Emanations, the wish-fulfilling treasures that arise from the enjoyments of the four continents. Outer offerings fill the sky, fulfilling the samaya commitment. The vajra body is beautiful, the sound is melodious and majestic. The fragrance of nectar is sweet, the food is of a hundred tastes. The touch is soft and smooth, generating great bliss wisdom. Inner offerings pervade the three realms, fulfilling the samaya commitment. The ocean of blood of attachment, the mountain of bones of hatred. The great flesh of ignorance, the stream of intoxication of pride. The objects of jealousy are filled, piled up in heaps, and so on. The fierce offerings of the charnel ground, fulfilling the samaya commitment. Generating the great bliss wisdom of body, speech, and mind. The qualities are adorned, the activities are sung in songs. The secret supreme lotus is blooming with various expressions. The assembly of vajra consorts, fulfilling the samaya commitment. Innate wisdom is united with bodhicitta. The grasping and the grasped are liberated into the clear light realm. The union is beyond the three spheres, the clear light space. The supreme secret offering, fulfilling the samaya commitment. The pure appearance and existence, the ocean of nectar is filled. The three realms are emptied, the blood ocean is filled with bubbles. The glorious torma of desire arises, majestic with Mount Meru. The wondrous samaya offering, fulfilling the samaya commitment. The clear light wisdom pervades the light of the lamp. The illusionary parasol and banners of great bliss are hung. The excellent bodhi palace, adorned with jewels, and so on. The vast array of arrangements, fulfilling the samaya commitment. Furthermore, based on powerful substances. The offerings and fulfillments are piled up into great enjoyments. The substances of the support, holding the clear generation and completion stage samadhi. With all the samaya enjoyments, fulfilling the samaya commitment. The transformation of body, speech, and mind, purifying the impairments and obscurations of thought. Pacifying, increasing, magnetizing, and wrathful activities are spontaneously accomplished. The wisdom of the four vidyadharas and the ten powers increases. The great power of the ten strengths, bestowing the perfect accomplishment. Hūṃ hrīḥ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ་ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：हूँ ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：吽 舍). Unfulfillable, fulfilling in the unborn nature. Unofferable, offering with non-dual play. Ununitable, uniting in the great union. Unliberatable, liberating in the realm of equality. 复次，由业力所致，各种习气显现；受烦恼控制，身语意三门所造；所积一切罪恶非福之业；从内心深处忏悔并发誓不再造作；祈请赐予梵天至上之成就。 舍弃罪行，别解脱戒律；积累善法，菩提心之殊胜学处；共同续部之根本支分等；所有共同誓言之违犯皆坦白忏悔。 无上秘密金刚坛城中；难以违越之承诺，十四根本堕罪；以及粗细一切堕罪等；尤其三昧耶誓言之违犯皆坦白忏悔。 嘿汝嘎本尊之殊胜修持；铭记于心而宣说之二十种苦行；以及应保密者与交付者等；所有增上誓言之违犯皆坦白忏悔。 获得灌顶之本尊寂怒坛城中；手印不清晰，掉举与沉没所控制；坛城之本尊与手印展示等；所有身之誓言违犯皆坦白忏悔。 金刚秘密真言之念诵与修持懈怠；因念诵之过失，加持与能力消逝；以咒语之傲慢，用于微小之事；所有语之誓言违犯皆坦白忏悔。 受分别念控制，未见实相之义；受懒惰控制，止观禅修懈怠；以能取所取之相，误解行为为实有；所有意之誓言违犯皆坦白忏悔。 身语意以及根本支分等；所有律仪与誓言之破损、违越、错乱；不隐瞒、不隐藏，坦白忏悔并发誓不再造作；祈请赐予清净与梵天至上之成就。 虽胜义谛忏悔与忏悔之境超越一切；然世俗如幻之过患垢染得以清净；愿金刚秘密至上之智慧；与无别身语意任运成就。 行大礼拜并诵百字明；于觉性空性中安住；纵然积累无数劫之罪堕；亦定能于刹那间得以清净。 如是圆满忏悔之次第；以六时精进不懈；持咒者誓言清净；愿得持明上师之加持；本尊之成就；勇父空行之助伴；速疾通达内在之地道；最后诛杀与镇伏乃是；吽！以大火之四种手印；调伏世间一切邪见。

Furthermore, due to the power of karma, various habitual tendencies arise; controlled by afflictions, whatever sins and non-virtuous actions are accumulated by body, speech, and mind; from the depths of my heart, I confess with regret and vow not to repeat them; please grant the supreme accomplishment of Brahma. Abandoning misdeeds, the Pratimoksha vows; accumulating virtuous deeds, the supreme training of Bodhicitta; the root and branches of the common tantras, etc.; all violations of common samayas, I confess and acknowledge. In the supreme secret Vajra Mandala; difficult to transgress commitments, the fourteen root downfalls; as well as all gross and subtle downfalls, etc.; especially violations of samaya vows, I confess and acknowledge. The supreme practice of Heruka's attainment; the twenty ascetic practices spoken with mindfulness; and those who should be kept secret and those entrusted, etc.; all additional violations of samaya vows, I confess and acknowledge. In the peaceful and wrathful Mandala of the Yidam who has bestowed empowerment; mudras are unclear, controlled by agitation and dullness; the deities of the Mandala and the display of hand implements, etc.; all violations of body samaya vows, I confess and acknowledge. Neglecting the recitation and practice of Vajra secret mantras; due to faults in recitation, blessings and power vanish; using the pride of mantras for trivial matters; all violations of speech samaya vows, I confess and acknowledge. Controlled by conceptual thoughts, not seeing the meaning of the true nature; controlled by laziness, neglecting Shamatha-Vipassana meditation; mistaking actions for substantial entities with the appearance of grasping and being grasped; all violations of mind samaya vows, I confess and acknowledge. Body, speech, and mind, as well as root and branches, etc.; all breakages, transgressions, and confusions of vows and samayas; without concealing or hiding, I confess and vow not to repeat them; please grant purification and the supreme accomplishment of Brahma. Although ultimate confession and the object of confession are beyond all; may the faults and obscurations of conventional illusion be purified and cleansed; may the supreme wisdom of Vajra secrecy; and the inseparable body, speech, and mind be spontaneously accomplished. Prostrating and reciting the Hundred Syllable Mantra; abiding in the natural state of awareness and emptiness; even the sins and downfalls accumulated over eons; are certain to be purified in an instant. Thus, this sequence of completion and confession; with diligence and one-pointedness in the six times; the mantra holder with pure samaya vows; may the Vidyadhara Lama bestow blessings; may the Yidam deity grant accomplishments; may the heroes and Dakinis be companions; may the inner Bhumis and paths be quickly traversed; finally, subjugating and subduing is; Hum! With the four mudras of the Great Blazing Fire; may all wrong views of the world be subdued.
