From the seven sections of the Secret Essence Drop, the liberation guide for the practice of the four bodies of the Lama, arranged as a clear compilation, titled "Liberation Drop," is presented herein. Namo Ratna Guruve. By merely thinking of his yoga, the illusion of existence is easily destroyed. I pray that the feet of great bliss, the embodiment of all Buddhas, may always reside in the stamen of the lotus of my heart. On a single seat, may body, speech, and mind be ripened into the three vajras. May all fortunate ones enter this supreme path of liberation and find eternal rest. Among all the previous treasure-revealed Lama practices, this essence of light drops is particularly outstanding. The second general meaning, the order of the liberation guide, has three ways of practicing: the preliminary practice of completely purifying the lineage; the main practice of liberating the three doors; and the subsequent practice of taking the field of experience onto the path. First, the preliminary practice has two parts: the four common thoughts that turn the mind away from samsara; and the uncommon order of accumulation and purification. The first is: As the text says, "In a secluded and free gathering place, on a comfortable seat, calm the mind, and subdue body, speech, and mind. Think of the difficulty of finding leisure and fortune, the ease of destruction, and the faults of karma and samsara." As it is said, in general, to meditate on contemplation, the three doors of body, speech, and mind must be secluded. Among them, the main cause of harmony is that the seclusion of the place is very important. There is no noise of enemies, thieves, people traveling, and no one else owns it, so settle in a place where you can gather freely, enjoy the experience, and agree with your mind. On a comfortable seat, sit with the physical posture endowed with the qualities of meditation. The key to speech is to exhale three times at the beginning of the session, and imagine that the sins and obscurations of the three doors are purified as if vomiting. The key to the mind is to make the object of thought the emptiness of original purity and the compassion without attachment. At the beginning of the four common preliminary practices, thinking about the difficulty of finding leisure and fortune, Shantideva said: "This leisure and fortune

is extremely difficult to find. When a person achieves accomplishment, if they do not perform beneficial deeds with it, how can they obtain this perfect body again in the future? As it is said. This precious human body, more precious than the gods, with the eight freedoms that are free from the eight states of no leisure, and endowed with the ten perfections of self and others, is extremely difficult to obtain in terms of cause, analogy, number, and essence. Obtaining it also has the great significance of benefiting others. Like this, when we have now obtained this body, if we do not cultivate a firm goal that will surely bring lasting benefit, but instead indulge in seemingly meaningful but endless worldly affairs, even if we complete them, they will only be the cause of samsara and the suffering of the lower realms, without any real benefit. Then this is a greater loss than a poor person finding and losing a wish-fulfilling jewel. Because in future lives, it will be difficult to obtain such a basis again. Therefore, now, with one chance in a hundred, we have obtained this special human body, met the lama, the virtuous spiritual friend, and encountered the essence of all the sacred Dharma, the Secret Mantra Vajrayana. At this time when we have the autonomy to practice the Dharma, do not let it be wasted meaninglessly. We must make a firm and unwavering determination to cultivate a profound and sacred Dharma. The sutra says: The appearance of a Buddha in the world is one in a hundred, this human body is obtained through accumulation. Alas, leisure and listening to the Dharma, such opportunities are difficult to find even in a hundred kalpas. As it is said, we must be certain. Second, contemplate impermanence of life. From the Extensive Play Sutra: The three realms are impermanent like autumn clouds, the birth and death of beings is like watching a dance, the life of beings passes like lightning in the sky, flowing swiftly like water cascading down a cliff. As it is said. In general, in this place encompassed by the three realms, there is nothing that remains constant. The external container world has formation, abiding, destruction, and emptiness; the internal sentient beings have birth, old age, sickness, and death; the climate has the four seasons and the momentary changes of day and night, etc., all like autumn clouds, changing in an instant, are in an unstable state. Especially life
