Vigorously recite this fourteen-syllable mantra, and finally in the hand mudra of the sun and moon, destroy enemies and obstacles, and dispel them back. Namo! By the power of the Three Jewels, root gurus, and Dharma protectors, and the truth of the Lion-faced Wrathful Mother, for those who create obstacles to the practice of secret mantras, humans and non-human spirits, and curses, effigies, and all bad omens, dispel them onto the enemies who hate, and dispel the harmful obstacles onto (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning). If the vast ritual is not completed, from the hand of the powerful Vidyadhara Skull Garland, take out the vajra kila, and the auspicious messengers shine like stars, with fierceness, wrath, anger, and terror, all obstacles to practice, and especially the army of oath-breakers and wanderers, seize with the compassionate wrathful iron hook, put them into the hole of samadhi, rain down the rain of fierce activities, vidya mantras, and diseases, weapons, and poisons, destroy them until not even the name remains, and think of merging into the clear light realm.
