And the attire. Legs in full lotus posture. Clearly visualize each of the seat, rainbow light, etc., and hold the mind. When clear appearances arise for these, the entire form appears but is without inherent existence, like a reflection in a mirror; clear but without substance, like a rainbow appearing in space, train until you have fully accustomed yourself to the nature of clear emptiness, great bliss. Third, the supreme pure mindfulness: One face, the expanse of the Dharmakaya, free from elaboration; body color white, cleansed of the stains of the two obscurations; red radiance, following sentient beings; two hands, method and wisdom; the union of the vajra (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, vajra, diamond/thunderbolt) expanse of emptiness and the nectar of wisdom, great bliss; ornaments spontaneously accomplishing all the great qualities of the Buddhas; feet in vajra posture, not abiding in the extremes of samsara and nirvana; a lotus seat unstained by the faults of samsara, and the purification of the movement of white and red essences, appearing in the form of sun and moon mandalas. In short, although the essence of the Buddhas does not possess characteristics, in order to guide disciples, all qualities appear in whatever form is suitable for them, generate certainty in this. During the actual session of however much meditation, remain equally in that very samadhi. When concluding the session, rays of light emanating from the heart center illuminate the outer environment as a palace and the inner beings as deities. These, like blowing on a mirror with breath, gradually dissolve into light and merge into oneself. Oneself also gathers from the periphery to the center and dissolves into the hūṃ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, hūṃ, hum) at the heart center. That also gradually vanishes from below, focusing the mind on the extremely subtle nāda (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, nāda, sound). That also dissolves into the expanse. Remain in the state of non-grasping primordial purity as it is. When rising from that, like clouds arising from the sky, in an instant, the mandala of Guru Dewa Chenpo, the primordial deity, clearly appears. Generate certainty that all appearances are deities, all sounds are speech, and all thoughts are the play of great wisdom. Even during the intervals between sessions, in all activities, do not separate from mindfulness and awareness, and practice the path in accordance with the common teachings. Second, the complete mandala: As it is said, "Having become accustomed to that, practice the complete mandala, train in mind-holding and samadhi," that is, when a clear appearance arises for the root object of focus and stability is attained, then one should meditate on the complete mandala, and contemplate the countless and vast samadhis of numbers and groups, etc.

Practice meditation. Thus, whenever practicing a single mudra, after gaining some stability in clarity, one should diligently practice the samadhi of the three blends, that is, light radiates from the syllables at the three places (Om, Ah, Hum). When the light touches external objects, purify the clinging to substantiality and think that everything appears as a vivid deity. Gradually, purify all containers and contents, and blend them into the deity and palace, inseparable. The deity being meditated upon is only the self-display of one's own mind; there is no deity form other than the mind. Since there is no mind other than the deity appearance, determine that the two are inseparable and blend the mind and the deity form. The appearance as a deity form is also emptiness in essence, great bliss in nature, and appears clearly and completely without confusion, that is, blending into the union of emptiness, clarity, and great bliss should be practiced in separate sessions. If these practices bring the samadhi to completion, or if one becomes weary of meditation, then combine it with the recitation that will appear below, and with the activities of approach and accomplishment, and especially as explained in the treasure text itself, through group practice of the assembly, one will become fortunate to quickly attain the supreme accomplishment. Third, the benefits of meditation: "The appearance and clinging to ordinary things, Self-arise as the deity form of appearance and emptiness, Will prevent the imprints of delusion." Thus it is said. Therefore, if the practice of the generation stage, which possesses the three qualities of clarity, stability, and purity, becomes extremely stable, then the antidote that purifies will become powerful, and the object to be purified, such as the clinging to substantiality in all ordinary appearances of oneself and others, will be eliminated. Self-arising as the illusory deity form of appearance and emptiness, all impure and deluded imprints will cease and be exhausted, and will be transformed into the wheel of pure wisdom, until enlightenment is attained. Second, the yoga of speech recitation has four parts: common recitation, special recitation, supreme recitation, and teaching the benefits of these. First, common recitation. The text says: "Establish the common japa with clear intention, complete the three activities of approach, accomplishment, and action." Thus it is said, and this has three parts. First, approach: Visualize oneself as the main deity, Great Bliss, and at one's heart, visualize the wisdom being Guhyasamaja Vajra Garland of Skulls, blue in color, holding a vajra and bell, embracing the consort Mandarava, who is white. Adorned with silk, jewels, and bone ornaments. The feet are seated in the vajra posture on a lotus, sun, and moon seat, and at the heart there is
