一齐进入，融入你们的三处，获得四种圆满灌顶，清净身语意和所知障的垢染，信受于一个座上获得身语意智慧金刚的加持和悉地。持大供品，嗡啊吽！（藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：ओम् आः हुम्，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ āḥ hūṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡啊吽）法界供器智慧无量宫，供品自性双运四身尊，从慈悲云降下加持大雨，于具缘弟子之顶上显现降临，作欢喜之舞，发出咒语之大音声，以三处光明放出收回之神变，得宝瓶灌顶，净除身体的垢染，加持成为清净的身金刚，得秘密灌顶，净除语的垢染，加持圆满成为语金刚，得第三灌顶，净除意的垢染，加持成熟成为意金刚，得第四灌顶，净除所知障的垢染，加持解脱成为智慧金刚，功德能力圆满，事业自然显现，加持获得共同殊胜之悉地。咒语结尾：卡亚瓦嘎 चित्त 嘉那 阿比香恰 嗡啊吽 舍！（藏文：ཀཱ་ཡ་ཝཱ་ཀ་ཙིཏྟ་ཛྙཱ་ན་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་ཧྲཱི，梵文天城体：काय वाक् चित्त ज्ञान अभिषिञ्च ओम् आः हुम् ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：kāya vāk citta jñāna abhiṣiñca oṃ āḥ hūṃ hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：身语意智慧灌顶嗡啊吽舍） ഗുണ കർമ്മ 萨尔瓦 悉地 帕拉 霍！（藏文：གུ་ཎ་ཀརྨ་སརྦ་སིདྡྷི་ཕ་ལ་ཧོ，梵文天城体：गुण कर्म सर्व सिद्धि फल हो，梵文罗马拟音：guṇa karma sarva siddhi phala ho，汉语字面意思：功德事业一切成就赐予）念诵后，以供品触碰三处，供品的本尊化为光融入你们，与上师四身的秘密三处无别。供品化为甘露精华，以喉咙品尝，信受轻易获得两种悉地。给予供品的一部分和甘露。之后，为了作为结尾吉祥无死长寿灌顶的缘起，首先为了勾召寿命和汇集精华，请作如下观想：你们观想为上师大乐，光辉灿烂，于其心间，古汝多吉托创匝，于其心间，日月嘎乌盒相合的中央，风心无二寿命的自性，明亮红色的舍（藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：舍），并且从本师坛城众本尊的心间，也放射出光芒，如铁钩之形状，上下四方遍布，将各自被盗、被夺、中断、衰损、增长的寿命，以及轮回涅槃器情一切的寿命精华和五大精华

Enter all at once, dissolve into your three places, obtain the four complete empowerments, purify the defilements of body, speech, mind, and knowledge. Believe that you will receive the blessings and siddhis of the body, speech, mind, and wisdom vajras of the guru in one sitting. Hold the great offering. Oṃ āḥ hūṃ! The expanse of the offering vessel is the immeasurable palace of wisdom. The essence of the offering is the deity of the union of the two truths and the four kāyas. From the clouds of compassion, a great rain of blessings falls. Manifestly appear on the crown of the heads of fortunate disciples. Perform the dance of joy, proclaiming the great sound of mantras. With the miraculous transformations of radiating and absorbing light from the three places, obtain the vase empowerment, purify the defilements of the body, and bless it to be pure as the body vajra. Obtain the secret empowerment, purify the defilements of speech, and bless it to be complete as the speech vajra. Obtain the third empowerment, purify the defilements of the mind, and bless it to be mature as the mind vajra. Obtain the fourth empowerment, purify the defilements of knowledge, and bless it to be liberated as the wisdom vajra. Qualities and abilities are perfected, and activities arise spontaneously. Bless us to obtain the supreme and common siddhis. At the end of the mantra: Kāya vāka citta jñāna abhiṣiñca oṃ āḥ hūṃ hrīḥ! Guṇa karma sarva siddhi phala ho! After reciting this, touch the offering to the three places. The deities of the offering dissolve into light and merge into you, becoming inseparable from the three secrets of the guru's four kāyas. The essence of the offering substances gathers as nectar, and by tasting it in the throat, believe that you will easily obtain the two kinds of siddhis. Give a portion of the offering and the nectar. Then, as an auspicious beginning for the empowerment of immortal life as the final support, first, in order to summon life and gather essence, please visualize as follows: Visualize yourselves as the guru of great bliss, blazing with glory and light. At his heart is Guru Dorje Todtreng Tsal. At his heart, in the center of the combined sun and moon ga'u box, is the essence of life, inseparable from wind and mind, a clear red Hrīḥ. Also, from the hearts of all the deities of the mandala of the master, rays of light in the shape of iron hooks radiate in all directions, above, below, and in between, stealing back all the life that has been stolen, taken away, cut off, deteriorated, or increased, as well as the essence of life and the pure essence of the elements of all that exists in samsara and nirvana.
