因已离根故，莫作执持任其自解脱，断除欲得之期望， 解脱未得之束缚，于离念法身获定解，则能开启实相之宝藏。萨玛雅！若欲圆满法性自力，修持金刚猛厉瑜伽，于原始清净之自性中，念诵“吽 吽”（藏文：ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：हुँ हुँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽 吽）而圆满忆念，自身即是金刚猛厉力，深蓝一面二臂者，身披深蓝大氅，以尸林骨饰珍宝严，右手挥舞九尖金刚杵，左手持握金铃，面露微笑须发如火燃，眼目日月皆旋转，顶发深蓝于顶束，身着田牛衣，下摆虎皮裙，双足立于莲花日月上，镇压罗刹男女之心间，于五光焰中，吽 吽 啪 啪（藏文：ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ་ཕཊ།，梵文天城体：हुँ हुँ फट् फट्，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ hūṃ phaṭ phaṭ，汉语字面意思：吽 吽 啪 啪）响彻千龙音，自身一箭长四方，广大宫殿上下层，四门通明之中间，心脉莲花八瓣上，自明上师猛厉力，与忿怒母黑女相合，装饰与装束与自身同，吽 吽 啪（藏文：ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ།，梵文天城体：हुँ हुँ फट्，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ hūṃ phaṭ，汉语字面意思：吽 吽 啪）之巨声响彻，诸脉为四部勇士，诸界为勇母与明妃合，持各部之身色手印，七万二千之数者，皆为勇士空行母，伴随哈日尼萨之音声，五蕴为各部之五父，五大为各部之五胜母，十二处住于勇士勇母，眼等为欲妙天女，根境供养相续不断，本来自在之本尊，恒常无需修即任运成，以吽 吽 吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：हुँ हुँ हुँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ hūṃ hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽 吽 吽）念诵故，生起融入住三吽中持，放射收摄光芒等，于声空大乐之自性中，三根本诸佛之，秘密咒智咒集于一，一字阿底之念诵，二万一千六百之，与呼吸之流不断绝，嗡 阿 吽 班杂 咕噜 贝玛 悉地 吽（藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་བཛྲ་གུ་རུ་པདྨ་སིདྡྷི་ཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：ॐ आः हुं वज्र गुरु पद्म सिद्धि हुं，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ āḥ hūṃ vajra guru padma siddhi hūṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡 阿 吽 金刚 上师 莲花 成就 吽），间时念诵百千万亿数， 舍 玛 哈 日 尼 萨 惹 杂 舍 雅 泽 达 舍 舍 匝 匝（藏文：ཧྲཱིཿམ་ཧ་རི་ནི་ས་ར་ཙ་ཧྲི་ཡ་ཙིཏྟ་ཧྲིཾ་ཧྲིཾ་ཛཿཛཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीःमहारिनिसर ज श्रिय चित्त ह्रीं ह्रीं जः जः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ mahāri ni sa ra tsa shri ya tsitta hrīṃ hrīṃ jaḥ jaḥ，汉语字面意思：啥 玛 哈 日 尼 萨 惹 杂 舍 雅 泽 达 啥 啥 匝 匝），勇士空行之命根，间时以夏姆布尔相连而催动，恒常念诵修持此生中，三身上师之果位

Since it is rootless, do not grasp, let it release on its own, abandon the hope of wanting to obtain, Liberate the bondage of fearing not obtaining, having gained certainty in the mind-free Dharmakaya, then the treasure of reality will be opened. Samaya! If you wish to perfect the self-power of Dharmata, meditate on the Vajra Wrathful Yoga, from the very nature of primordial purity, recite "Hūṃ Hūṃ" (藏文：ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：हुँ हुँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽 吽) and perfect mindfulness, your own self is the Vajra Wrathful Force, dark blue with one face and two arms, wearing a dark blue great cloak, adorned with charnel ground bones and jewels, the right hand brandishing a nine-pointed vajra, the left hand holding a golden bell, a smiling face with beard blazing like fire, eyes like the sun and moon constantly revolving, dark blue hair tied on the crown of the head, wearing a field ox hide and a tiger skin loincloth, two feet standing on a lotus sun and moon, trampling on the hearts of male and female rakshasas, in the midst of the five-colored flames, Hūṃ Hūṃ Phaṭ Phaṭ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ་ཕཊ།，梵文天城体：हुँ हुँ फट् फट्，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ hūṃ phaṭ phaṭ，汉语字面意思：吽 吽 啪 啪) resounding with the sound of a thousand dragons, your own body is a cubit long and square, in the great palace above and below, in the middle of the four clear paths, on the eight petals of the heart channel lotus, your own awareness is the Wrathful Force of the Lama, united with the Wrathful Mother Black Woman, the ornaments and attire are the same as your own, the great sound of Hūṃ Hūṃ Phaṭ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ།，梵文天城体：हुँ हुँ फट्，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ hūṃ phaṭ，汉语字面意思：吽 吽 啪) resounds, the channels are the four classes of heroes, the elements are united with the heroines and consorts, holding the body color and hand implements of the families, the seventy-two thousand, all are heroes and dakinis, accompanied by the sound of Ha Ri Ni Sa, the five aggregates are the five fathers of each family, the five elements are the five supreme mothers of each family, the twelve sources abide as heroes and heroines, the eyes and so on are the goddesses of desirable qualities, the objects of the senses are offerings that never cease, the deity that is naturally present from the beginning, is spontaneously accomplished without constant practice, by reciting Hūṃ Hūṃ Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：हुँ हुँ हुँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ hūṃ hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽 吽 吽), the arising and entering are held in the three places of Hūṃ, radiating and gathering rays of light, in the nature of sound-emptiness great bliss, the secret mantra and wisdom mantra of the three roots and all the Buddhas are gathered into one, the recitation of the single syllable Ati, twenty-one thousand six hundred, inseparable from the flow of breath, Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ Vajra Guru Padma Siddhi Hūṃ (藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་བཛྲ་གུ་རུ་པདྨ་སིདྡྷི་ཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：ॐ आः हुं वज्र गुरु पद्म सिद्धि हुं，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ āḥ hūṃ vajra guru padma siddhi hūṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡 阿 吽 金刚 上师 莲花 成就 吽), at times recite hundreds, thousands, tens of thousands, hundreds of thousands, Hrīḥ Ma Ha Ri Ni Sa Ra Tsa Shri Ya Tsitta Hrīṃ Hrīṃ Jaḥ Jaḥ (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿམ་ཧ་རི་ནི་ས་ར་ཙ་ཧྲི་ཡ་ཙིཏྟ་ཧྲིཾ་ཧྲིཾ་ཛཿཛཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीःमहारिनिसर ज श्रिय चित्त ह्रीं ह्रीं जः जः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ mahāri ni sa ra tsa shri ya tsitta hrīṃ hrīṃ jaḥ jaḥ，汉语字面意思：啥 玛 哈 日 尼 萨 惹 杂 舍 雅 泽 达 啥 啥 匝 匝), the life force of the heroes and dakinis, at times stimulate by connecting with shambhur, constantly reciting and meditating in this life, the state of the three kayas of the Lama.
