为了增长和稳固，尽力供奉息增怀诛的焚烧和布施；为了处所和瑜伽吉祥，暂时在修行的房屋里，进行事业仪轨、如法行事、供养会供；对诸大天神进行酬谢；祈请返回并致以吉祥之辞；对于具有誓言的道友等，逐渐相遇并迅速解脱；在寂静且令人愉悦的药草园中，游览嬉戏，享受欢乐；通过消除身心的疲惫，以及展示地方的甘露，也能提升修行和证悟的境界；特别是在任何时间和情况下，一旦精通了深奥的念诵和修持，最好日夜分为四座，或者至少一座也不间断地，进行息增怀诛的任何一种事业，或者将日常的瑜伽浓缩为精华；唯有通过这深奥的道路，才能立下成就菩提的誓愿；当自身成熟后，为了他人的利益，进行灌顶、生圆次第的口诀传授；与此结缘者皆能解脱于莲花光中；进行成群结队的会供修持；今生获得两种成就；努力进行持续和定时的供养；降下四河之流，圆满九种智慧空间的伟大力量；成为精要教法的大田；因此，自己成熟也能使他人成熟；自他一切利益皆能由此成就。萨玛雅！如此，这是圆满持明者的念诵引导诀窍，与经续不相违背，与教言相一致，是所有口诀的精华之精髓，内容完整，意义连贯，易于实践，是莲师我的心血，为了未来具缘者，以前未曾向他人展示，如今传授给大译师。 何时在这雪域藏地，实修传承追随分别念，以讲说来模仿实修，断绝了念修四支的命脉，出现成就征兆的情况很少，自己心绪纷乱之时，没有把握住持明传承，便抱怨佛法和上师，成就如薄云般消散，那时凭借如今的愿力，主尊父子大译师，将化现为调伏众生的幻化之身，那时如今的教言，将因愿力的作用而获得，以加持的力量而确定，以甚深的意乐，使整个藏地，增广利乐的事业。萨玛雅！ 嘉嘉嘉！ 珍（གཏེར）嘉！ 萨（སྦས）嘉！ 达（གཏད）嘉！ 嘉嘉热（རྒ）！

For growth and stability, offer as much pacifying, increasing, magnetizing, and wrathful fire offerings and libations as possible; for the sake of the place and the auspiciousness of yoga, for a while, in the practice house, perform activity rituals, uphold the teachings, and offer tsok offerings; give thanks to the great kings; request them to depart and offer auspicious words; for dharma friends who uphold their vows, gradually meet and quickly liberate; in the secluded and delightful medicinal garden, go sightseeing and enjoy feasts; by dispelling the fatigue of body and mind, and by revealing the nectar of the land, also enhance the experience and realization; especially at all times and in all circumstances, once you have mastered the profound approach and accomplishment, it is best to divide the day and night into four sessions, or at least one session without interruption, perform any of the pacifying, increasing, magnetizing, or wrathful activities, or condense the daily yoga into its essence; only through this profound path can you take the vow to achieve enlightenment; once you have matured yourself, for the benefit of others, give empowerments, explain the key instructions of the generation and completion stages; those who connect with this will be liberated in the light of Padma; perform group practice of tsok; in this life, attain the two siddhis; strive for continuous and timely offerings; cause the flow of the four rivers to descend, and perfect the great power of the nine wisdom spaces; become a great field for the essence of the teachings; therefore, maturing yourself will also mature others; all the benefits of oneself and others will be accomplished by this. Samaya! Thus, this is the complete vidyadhara's mantra recitation guidance, which does not contradict the tantras, is in accordance with the scriptures, is the essence of the essence of all key instructions, is complete in content, coherent in meaning, and easy to practice, is the heart blood of Padma, for the sake of future fortunate ones, which has not been shown to others before, is now taught to the great translator. Whenever in this snowy land of Tibet, the practice lineage follows after conceptual thoughts, imitating practice with explanations, cutting off the lifeblood of the four branches of approach and accomplishment, there are few instances of signs of accomplishment appearing, at a time when one's own mind is distracted, without grasping the vidyadhara lineage, one complains about the Dharma and the guru, siddhis vanish like thin clouds, at that time, through the power of the present aspirations, the lord father and son great translator, will arise as an illusory being who tames beings, at that time, the present instructions, will be obtained by the power of aspiration, established by the power of blessings, with profound intention, the activity of benefiting and bringing happiness to the entire land of Tibet will increase.
