From the navel chakra, it separates like the ribs of an umbrella, forming a union shape, empty like a reed pipe. Meditate on it being clear, bright, and free from impurities, clear and definite. Then, at the center of the crown chakra, visualize the white (ཧཾ, Devanagari: हं, Romanized Sanskrit: haṃ, Literal meaning: Hum) syllable, with the nature of nectar, pointing downwards. At the center of the heart chakra, visualize the (བཾ, Devanagari: वं, Romanized Sanskrit: vaṃ, Literal meaning: Vam) syllable, white with a reddish hue. Below the navel, visualize the fire of fierce wisdom, the (རཾ, Devanagari: रं, Romanized Sanskrit: raṃ, Literal meaning: Ram) syllable, in the form of a bright red color. Clearly establish these visualizations well. At the beginning of the session, exhale the impure air nine times. In subsequent sessions, clear it three times each. Bind the vase breath with four unions below the navel. The air inhaled from the left nostril passes through the two channels of union and goes below the navel, from the fierce fire (རཾ, Devanagari: रं, Romanized Sanskrit: raṃ, Literal meaning: Ram) syllable, a very subtle flame arises, like the tip of a wild animal's hair, like a flickering ray of electricity, flashing with a bright red light. When it reaches the navel chakra, the navel chakra is filled with fire, and all the impure elements pervading that chakra dry up in their place. The pure essence increases like the color of mercury, and focus on filling the chakra. When signs appear, practice here until a slight warmth is found. When warmth arises, gradually extend the flame upwards to the chakras, and know that the flame also needs to become thicker. Then, holding the breath as before, the fire reaches the heart. The chakra is filled with fire. The impurities above it dry up. The pure essence increases. Similarly, when it reaches the throat and crown, all the chakras are covered with the light and heat of the fire. The impurities dry up. The pure essence increases. Finally, the entire inside of the body is covered and filled with the light and heat of the fire. Radiating outwards from the pores, everything visible is filled with fire, and one's own body is like red-hot iron. Meditate on having an extremely hot heat that can instantly turn anything touched to ashes, and hold the breath. Again, the flame spreads and radiates even more widely, visualizing all external and internal phenomena merging into a vast expanse of wisdom fire, a great emptiness filled with heat and intensity, and hold the breath. Finally, all of these gather back and enter one's own body. The fires filling the body also dissolve into the (རཾ, Devanagari: रं, Romanized Sanskrit: raṃ, Literal meaning: Ram) syllable at the navel, thereby increasing the power of energy, burning even more intensely than before, with radiant light and splendor.

Meditate with utmost diligence, dedicating one session to it. Again, holding the vase breath, begin by igniting the tummo fire below the navel. Complete the generation and absorption of fire as mentioned above, and practice with single-pointed focus. At this time, tighten the four limbs of the chakra one by one, and curl the toes. Occasionally, pull the abdomen close to the spine and strike it several times. During session breaks and when sleeping at night, gather all the fire into the fire below the navel, and blend the mind with the burning (Tibetan: རཾ་,梵文天城体:ram,梵文罗马拟音:ram,Chinese literal meaning: Ram) syllable. In all activities, do not forget the fire visualization, use it as a support for mindfulness, and meditate steadfastly. In this way, the unarisen wisdom of heat will arise, and the arisen will gain stability. Its fruit is, as the scripture says: "This, for one, two, or three weeks, meditating in conjunction with experience, generates inner and outer heat, requiring no clothes. One can stand naked in the snow. Old diseases are cured, and new ones do not arise. Miraculous powers and clear knowledge are obtained as appropriate. Ultimately, the vajra body is accomplished." As it is said. These are also the meanings of what is said in the Heruka Galpo Tantra: "The four wheels also arise from the navel. Chandali blazes, becoming the nature of the Great Seal. The yogi who desires complete Buddhahood should grasp it." etc. By practicing the stages of meditation of the above three yogas, one will traverse the three paths of accumulation, preparation, and seeing of mantra, i.e., the small, medium, and large paths. Shape yoga will complete the small path of accumulation. Mantra yoga will complete the medium path of accumulation. Tummo heat yoga will complete the great path of accumulation. Second, the method of increasing bliss is: the essential points of the body, the visualization of the empty Ra syllable (Tibetan: སྟོང་ར་ཡིག་,梵文天城体:śūnyarā-akṣara,梵文罗马拟音:shunyarā-akshara,Chinese literal meaning: empty Ra syllable), etc., are the same as before. Exhale the stale air, and holding the vase breath, a subtle and flickering flame arises from the tummo (Tibetan: རཾ་,梵文天城体:ram,梵文罗马拟音:ram,Chinese literal meaning: Ram) syllable in the navel. Exhale through the right nostril via the right Roma channel. The light of the flame pervades and fills the expanse of space. The gurus, vidyadharas, yidams, peaceful and wrathful deities, the three roots, and the assembly of deities of the vast ocean of Buddhas abiding in the ten directions, and especially the heroes and yoginis of the three places (body, speech, and mind) enter through the left nostril. The entire inner body is completely filled, and an inconceivable experience of great bliss blazes. Swallow.
