Furthermore, the unruly female messengers of karma, wandering all over the world, the ging, 'gong, and spirits holding the power of wind, showing terrifying forms, possessing fierce head images, pervading all of space, earth, and intermediate space, partake of the food of the three roots, the washing water of nectar. Remember the powerful vows of glory, protect the retinue, avert obstacles, and accomplish the thoughts of all desires. Accomplish the activity of happiness for all realms of the world. Sarva Karma Ḍākinī Pratīccha Imaṃ Baliṃ Ta Khā Hi! This is the manner of the offering of leftovers to the Ḍākinīs. With this instruction, not shown elsewhere, the obstacles to the practice of yoga will be pacified, and activities will be accomplished swiftly and without hindrance. Secondly, in the sequence of urging, first, urge the commitment of the wisdom mind. Hūṃ Hrīḥ! From all the vast realms of the three kāyas, the assembly of gurus, yidams, heroes, and Ḍākinīs, just as you took vows in the past, the time for the activity of great compassion has come.
