recite, and hold the essence of the thought. Second, the actual guidance that liberates the three doors is divided into three: the yoga of body mudra, the order of speech recitation, and the cultivation of mind contemplation. The first has three parts: the root single mudra, the complete mandala, and the teaching of the fruit of meditation. The first is: The scripture itself says: The first is the yoga of mudra, with the three samadhis as the base, generating the mandala of the support and the supported. Also, the first practitioner should clearly visualize the chief supreme bliss body, firmly generate common pride, especially manifest the appearance of clarity, with supreme pure mindfulness, abide in the deity and self without difference. It is said that the practitioner who has received this empowerment and abides by the vows should first learn the yoga of the root single mudra of all the stages of generation. The preliminary stages are briefly omitted. The body posture is well straightened. The speech wind is left to its natural state. The mind is not distracted elsewhere, and the focus is concentrated on one point. By reciting ཨ(藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思), all the phenomena of samsara and nirvana that appear in this way are unborn from the beginning and are free from all elaborations, the reality is like the sky. The great union of relative and ultimate nature is inseparable, in the self-nature of the indivisible light of space and wisdom, abiding in whatever state, is the samadhi of suchness. That reality has never been shaken from the very beginning, but due to not knowing one's own nature, the illusion of grasping and being grasped appears like a string of beads, wandering in endless samsara, constantly experiencing the suffering of illusory beings, naturally arising unconditioned great compassion pervading the sky, is the samadhi of universal manifestation. Such emptiness and great compassion, the self-power of the union of awareness, the white light of the ཧཱུྃ(藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,种子字) syllable shining, like a great star shining in the sky, diligently meditate, is the gradual cultivation of the three samadhis of the cause. After gaining clarity in that, in the center of the pure realm of the lotus light field, lifted by eight lions.

On a precious throne, upon a seat stacked with a fully bloomed lotus and sun and moon discs, the syllable Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Hūṃ) from the sky descends like a shooting star. From its complete transformation, one's own self becomes Guru Dewa Chenpo (Great Bliss), with a body color that is white with a reddish hue, possessing a peaceful, smiling, and graceful demeanor, eyes slightly rounded, gaze directed into space. The two hands hold a kapala filled with nectar in the mudra of equipoise. On the head is a soft lotus hat, and on the body are worn a white secret garment, a blue inner skirt, the three dharma robes, and a brocade maroon shawl, all layered. The two legs are in the vajra posture, unmoving in the midst of a swirling tent of five-colored light of self-arisen wisdom. On the forehead is a white Oṃ (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Oṃ), on the throat is a red Āḥ (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आ, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Āḥ), and at the heart is a blue Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Hūṃ), contemplate them as the essence of the vajra three kayas of all Buddhas, and hold the mind for as long as possible, which is the basis of the visualization. Then, to perfect the samadhi of the generation stage, the first of the three key points is to train in the common pride: In this way, the meditator himself is the embodiment of all Buddhas of the ten directions and three times, the lord of all mandalas, Guru Dewa Chenpo (Great Bliss) himself. Generate a firm pride, thinking that his three secrets, qualities, and activities are all present in me. Whether the deity appears clearly or not, repeatedly generate a firm pride, and train to always be inseparable from pride. The second is to train in the special clarity: If one only meditates on the deity's form vaguely for a moment, the samadhi of the generation stage will never arise, so it is extremely important to accomplish a stable clarity. For objects that are not clear, first place a well-made thangka in front. It is best to have light from a mirror or similar object shining on it, and then focus the mind one-pointedly. Once the mind is captured, put away the thangka and meditate on the same object, holding the mind. If clarity is obtained, then mix it with oneself and meditate on the same deity form. Whether there is a thangka or not, first clearly manifest oneself as the deity all at once. Then, hold the mind one by one: a face that is white with a reddish hue, possessing a peaceful, smiling, and graceful demeanor; eyes rounded, gaze sharp; hands and hand implements; the hat on the head.
