: इ, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: i, Chinese literal meaning: i). Thus it is said. And in the Hevajra Tantra, Second Chapter, it says: Whatever is the beautiful part of e (Tibetan: ཨེ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: ए, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: e, Chinese literal meaning: e), in the center is adorned with vaṃ (Tibetan: བཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: वं, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: vaṃ, Chinese literal meaning: vaṃ), the place of all bliss, the jewel gathering of Buddhas. As it is said, thus meditate on the letter that is the basis of all the Anuttarayoga Tantras, the union of skillful means and wisdom, the form of evaṃ (Tibetan: ཨེ་ཝཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: एवं, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: evaṃ, Chinese literal meaning: evaṃ), in accordance with the way it abides as the basis.

Having made it the path, all the samadhi whose aim is to accomplish the state of union are condensed into the essence. In particular, it is said in the Tantra Ocean: "The indestructible bindu is in the shape of Vam (Tibetan: མི་ཤིགས་ཐིག་ལེ་བཾ་དབྱིབས་ཅན།, Sanskrit Devanagari: अक्षयबिन्दुः वं आकार, Sanskrit Romanization: akṣayabinduḥ vaṃ ākāra, Literal Chinese meaning: indestructible bindu Vam shape), it clarifies the bliss for oneself." And in the Vajra Mirror Tantra it is said: "Whatever dwells in the heart of beings, the self-born uncontaminated wisdom body, the indestructible bindu, the great bliss, pervades all like the sky, is the nature of the non-abiding dharmakaya." The meaning of what is said is that in the center of the five pure substances gathered in the heart, the pure substance of the mind, the bindu of the essence of wisdom, the letter Vam (Tibetan: ཝཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: वं, Sanskrit Romanization: vaṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Vam) in the shape of emptiness, clarity, and unobstructedness, is the key point to strike, which is extremely profound for generating the wisdom of great bliss. In the Five Stages it is said: "That which always dwells in the heart, the single bindu without change, for the person who meditates on it, wisdom will surely arise." Just as a lamp illuminates itself, this does not depend on other conditions, but manifests bliss clearly by its own nature, so in the completion stages of the mother tantras such as the Bell Five Stages, there are differences in the elaboration and condensation of the meditation methods, but all the profound essential points of the meditation are gathered here. ༈ Thirdly, in particular, there are three yogas of tummo: generating heat, increasing bliss, and teaching the five dharmas of the limbs. The first is: the body's key point is to sit in the vajra posture, straighten the spine, and bind the two legs and hands in a crossed manner, forming the six-fold fire pit seal. The key point of the visualization is that oneself is visualized as the body of a wisdom dakini, appearing in emptiness, in the center of which is the central channel, blue in color, possessing four characteristics. The upper end is at the crown of the head, and the lower end is four fingers below the navel, thick and upright. To the right is the red Roma channel, and to the left is the red Kyangma channel, both of which are thinner than the central channel and exist in a three-layered structure. The upper ends of the Roma and Kyangma channels curve downwards from the crown of the head and deeply penetrate the left and right nostrils. The two lower ends enter the central channel below the navel in an upward and downward reversed manner. At the crown of the head is the great bliss wheel, with thirty-two white petals. At the throat is the speech union wheel, with sixteen red petals. At the heart is the memory discrimination wheel, with eight blue petals. At the navel is the emanation wheel, with sixty-four yellow petals. These
