གཉུག་མ་མི་འགྱུར་བའི་ངོ་བོ་བསྐྱང་བ་དོན་དམ་པའི་རྒྱས་གདབ་བོ། །བར་འདིར་གཏེར་སྲུང་རལ་གཅིག་མ་གཙོ་བོར་གྱུར་པའི་ཆོས་སྐྱོང་རྣམས་ལ་གཏོར་མ་འབུལ། གཏེར་གཞུང་ལས་དངོས་སུ་བསྟན་པ་ལྟར་ཆོ་ག་རྒྱས་པའི་སྐབས་བཤགས་སྐོང་གི་ཆོ་གའང་ཟུར་དུ་གསལ་བ་ལྟར་སྐབས་འདིར་སྦྱར་བར་བྱའོ། །གསུམ་པ་རྗེས་ཀྱི་ལས་རིམ་ལ་བདུན་ཡོད་པའི་དང་པོ་ཚོགས་མཆོད་ནི། རབ་འབྱམས་སྐུ་གསུམ་བདེ་ཆེན་ཞིང་ཁམས་ན། །བཞུགས་པའི་ཡེ་ཤེས་འཇིག་རྟེན་ལས་ཀྱི་རིགས། །འབུམ་ཕྲག་ཡངས་པའི་མཁའ་འགྲོ་རྒྱ་མཚོ་རྣམས། །ཐུགས་དམ་གཉན་པོ་སྐོང་ཕྱིར་གནས་འདིར་གཤེགས། །ཕྱི་སྣོད་འོག་མིན་གསང་ཆེན་རོལ་པའི་ཞིང་། །ནང་བཅུད་བདེ་སྟོང་ཡེ་ཤེས་སྒྱུ་འཕྲུལ་གཟུགས། །ཟུང་འཇུག་འོད་གསལ་ཐིག་ལེ་དབྱིངས་ཀྱི་རྒྱན། །སྲིད་ཞི་མཉམ་རྫོགས་དག་པ་རབ་འབྱམས་ཀློང་། །དོན་དམ་ཆོས་ཉིད་བརྡལ་བ་ཆེན་པོ་ལས། །རྣམ་པ་ཅིར་སྲིད་ཅིར་ཡང་འཕྲུལ་པ་ཡི། 刹那出生者，乐空勇父瑜伽母，三根本诸佛浩瀚众，以大悲心誓愿力加持，瑜伽我等眷属众，摄集器情之精华，赐予无病安乐之成就，精华融入金刚命，赐予不老青春之成就，命勤无迁入中脉，赐予持明长寿之成就，祈愿增长大乐智慧！如是祈请，诵长寿心咒。所有长寿精华融入自身及修物，观想诸物变成不死成就之甘露。增广大印为： ཨཱཿ（藏文，梵文天城体：आः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：啊！） 虚空遍布智慧寿与精，融入脉命明点之中央，以不迁不变作印持，愿成不死金刚之身！བཛྲ་ཨཱ་ཡུརྫྙཱ་ན་རཀྵ་ཧཾ༔（藏文，梵文天城体：वज्र आयुर्ज्ञान रक्ष हम्，梵文罗马拟音：vajra āyurjñāna rakṣa haṃ，汉语字面意思：金刚，寿命，智慧，守护，吽！） ཨ་ཨ་ཨ༔（藏文，梵文天城体：अ अ अ，梵文罗马拟音：a a a，汉语字面意思：啊 啊 啊！） 如是念诵，观想自身披金刚铠甲，此为世俗谛之印持。守护本初不迁之自性，是为胜义谛之印持。期间，向以单坚护法为主之护法众献供朵玛。如伏藏仪轨中所述，仪轨广大之时，忏悔补阙之仪轨亦另有明示，此时亦可加入。三、后行之次第有七，初为会供：陈设以肉酒萝卜为主之丰盛饮食。加持甘露：རཾ་ཡཾ་ཁཾ༔（藏文，梵文天城体：रं यं खं，梵文罗马拟音：raṃ yaṃ khaṃ，汉语字面意思：让 扬 康！） 自生法界之颅器中，陈设智慧甘露之会供，具足色香味力精华，化为欲妙云聚。ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་ཧ་ཧོ་ཧྲཱི༔（藏文，梵文天城体：ओम् आः हुं ह हः ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ āḥ hūṃ ha ho hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：嗡 啊 吽 哈哈 呵 舍！） 迎请会供圣众，并以供养、忏悔、降伏、赞颂合一的方式，如共同仪轨般供养：ཧཱུྃ༔（藏文，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽！） 不迁不变清净刹，从密严法界宫殿中，普贤佛母法界母，金刚亥母圆满受用，随所调伏化身坛城众，三传承持明上师与，本尊寂怒浩瀚众，降临金刚殊胜誓言处，享用欲妙甘露之会供，降下共同殊胜之事业，忏悔罪堕诸违犯，祈请赐予无垢之清净，遣除脉气明点之障碍，融入大乐智慧之法界，三毒之积

Born in an instant, Bliss-emptiness Hero Yogini, Three Roots, vast assembly of Victorious Ones, With compassion and the power of vows, Bless the yogis, myself and retinue, Gather the essence of the vessel and its contents, Grant the accomplishment of health and happiness, Blend the essence with the Vajra life, Grant the accomplishment of ageless youth, Still the life force, unmoving, in the central channel, Grant the accomplishment of the life of a Vidyadhara, May great bliss wisdom increase! Thus urged, recite the heart essence of life. All the life essence dissolves into oneself and the substances of accomplishment. Think that the substances become the nectar of immortal accomplishment. The sealing is: ཨཱཿ（Tibetan, Devanagari: आः, Romanized Sanskrit: āḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Ah!） Wisdom, life, and essence pervading space, Dissolve into the center of the channels, life force, and bindu, By sealing with the unchanging and permanent, May the immortal Vajra body be accomplished! བཛྲ་ཨཱ་ཡུརྫྙཱ་ན་རཀྵ་ཧཾ༔（Tibetan, Devanagari: वज्र आयुर्ज्ञान रक्ष हम्, Romanized Sanskrit: vajra āyurjñāna rakṣa haṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Vajra, life, wisdom, protect, Hum!） ཨ་ཨ་ཨ༔（Tibetan, Devanagari: अ अ अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a a a, Literal Chinese meaning: Ah!
