If you purify the mind with profoundness, At the crown, in a white bindu, By meditating and reciting the syllable OM(藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओं,梵文羅馬轉寫:oṃ,漢語字面意思:唵), All appearances and existence become OM. Gathering inward, together with one's own body, The bindu, the basis of manifestation, dissolves into the syllable. That also vanishes into the expanse of emptiness, Resting in a state of non-conceptualization. From the very beginning, the aggregates, elements, And sense bases are known as deities, male and female. Clearly visualize the great and supreme peaceful Skull Garland Power (Śāntarakṣita). Train in dispelling attachment to appearances. When clarity and stability have become strong, In the heart, on an eight-petaled lotus, In the center, in a five-colored bindu, is HRĪḤ(藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文羅馬轉寫:hrīḥ,漢語字面意思:舍). On the eight petals are eight blue bindus, Marked with HŪṂ(藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文羅馬轉寫:hūṃ,漢語字面意思:吽), from which rays of light emanate. Offer to the three roots and inspire their minds. Purify the karma and afflictions of the six realms. Transform the container and its contents into a pure mandala. Whatever appears is the spontaneously arisen form of a deity, Whatever sounds are the mantra of the nature of reality, Whatever thoughts are primordially suchness. Finally, holding the mind on each one, Saṃsāra and nirvāṇa dissolve into light and gather in the heart. The eight bindus dissolve into the center. That also melts into light, shimmering. Becoming finer and smaller, it vanishes into the expanse. Think that the wisdom of the nine spaces is manifested. Without doing anything in the mind, Sustain the clear, empty essence nakedly. The empty aspect is the meaning of the nature of reality, The appearing aspect is the wisdom of the basis, the dharmakāya. The non-dual, beyond-mind, primordial nature Is the very lord of all mandalas. Without searching, it is spontaneously perfected within oneself. Samaya! If you wish to accomplish the supreme bliss-emptiness, Meditate on the samādhi of Padmasambhava. The spontaneously arisen immeasurable palace of the expanse, Blazing with wisdom, Precious ornaments arranged. Great bliss, rainbow rays, swirling bindus, In the center of a sea of uncontaminated offering clouds, The lotus stem grows exceedingly. In the center, on top of a lunar disc, By uttering HRĪḤ(藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文羅馬轉寫:hrīḥ,漢語字面意思:舍), in an instant, One becomes Padmasambhava, With the hue of indigo-blue Indranila. Hair in a topknot, three eyes, Possessing a peaceful and elegant demeanor. Wears silk drapes and the six bone ornaments. The right hand holds aloft a five-pronged vajra, The left hand holds a threatening mudra, embracing the consort. Both legs are seated in vajra posture. The supreme consort is the wisdom ḍākinī, Sixteen years of age, Radiant with white and red, elegant with youth. Hair unbound, beautiful and smiling, Breasts protruding, bhaga full, Adorned with precious bone ornaments. Both hands hold skull cups, embracing the father, Both legs are in lotus posture, waist...

Continuously connected. With the glory of great bliss, bless the stability and movement of samsara and nirvana. Vajra jewels in the four directions, the four supreme families of the lotus lineage, various samaya substances in the four corners, all surrounded by worldly dakinis. All are in the swift dance of bliss, effortlessly singing the vajra song. With the intention of non-conceptual wisdom, contemplate liberating the three realms into the realm of great bliss. After the samadhi is stable, recite: From the expanse of the primordial realm, without trembling, Om Ah Vajra Guru Padma Kara Sarva Siddhi Hum (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿབཛྲ་གུ་རུ་པདྨཱ་ཀ་ར་སརྦ་སིདྡྷི་ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ āḥ vajra guru padma kara sarva siddhi hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om Ah Vajra Guru Padmasambhava All Accomplishments Hum). Combine with vase breathing, or naturally perform the arising and completion stages. When inhaling, all external phenomena and beings transform into Om, entering from the left nostril. While holding, transform into the form of the mantra, residing in the central channel below the navel. When exhaling, the syllable Hum emerges from the right nostril, phenomena and beings emit the natural sound of the mantra. Thus, purify by alternating inhalation and exhalation. The meaning of the completion stage instructions is: all dharmas exist in the three yogas, action is the cause, activity is the condition, non-action is the yoga of the result, all dharmas are bodhicitta, abiding as they are, the three mandalas of the nature of reality, unmixed and completely perfect, are the cause, leading from samsara with effortful paths, entering the desired result is the condition, the result apart from pure mind, without effortful practice, is the outer and inner mantra, especially the nature of the path, innate wisdom arising simultaneously, the means of leading is the definite path, contemplation and analysis of meaningful letters, followed by wisdom liberation, the gradual and sudden paths proceed simultaneously. The key point of mind training is: in the throat, a red bindu, with the letter Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Ah) meditate and recite, all phenomena and existence transform into Ah, converging and dissolving into oneself, the bindu as the basis of arising dissolves into the letter, which also disappears into the emptiness realm, abide in a non-conceptual state. The Tara yoga is: clearly visualize oneself as the deity, at the tips of the three channels, visualize the guru and pray, exhale, dispel diseases, demons, sins, and obscurations, inhale, gather the essence of samsara and nirvana, the life force and downward-moving air combine below the navel, visualize entering, abiding, and dissolving in the central channel, the instruction of the bliss bindu is: physical diseases, three channels, four chakras, the syllable Ram (Tibetan: རཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization: raṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Ram) below the navel and the air at the anus, the crown of the head
